Picked up a mobile order about an hour before they closed. The staff wasn't too friendly, I guess they were ready to go home.. They cut me off as soon as I said my name to tell me they didnt have everything bagels. I switched to sourdough bread instead. My order took awhile but the hash browns were extra crispy, my sandwich wasn't toasted as requested and the coffee had a weird after taste. if I could give negative stars I would. And I wasn't even physically at this location. I was on the phone with my friend and David (he said he was the manager) was rude from the moment he tried to take her order. my friend asked for a topping on her drink and when david told her to pull forward she asked if he had gotten the topping part (she thought he couldn't hear her) he said in a very angry tone "there is no button for that I have to do it MYSELF" and she just said "you don't need to be rude" and he goes back and forth saying he is not then just bursts into even more anger and yells in the mic "I AM NOW" then screams into the mic to pull forward. It gets worse. When she asked to speak to a manager he replies "It's me congratulations." and kept screaming into the mic repeating "PULL FORWARD MAM" so extremely rude it was unreal and I heard the whole thing happen. read more

I like to swing by all the Dunkin's and try the same thing because believe me when I say that all Dunkin's are different! Grab the $5 meal deal going on right now. A medium iced coffee, egg wrap and hashbrowns. I like the egg wrap with the brown sugar bacon. But there are a lot of variations of that wrap. This one did ok with the construction of it. They did not have the donuts I want which I only found out after placing my order, which went through twice. I told him to cancel the orders and they told me they were unable to do that and I would have to call their corporate location or go through the website. All 6 coffees have been the pumpkin spice classic and they have ALL had coffee grounds in the bottom.. not like a little. enough to make the whole drink grainy .. and i wanna give this dunkin a shot because i tried yall for the first time at a different location and this one is right down the road but its horrible every time.. and both of my mobile orders have been wrong/missing stuff and nobody decided to tell me or give me a refund or offer a replacement item. definitely would recommend stepping it up thank you. read more

I am a long-time customer and fan of Dunkin'. In fact, I have been coming to Dunkin' as far back as when they were called Dunkin' Donuts, lol. Regardless of what you want to call this iconic business, you really cannot go wrong. Dunkin' has grown considerably since Bill Rosenberg opened the first location in Quincy, Massachusetts back in 1950. The company has since expanded to somewhere around thirteen thousand locations in over forty countries. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, you can spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain. I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with. Whatever you choose to go with, you cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin'. Overall, I will give this location five stars and they definitely have my recommendation. read more

Did order ahead and went through the drive through, MELODY was rude from the beginning. When at the window she handed the drinks without saying a word and shut the window. There was an issue with my order so I went inside and she looked like the simple fact of me being there was an inconvenience to her. She offered to remake my drink only for it to still not be correct. My drink was not filled and my "hot" drink was barely like warm. She is by far the WORST person I ever dealt with at a Dunkin and that's saying a lot. She's rude and didn't not give a shit about customer service. I would give 0 stars if possible. This dunkin is by far the best dunkin. I love dunkin and have been to a lot of different dunkins over the years. I started going to this one because it was on my way to work. They memorized my order and my name. They are always super friendly and they offer so many cool things that I've never seen at any other dunkin. They did a punch card that gave you a free coffee on your fifth visit as well as they had a parking lot event where you could earn free merch or food. This dunkin is so good that when I got a different job in the opposite direction I make it a point to go OUT of my way to still get my coffee from here. I've never had a bad experience at this dunkin and most dunkins i've been to i've had at least 1 bad experience. This dunkin should be a model for the other dunkins in the area. This is my most favorite Dunkin's of all the Dunkins locations! I go here at least three times a week. The drive through line always moves quickly, the staff is friendly. They always get my unusual coffee order right. The manager Noah is so friendly and cheerful every time I visit. He knows my order before I even say it. When you drive nearly 200 miles a day being able to turn in and out of places is essential, and often times it can dictate whether not I'll go into an establishment whatsoever. So I head east on Aloma going home and west on Aloma taking my son to school. So, the East Aloma Dunkin' Donuts conveniently located to the right with exits in and out located directly next to a stoplight is a very good location location location. I've never had any problem with the staff. Everyone works pretty hard, for the most part. And as far as the drive-through I have nothing that Is super positive. The system at DD is clearly not set up for the vast variations of orders from a plain bagel in a bag to the person in front of you ordering 10 dozen donuts hand picked for variety. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts of any I have been to. It is so poorly run. There is an issue every single time I go. They always put a ridiculously small amount of cream cheese on the bagels, so I started asking for cream cheese on the side. Today the manager forgot to order knives, so I spread my cream cheese with a fork. Also, my coffee tasted stale, like it had been sitting for hours and hours. This is a nice Dunkin place. Staff is friendly, it's clean inside, and it's super close to my place. Sooooo....when I'm craving my hazlenut coffee, I make a run through the drive thru, which is about 3-4 days a week. Or, when I'm craving ice cream, I'm heading there at night to get my bowl in before bedtime. Is it an outstanding Dunkin? Well, not sure I'm convinced of that yet.
