Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing because of the interaction I had with an employee named Adora. I always order the egg white sandwich with over-easy eggs instead, and while I completely understand that mistakes happen, the sandwich had to be remade multiple times before it came out correctly. That part did not bother me at all - what bothered me was the attitude and demeanor I experienced from this employee while trying to get it resolved. A friend of mine mentioned she has had a similar experience with the same employee, which made me feel like this may not have been an isolated situation. That makes me sad because this really is one of our favorite places to visit, and I would hate for other customers to leave feeling uncomfortable or dismissed. I still absolutely recommend this spot, and one bad experience will not keep us away. I just hope this can be addressed so future customers have the same warm, welcoming experience that made us love this place in the first place.

Interestingly, the biscuit was grilled (which I don't usually like) and didn't look like anything special. However, it was quite tasty and nice and fluffy. 4+ stars here. The bottom line Would I return? Absolutely. Three reasons (1) the food, although not outstanding, was fresh and good (2) the ambience was super. If you're looking for a place to come down from the stress of the day this is a great place to choose. (3) the cost of my breakfast is outstanding ($16 for my entire breakfast).
