I regularly go to the this location and feel like half of the staff is usually welcoming but today the young lady who took our order was very miserable and made us feel like a burden. She didn't greet us or any of the other costumers just stared at us blankly waiting for the order. Didn't use usual customer service verbiage and gave us attitude when we asked for a side of a ranch. She overall seemed like she was annoyed that we even walked in. Maybe she wasn't trained or was just having a bad day, but as someone who was been in the service industry for 7 years I believe it's important. The only reason I'm writing a review is because this isn't the first time, and maybe a review in costumer service would be beneficial for the locations team.

I came 20 minutes before the closing time advertised on google maps and on a sign on the door, and everyone was gone. I did not get the name of the girl the first time I went, but the last time I went, I was helped by Kevin and he was awesome! Both workers helped me with any questions I had. I went with the dark Vietnamese coffee, and it was so good! I might even venture to say one of the best I've ever had... and I've had a lot of Vietnamese coffees from a lot of different places. I should know because I got caught in a rain storm and lounged on the couch for a minutes sipping my coffee... even though Kevin offered me an umbrella. I did eventually take him up on that, and he even walked me to my car to retrieve the umbrella! I've never had customer service like that from a tea shop! Or anywhere actually lol. My girlfriend loves their Boba and she says is the best she's ever had. She gets it in her Thai tea. The last Vietnamese coffee I had (because I went three days in a row ) was so good that I forgot to even take a picture. I know it was a dark Vietnamese coffee with a salted foam on top...think I may have added hazelnut as well. Oh! So why am I sad?
