Bacon, Egg and Cheese
Cameron K.

I love this spot for a quick breakfast. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel with a side hash brown, and putting the hash brown right inside the bagel makes it an unbeatable combo. The kitchen was running a bit slow and my food took a long time, but the staff handled it perfectly. They gave us a free coffee and a muffin to make up for the wait. That is exactly what great customer service looks like. Highly recommend.

I'm a sucker for smoked salmon on a bagel, and Brooklyn Water Bagel is always so generous with the amount of salmon in the Williamsburg! I upgraded to scallion cream cheese this time, but it's my favorite menu item by far. The staff is always welcoming, and I love that you can see the bagel making equipment as part of the aesthetic/decor inside. The bagels themselves are really delicious too.

Being from Brooklyn, I'm a little hard with this review lol First, let me say that I thoroughly enjoyed this bagel. It had the same thickness and texture of a bagel I'd get from home. I've tried a few bagels from here and I'm never disappointed. This time, I tried the bacon, egg, and cheese. Immediately, I was a little sad about the wrapping, simply because the paper gets stuck to the warm bagel and it was extremely hard to pick off. However, the sandwich was tasty and I enjoyed it. Did it taste like a baconeggandcheese from the bodega? No. But I'll take it. I ordered my sandwich through UberEats this go round and I was a little disappointed that adding butter to the toasted bagel on the sandwich was an additional $1.20. Otherwise, I'll definitely visit again when I'm in the mood for something that makes me feel closer to home.

Great NY style bagels. Love their iced coffee with coffee cubes. Hint: Get there early on the weekend. They seem to sell out of a lot of bagels and coffee flavors/creamers. We were there around 11:30 and they were sold out of a lot. The coffee syrups have tasted a bit watered down lately. My coffee hasn't been as enjoyable. Bring your patience has this location is busy!! I wish they would open another location on the east side of town.

Sesame Bagel - double toasted? Scallion Cream Cheese?

Long time customer - left and came back to give another shot. Bagels don't have enough cream cheese on them. Bagel $1.99 CC $2.30- Brooklyn bagel no longer gives you a respectable portion of cream cheese. Returned the food and was told that "not everyone likes a lot of smear"- however for a very long time 1 bagel had enough smear for 2 bagels. Disappointed and finding a new bagel spot.

Damn, I love their iced coffee. I'm glad I forget about it from time to time because, otherwise, I'd want it every morning. And that's way too much caffeine for me! More places need to take notes and offer us coffee ice cubes. I mean how perfect is that concept for summer in Florida?! Genius. The bagels are good but not too different than other bagel shops I've had around Oviedo/WP. Also, why are bagel sandwiches so pricey now? It's getting ridiculous. I want to make breakfast at home to save money but the coffee keeps me coming back.

These bagels are very good, but they are not exactly NY bagels. They are generous with the cream cheese, which makes me happy. The sandwiches are very customizable. Just keep in mind that the price of toppings can quickly add up. The service is great, and the line moves quickly. I love that they have coffee ice cubes for their iced coffee. The coffee itself is pretty basic, but it's nice that it won't get watered down as the ice melts. I would definitely return if I was in the area and craving a bagel.

LEO

I'm a HUGE bagel guy, and I gotta say these are some of the best bagels in town. I ordered the Leo this time which featured smoked salmon, eggs, onions, and som cream cheese. This would be a 5 star sandwich if there was some seasoning on the egg, but it was still really good.

Friendly and quick service, perfectly crafted bagels that remind me of home, and a tasty selection of fun spreads!

Came here for a quick breakfast. This is close to where I live so I figured I'd revisit since it had been a while since I'd stop to eat here. This place is located in a Publix Shopping Plaza so there is a parking lot (always a plus). I ordered a breakfast sandwich and added chicken to it for a little heartier of a meal. I did get the order to go, but there is some limited seating inside and some additional seating outside. The bagel sandwich was good. The service was pleasant. As for ambiance, it is a bagel shop so it is what you'd expect. I'll have to swing back through here and try their coffee, as I noticed they have coffee ice cubes which I think is smart. Long story short - food was good and solid when you're needing something to eat and be on your way.

Great breakfast sandwiches that are a great size. My personal favorite is the Brooklyn on an everything bagel which has ham, sausage and bacon. Their chicken salad is also a repeat purchase of mine, a little pricey but great deli style chix salad.

I've always passed Brooklyn water Bagel everytime I drive on Goldenrod and finally decided to stop in. Walking inside it was smaller than I expected but spacious enough to sit down and eat. I ordered at the counter and the worker was really nice answering questions and making suggestions. I ordered the Hot Honey Bacon Egg and Cheese with an orange juice and my husband ordered the Brooklyn Sandwich. Both sandwiches came out hot and stuffed which is always nice. We both enjoyed how the bagels were fresh and soft. The sandwiches have good flavor and are filling. We really enjoyed our breakfast and will be back. My husband ordered the Iced Coffee Cubsta and he really enjoyed that the ice cubes were also made out of coffee so that your drink doesn't get watered down when it melts. I'm not into coffee but after tasting the Cubsta I might have to order one next visit. Overall service was great and the sandwiches were worth the price, can't wait to come back and try a different sandwich.

No onions or capers which makes the entire sandwich, so that's was pretty disappointing. The main issue however, is that the salmon, is so tough and stringy, it's sadly inedible. As for the $8 coffee, I learned my lesson.

Honestly, it feels like Jeff's intentionally opens in areas without strong bagel competition because they know their product wouldn't hold up in a true bagel city. The whole "we don't toast or schmear our bagels" thing comes off less like authenticity and more like a lazy excuse. In places known for bagels, that's literally part of the experience, so pretending otherwise is kind of frustrating. As for the bagels themselves, they're just... fine. Not bad, but definitely not memorable. Kind of middle-of-the-road and not something I'd go out of my way for. I'll probably stick with Brooklyn Water Bagel and keep hoping that one day Jeff's decides to get it together and serve a properly toasted bagel.

From the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy of a place that's more than just a bagel shop... it's a community staple in the making. On my visit, I tried both the Asiago and the Asiago Everything bagels, and both exceeded expectations. The Asiago offered that perfect balance of cheesy richness baked right into the crust, while the Asiago Everything took it up a notch with that classic everything seasoning twist. Pairing them with spreads was where the experience really came alive. I highly recommend the jalapeño spread if you're looking for a flavorful kick and the hot sauce spread if you want something with a bit more bite. Each one was fresh, creamy, and complemented the bagels perfectly. The drinks are just as much a draw as the bagels. My personal favorite is the peachberry iced tea... a refreshing and slightly sweet option that pairs perfectly with the heartiness of the food. But Jeff's doesn't stop there. There were no complaints from anyone, honestly, we all ate in silence, which says a lot because we were too busy enjoying the food. The only downside is that it's not much of a dine-in spot, as they only have high-top tables and no chairs.
