Okay, people... seriously. What bagel chain is out here making actual New York-water bagels? Because I'm convinced this one does. And if that wasn't enough, they even make coffee ice so your iced coffee never gets watered down. I mean--come on. That alone blew me away. This was only my second visit, and once again, I left impressed. One of the main reasons we came back today is because my son's girlfriend is gluten intolerant, and she absolutely LOVED the gluten-free bagels I picked up for her last time. She basically insisted we return--and I'm glad we did. Another hit. For me-- this time, I got the veggie spread on a sesame bagel, and I enjoyed that one so much more than last visit. The coffee bar is fantastic, and I didn't realize during my first visit that they actually freeze coffee for the ice. Brilliant. If you're in the Lake Nona area, highly recommend. Great bagels, great coffee, great service. I'll definitely be back!

Love bagels and when this place opened we were very happy. The bagel sandwiches are great and the staff is friendly. Our favorites are the lox and cream cheese, tuna and egg and cheese and our favorite bagels are the jalapeño cheese, Asiago and everything bagels. Our only suggestion is that we love sitting outside but can't because there is no shade and the sun is brutal. Would love to see some umbrellas so that the outside seating can be utilized.

Best bagel in the lake Nona area! The service is amazing but the bagel is out of this world. New York bagel in Orlando with the best spread for a wonderful morning breakfast

I went to Brooklyn Water Bagel for breakfast. When I entered it was a little dark and looked closed but the doors were open. Then I was greeted by a cashier who took my order. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a sesame seed bagel, my husband ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel with 2 hashbrowns, and a cubsta iced coffee. When we received our bagels they were lukewarm. We were the only people eating in the dining room so I didn't understand why it was just lukewarm. The bagel sandwiches looked amazing but tasted bland. The hashbrowns were the worst part of the meal. They weren't crispy at all and had a funny aftertaste. I've been to the Winter Park location before and had an enjoyable meal so I expected the same from the Narcoossee location but unfortunately we were disappointed.

I was craving a good bagel breakfast sandwich so I decided to stop in and grab a BEC. It was so good and full of great flavor! I love their bagels and Asiago is my go too but I did the BEC on an onion bagel today. 4/5, my Asiago is 5/5. But if you want a good bagel, this is the place ! They have so many to chose from and tons of spread .

I love this bagel shop! Bagels are quality, plenty of options, Jalapeño cream cheese on a garlics bagel is my go-to. The service is excellent, and everyone is so friendly! But my favorite game-changer? Their ice cubes are made out of coffee! So no watery iced coffee, and they have several different kinds of cold brews - my fav is the Dark roast.

This will probably be my new go to bagel shop or whenever I'm craving a New York bagel! They're fresh, made to order and have many options for sandwiches with the best combos. Quick service as I ordered ahead online, they have a rewards program where you can get some nice perks. I tried both a bacon egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel & Everything bagel. It was deliciousss, I can't wait to come back and explore their iced coffee station which looked like it had a lot of options for add ins!

I was visiting from out of town and came here even though I have one close to home because it always hits. The bagels are fresh and the breakfast sandwiches are delicious. I had a bacon, egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel- so good. I also had a Cubsta iced coffee that was very good as well. I def need to go back to try their lunch bagels. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of tables. It was quiet and cold and would be a great work or study spot.

I will say, the bagels are not like the ones you get in NY, but they're not bad, and are a cut above than what you would get at the grocery store. I especially love their coffee, and I love that their ice is frozen coffee, which won't dilute the drink while the ice melts. I also add the hazelnut and vanilla creamer and I'm set for the whole day. The service is always so nice and they have plenty of seating to sit while you enjoy your first meal on a lazy Sunday morning.

Food quality: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Had my experience with Brooklyn Water Bagel today! This restaurant was still in the soft opening phase and I think they did well for opening not too long ago. When you walk in, you see an array of coffees, teas, and creamers - lots of variety. The menu can be found above the cash registers and there's a lot to choose from! This is a franchise operation with this store being the 4th in the state of Florida. We ordered online (surprised it was an available option) and was able to pick it up with 15 minutes of ordering. The garlic bagel I ordered wasn't quite ready, so I opted to wait a few more minutes for it to be done baking. While I waited, I could see the cashiers working their way through the orders slowly as they seemed to be getting used to the new POS system. Customers didn't way too long, overall. My group ordered a Williamsburg, and pastrami egg and cheese. The garlic bagel with the Williamsburg felt a bit over baked as it was crunchy when I bit into it, and it wasn't supposed to be toasted either. I also asked for no onions, but there were still onions added. The pastrami sandwich was better, the bagel was a good chewiness and had good flavor with the everything bagel. Overall, not too bad. I would go back again to give it another try and I'm sure they will work out the kinks.

These bagels are top tier! I do really enjoy the coffee ice cubes and the flavored creamer and syrups - a pleasant surprise. They also will refill your coffee ice cubes while you dine in or wait. The service is fast and the team is helpful. I've been a few times and each time I notice how much effort they take with cleaning. The line/ waiting area can be a bit stressful but I usually find a corner and wait or a table. I highly recommend the hash brown. Another great addition to Lake Nona.

Bacon cheese and fake eggs on raisin "toasted" not bagel.

This is my 2nd time here and UMMMmm... One thing is certain is that this is not a brooklyn bagel it does not come close to it. Im a native New Yorker only been in this state for a few months and Im so missing a good bagel shop. Be warn!!!. The staff is friendly and the small place is clean. I order a raisin toasted bagel with bacon eggs and cheese.. The bagel was warm like microwave the bacon was not crisp or even cooked and the eggs is not real. I asked for over easy and was told they don't have it. I still order it anyway I should of known.... we'll maybe for next time... I just get so upset when nowadays shops are able to proclaimed a name and don't live up to it. The café was good though. Wasn't water down and it was hot. Give it a try.

I have been to the goldenrod location many times and love it. Not really sure what happened with the Lake Nona location. It just wasn't the same! I went in 2 days in a row to give them a fair shot since my first day experience wasn't great. The location is good, the inside is pretty basic but it works for a bagel shop. Now here is the real reason for 2 stars ...the bagels! I ordered the Brooklyn on an everything bagel. Honestly the bagel was cold and kinda stale/hard in texture, and not a tasted hard, like it was frozen and recently thawed and cooked quickly. The insides egg, meat and cheese were hot and fresh but the bagel just ruined it. I asked a manager(guy standing around watching the team in training)! If the bagel should be warm and they took it and went to the back. He came back out with a new bagel sandwich, it was slightly warmer but still hard in texture. I figured they are new and let's just chalk it up to that. Things happen. The next day I figured let's try again....same thing...bagel was slightly warm but still hard in texture. Staff was good, coffee was good, but bagels just not on par. If they make bagels in house, they should be soft and fluffy. Not so much. I'll give them a few weeks and try again. Maybe things will change... or I'll just continue going to goldenrod location.

Something told me to look at the breakfast sandwich and I was shocked. I ended up ordered a chicken empanada and a tequeno in case I didn't like the sandwich because it looks awful (doesn't taste good either) In total with the additional purchase I spent $30. I feel like I got ripped off badly. They slapped two deli slices on this sandwich and they gave it to me on hamburger buns. This isn't what was advertised on their order screens or website. I wish I could get a refund because I didn't even enjoy the first bite and ended up not eating. The empanada was another disappointment. Flavorless boiled chicken mixed with some potato with a lightly seasoned rosemary crust. They give you some kind of garlic sauce with it and it's to distract you from flavorless food. The sauce can't always save food. Very overpriced for mediocre food. The coffee was the only decent item I had. Not even the tequeno was good and it's just a stick of cheese wrapped in dough. You're better off spending money at a drive through. For the amount of money I paid I am Highly disappointed and upset with this experience. Definitely do not recommend wasting the drive or your money to come here.

The staff here is overly friendly (in a great way), the prices are reasonable for the coffees and the quality is always superb! I always do the order ahead because this place tends to get an insane line in the mornings when everyone wants their pick me up morning drink. I always like to get the golden eagle, sugar free. I will say more times than not, even when I place the order a very nice amount of time ahead I end up having to stand around and wait when I get there, even if it is after the time it times me it would roughly be finished by. The golden eagle is a wonderful sweetness, even sugar free has a nice sweetness to it. This is espresso, half-and-half (that I sub for almond milk), vanilla syrup and caramel syrup. The portions are always mixed perfectly and the espresso is very smooth and mixes well with the almond milk! I always get a medium because it is a nice amount and lasts me the entire drive home because I like to nurse it. There is plenty of parking and the drive-thru line seems to go very quickly so maybe in the future I will test it out but I love the order ahead despite it usually not being ready by the time I get there. I love the design of the building and the colors are a beautiful blue and yellow that really pop out and make it noticeable from the road! I recommend this place to everyone!
