This Jeff's location is the closest to my home in Celebration, and the team there does an excellent job with the demand from the nearby homes, businesses, and the hospital right down the street. I've ordered both for personal as well as for catering and every time you can trust the quality of the bagels and the cheery support of the team. This location is right off of World Drive and Celebration in the Future Way area. There is ample parking and easy access to this and all the other restaurants and stores nearby. This location does not have indoor seating, but there's plenty of outdoor around the shopping plaza. read more

To start, it's hard to even walk into the place because of the strong smell of food--it's quite overwhelming and not very enjoyable. It seems like they could really benefit from a better exhaust system. The bagels were just okay--nothing out of the ordinary--and they weren't even toasted, as they were served cold. Another thing worth mentioning is the amount of cream cheese. I've been to places where they give too little, but here it was the opposite--way too much. It felt excessive, and most of it ended up going to waste. They might consider cutting back on that and investing those savings into improving the ventilation. I was so sad knowing we live so far away from Jeff's outstanding bagels. On my first ever visit, I mobile ordered three bagels, a flight of cream cheese, and a large chai latte one morning for pickup at 7:30. I walked in at 7:30 and was happy to find that my order was ready to go! Everything was delicious - I've clearly never had a proper fresh bagel before in my life because I was in heaven. Everyone working was so happy, helpful, and kind! The bagels were so soft and fluffy and the perfect amount of chewiness. I tried three cream cheeses - chive & onion, roasted jalapeño, and cookies & cream and chive & onion stole the show on my garlic bread bagel. My only complaint is that the latte wasn't filled to the top and had a significant amount of foam. Not my favorite chai latte, and I probably won't order it again but I'm glad I tried it. Yuk. Honestly. First of all, it's extremely undercooked. A bagel is supposed to be hard on the outside and soft on the inside, This is a dough ball and it's not even bagel dough; it's just regular white bread. They don't toast. Their automatic slicer is extremely off center so much that as I'm trying put in my toaster at home, I'm having to hack off half of the larger piece of the two. And it won't even toast!! I ordered 6 bagels, and the spread flight portions were incredibly small - maybe enough for 2 bagels at most. I have heard about Jeff's Bagel Run for a couple years. I love bagels. The bagel scene where I live is finally taking off, but I've heard such great things that I had to check them out. I placed my order on the app to pick up on my drive from MCO to Tampa. I ordered a cinnamon raisin with cinnamon honey spread and asiago everything with plain spread. The order was ready to go when I showed up on time to pick it up. I didn't check my order, but ate them after I got to Tampa. My asiago everything was just an asiago...which was a huge letdown. If they had been out, I wish they'd have told me because I would've taken a plain everything over a plain asiago. And this one was probably my mistake, but the cinnamon honey spread was actually butter and not cream cheese! I don't think I knew that when I bought it, so it wasn't a bit disappointing too. The bagels both were great. I wish they offered toasting so it still would've been warm when I ate them, but I guess the untoasted thing is their schtick. The cinnamon butter was still hard as a rock when I tried to spread it an hour later, so ended up just using the plain cream cheese for both bagels. I think I would definitely go back, but would 1) verify my order is correct and 2) take them to eat later and doctor to my own preferences. read more

I go to New York multiple times a year so I'm no stranger to a good NY bagel. Do these come close to that? Eh not quite but it is still a better bagel than other franchises and that's why I would go back. It was a little overwhelming being greeted by so many workers at once, although they were all very kind! They have a laminated menu you can choose from which makes it simple and easy. I guess it's their thing that they don't toast bagels which isn't an issue for me since I'm near by and can do that at home. but use this as a heads up for people who are grabbing and going. The bagel will not be warm. I got the everything Asiago bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. Bagel was good but I must have gotten a lot of the salt in their seasoning mix because it was too much. I know it says onion and chive in the name but for some reason I wasn't expecting red onions in the cream cheese, a little over powering. Today was the official grand opening! We have enjoyed Jeff's Bagel Run bagels for years. They are always soft and chewy. This location offers a variety of bagels, spreads, coffees, drinks, and desserts too. They are open between 7am and 2pm daily. The ordering process is very straight forward. They sell each item to go. No toasting. No adding toppings. Just grab your order and go. This made our visit super quick despite the line out the door. We ordered the famous Asiago Everything bagels, regular everything bagels, and cream cheese in several varieties including plain, onion and chive, and cannoli. We also grabbed a lox box and a side of lox. Everything tasted fresh and delicious! We will definitely be back often. read more

Came here for the first time on a weekend in the early morning. The place was packed with the line going out the door. This is always a good sign. The line went by fast and our bagels were fresh and hot. They don't bake their bagels they boil them. They have different options and specials daily. They also have different options of cream cheese from plain, sprinkle for the kids, and others. They serve different styles of coffee. I had their iced chai. Everything was really good. I don't live in Orlando but when I visit I'll make sure to always stop in. The place is small inside with a long high top area that fits 4/5 people. I believe there's tables outside. The employee was super polite and informative. They don't toast or do anything then slice the bagels and separate spreads in little tubs. So you are in and out. The bagels were large warm and soft. Most people praising Jeff's Bagel Run simply have not grown up with true Northeast bagels. If your baseline is Publix, Panera, or grocery store bread rings, Jeff's feels exciting. We have been a Jeff's Bagel Run fan since they opened the first store in Ocoee. We traveled 30+ minutes most weekends to not only grab a delicious bagel but be greeted with smiling friendly faces. This does not transfer over to the celebration location. I can walk to this location but the service and inconsistent taste makes me wish I'd gotten in the car and drove 30 mins. We have tried to give grace and not complain but I can't stay silent any longer. A couple weeks ago we got a blueberry bagel that was not edible. I think they forgot the salt. Today we get a cinnamon vanilla latte with no cinnamon. It usually has cinnamon. This is the inconsistency that is not Jeff's original high quality. The staff always look like they would rather be anywhere but where they are. They have a ton of people so this shouldn't be an issue. To be at the end of World Drive, this store could take a few pointers in customer service from the company about 5 miles up the road. read more
