We visited Celebration for the first time this last Spring. When searching for gluten-free options, Fortuna Bakery was recommended. We are so glad it was. A return trip to Celebration would be worth the visit simply for Fortuna Bakery. We stopped in to see what the options were for baked goods. Were we surprised to find so much more! The service was outstanding! The staff were cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Rather than simply telling us there were no more arepas, they checked to see how long it would be and we waited for a piping hot one. The chicken empanadas are delicious, and if you have not had an arepa before, do not pass up the opportunity. Fortuna takes it to a whole new level, and the generous slab of cheese is the perfect topping. As to the gluten-free baked good? Amazing! We were in town for the Farmers market and wanted to grab a coffee. We found this place on the way & decided to stop in. I'm so glad we did. They had a special of Tiramisu latte which just happens to be my favorite. I asked for it to not be too sweet & it was perfect! We also tried a pan de bono & quesito which unfortunately didn't last long enough to make it into the picture lol. They have nice outdoor seating for people watching. Get the TIRAMISU LATTE!! Since I've been back from my trip I have craved this delicious drink non stop. I happened to be at the Bakery Boys across the street while I was on the look out for coffee. I asked a girl where she got hers and pointed me to Fortunas Bakery. I walked inside and saw all their delicious baked goods which we ended up getting a cookie to try then I ordered the Tiramisu Latte. I didn't know what to except from this drink but once it was done I was blown away. It had a yummy layer of whipped Marscapone topping and a lady finger to finish it off and the latte was so good! We stopped by celebration today looking for a spot for coffee, and Fortuna did not disappoint! Maddie had the Tiramisu latte which was incredible. So glad she let me try a sip. Tiramisu was extremely dry and lacked the punchy/bold flavor expected. Buy, hey, I'm just some stranger on the internet so why should you believe I have any experience with tiramisu or know what a good one should be like?!?! To that I'll just say... I actually lived in Italy. I only mention it because I genuinely want to help you avoid wasting the substantial amount of money they charge for a tiramisu that definitely isn't worth it. There are literally millions of stores and shops where they merely hand you what you're buying and don't expect a tip. Because, let's be honest here, that's the most basic form of commerce... Went to visit Celebration Town and passed by this place in the town center. We ordered the strawberry shortcake and caramel napoleon. I enjoyed the caramel napoleon I just wish the caramel was layered in between like the cream filling instead of just on top. The strawberry shortcake was ok. This bakery is tucked away and on the small side, but the menu is surprisingly extensive! From savory to sweet there's something for any taste profile. The staff were all friendly and quite efficient and while there is not anywhere to sit or spend much time inside due to its tiny size there's plenty of seating options nearby and at the pond. The baked goods are certain to catch your eye - they're beautifully prepared and taste as good as they look! I usually gauge a place based on their tiramisu and this location did not disappoint. The drink options are mostly espresso beverages so for those light coffee drinkers or non-coffee drinkers the options are limited to a few basic options (with ability to customize for up charge) or bottled drinks. If you are a fan of drinks though, as others have raved the tiramisu latte is a sight! I misunderstood and thought it was a baked cooked, but seeing others ordering it I'll need to definitely consider it next visit. As a note: The prices are on the higher side, but you are in downtown Celebration so that is to be expected. Went to celebration for the Snow Holiday and decided to stop in as this bakery company is one of her favorites. The line was long but it ended up moving smoothly. The staff were really nice. I was visiting FL for the weekend and had some time to kill as I waiting for my partner to finish his half marathon in Celebration that weekend . I was glad this business was open at 7 in the morning and I was able to get a nice cup of coffee. The prices were super reasonable and that was a pleasant surprise ! Came here during the farmers market and it was popping. I ordered the Tiramisu Latte and it was good but was a bit disappointed since there was no tiramisu flavor to it. The presentation was nice as there was a lot to it. For the price, I wouldn't get it again but it was nice to try. The pastries look super good, so I'll definitely be back for those. Situated in downtown celebration, cute little place. The staff were not overly friendly, didn't seem like too happy to be there. There were plenty of items to choose from. There were sweets, pastries and empanadas. Variety of coffees to choose from. Since we just had lunch we decided to grab a couple of desserts. We got the tres leeches cake (not enough flavor, kind of dry), and the flan (weird texture and again not much flavor, dry). Really disappointed with both items. Bad experience. Visiting the Orlando area, came here to check out celebration. Walked into Fortuna , barely greeted by the 2 zombies working there that day. Spent $50 dollars. Asked for 2 cups for the 2 bottles of water and soda I bought. Was told they didnt have cups as im looking at a mountain of cups. I get products cost money but after spending $50 dollars I think as a courtesy they can give me 2 cups . Not like I walked in off the street asking for water without buying anything. I asked nicely and my request was received with a rude answer, shoulder shrugs and eye rolls. As for the coffee, ordered 2 iced coffees, weird flavor to be honest. A custard filled doughnut that tasted raw in the middle, the dulce de Leche cone and tres leches were ok but because of the service I cant look past that. Unacceptable. Do better Fortuna bakery. Please train your employees better to handle situations. One of them seemed to be more experienced than the other and that was the one that was the one with the snotty attitude. At the moment I am only giving a 4 stars because they only had one pan de bono left. Granted it was 7pm and late in the day. Let me start off my staying that finding a Colombian bakery around these parts has been pretty difficult. We stopped at fortuna bakery while we were waiting for our hour dinner time. We were starving and I needed something right away. They had a one pan de bono left and we got four sodas. Had to share the pan de bono and it was delicious. I was sad they didn't have empanadas but that's ok because I will be back. Wandering the sidewalks of Celebration looking for something sweet, I came upon Fortuna Bakery. There are 3 large food cases to peruse. One was largely various types of layered cake slices. Such as tiramisu, some glorious looking pistachio creation, cheesecakes and more. There was also a case full of empanadas and other savory pastries. The couple behind the counter were very nice and answered a few questions I had. This helped narrow down to the pañeletos pastry, which contained guava and cream cheese. It was delicious! The pastry itself was flaky and not too heavy. The cream cheese was mildly present, and the guava was in a jelly form, it was very tasty. I was very happy with my selection. There is one table out front, and three along the side just off the sidewalk. All had umbrellas. There was also dog water bowls out front for our fur babies. Really appreciated that. The vibe was very relaxed, birds were around but not an annoyance. If you are looking for a bite that isn't your average breakfast sandwich or donut, make sure to check out Fortuna. Only got one Bavarian filled donut and only reason it's not pictured is because I devoured it quicker than I thought of taking the picture. Incredible bakery! Visiting from out of town and didn't want resort food so we jaunted over to Celebration to hit a few local spots. This one was a highlight! Great and I mean GREAT pastries, empanadas and other treats with a Latin flair. Fruit tart, cheese empanada and the pan was amazing! My husband is a coffee snob and loved their flat white espresso. Fortuna Bakery just opened in the heart of downtown Celebration. The location has parking in the street in front, as well as in the lot directly behind. The cases are full of a wide variety of baked goods. The offerings are similar to their sister location in Orlando. In addition to baked goods, they have packaged coffee, hot tea and coffee, as well as a cooler with bottled beverages. The prices were great! It's easy to buy a few different things to try. We had a crispy elephant ear cookie, chocolate pastry that looked like a cannoli, and plain croissant. All were so fresh and tasty! We were delighted to find the gluten free cassava roll was made with cassava flour. Can't wait to try the tiramisu and chocolate roll and cheese bread and coffee! read more

From sandwiches to desserts to empenadas and bread, there is something that will tug at your heartstrings. For me, I can't pass up on my favorite dessert, strawberry shortcake, and today was no exception at Fortuna Bakery. The generous, rectangular shaped shortcake bar glistened on top with a shiny red strawberry glaze, topped with a snippet of a fresh strawberry. Tasty and satisying and mildly sweet. This location has been home to lots of different businesses, so I'm glad to see one that seems to be here to stay! The family that runs it is very kind, and they always offer helpful suggestions when I can't decide on what new things to try. Usually everything is on point, even though today was an unfortunate exception. I picked the raspberry cheesecake and iced chai latte, which was actually a little bit of a letdown. The raspberry coating on the top had dried and hardened, which made it very chewy and difficult to cut through. I ended up having to leave it and settle for the plain cheesecake. The chai latte was also over-saturated with the spiced syrup, and I didn't end up drinking second half because it gave my throat an unpleasant sensation. Since I paid $12 for both, I wish it had been a more positive experience. They don't have any indoor seating for customers, but there is a single table right outside. It's not a place that's meant for large groups, though they have plenty of baked goods that can be taken to-go. Another perk is that every staff member I interacted with was bilingual, which is really important in our area. If you love sweets and baked snacks, this is a great pit stop! read more

Stopped by here for a quick breakfast on a roadtrip, and it was the best!! I got a ham and cheese croissant and an iced coffee. The croissant was warm and the coffee wasn't bitter so I didn't add any milk or sugar in it.
