went in for a quick sweet treat after dinner and let me tell you when you walk in it's like you stepped into Charlie and the chocolate factory LOL the atmosphere just smelled so SWEET , hubby and i shared a root beer float and it was spectacular as usual staff were very helpful in choosing and explaining the menu definitely bringing the rest of the family here to try this out! 10/10
We stopped here for dessert after dinner at Flamingo Crossing. We did not expect it to be a whole sit-down restaurant with a full-blown menu of ice creams, cake, crepes, pies, sundaes, and other sweets. It was all kind of overwhelming. I had in mind grabbing a quick scoop and going, but instead we sat a booth and took in the ambience. The interior is quite attractive and themed to sweets. The restaurant was clean. The booth where we sat was clean. Overall, a good impression. Our server Olivia appeared immediately, before we had fully taken in the menu actually, but she was patient and returned later. Because we just had eaten a big meal we really did not want a lot so the kid and I opted for a scoop of their speciality ice cream and the wife had a piece of pie with no ice cream. Everything was very tasty and hit the spot. Ice cream was good quality and creamy. The wife liked the apple pie. My only criticism and the reason for 4 stars is pricing. It is quite expensive. Our scoops were $11.50 each and the wife's piece of pie was $16.50. Total for the light dessert we thought we would get was $59 after tax and tip.
The White Rabbit Dessert Experience is a sit-down specialty dessert diner/shop in the Flamingo Crossings Town Center in Winter Garden just west of Disney. It's tastefully decorated with some Alice in Wonderland theming, creative menus, and gift shop. A place like this would do spectacular business in Disney Springs or many of the Disney resort properties, but it's nice to know White Rabbit is a similarly decadent dessert option a bit farther out. Kudos to whoever designed the menu cover as it is truly unique. I went with the "First Draft Pick" brownie sundae that consists of a chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream, praline crunch, and both caramel and Belgian chocolate sauces. The vanilla ice cream was of really good quality along the line of Haagen Dazs, and didn't melt right away. The brownie was super rich and chocolatey with chocolate chips, and served heated. While it was good, my own personal preference would have been to have a walnut brownie option over the one with chocolate chips for people who don't like chocolate overload with their brownies. I wasn't a fan of the praline crunch, so I'm glad I asked for that on the side, as it skews the taste of the dessert which already has a lot going on. The prices are a bit on the high side, but I knew that going in that this would be a bit different than your typical dessert shop or ice cream parlor. Service was really friendly, but also slow at times. It seemed as if our waitress was doing a bunch of the serving and prep work, while one employee manned the front podium area, and the other in the kitchen (all looked like high school aged students). Although they're not a typical ice cream shop and scoop prices are high, if they lowered ice cream prices and converted the area in front of the prep area into a more casual soda fountain type set up with stools, it would probably bring in a lot more business having both a premium dessert experience for dine in and a more casual set up for those with kids in tow that just want some quick ice cream. I'd recommend the White Rabbit Dessert Experience to those who like more decadent specialty desserts, but not to those looking for just some ice cream or something more casual.
Stopped here for some dessert. The interior is beautifully decorated. Very "Alice in Wonderland" with clocks and books and tea. Frozen hot chocolate was delicious. Wish it was bigger. The chocolate cake was soft and not too sweet. The homemade ice cream was creamy and delicious. On the pricey side, but would go back to try other things.
Omg!!! Awesome place!!! Crapes were so good! Cookie was so soft and fresh, went great with ice cream
The AI on the front of the menu was not it. The prices were crazy expensive. I understand charging for quality for the ice cream but lots of places make small batches in house and don't charge that much (or serve more), and it doesn't justify the non-ice cream items either (8.50 for a cup of tea? Even Starbucks doesn't charge that much) The ice cream was delicious though. Not worth $15. The server was friendly, just slow.
Ordered the walking brownie crepe and it was delicious. The ambiance was nice and clean. Only knock was the service. The staff were friendly but just slow. If you're more patient than I am :)) and okay with waiting a bit longer to be sat and order then give it a try cause the dessert did not disappoint.
Disappointed in the prices. $18 for this ice cream to go isn't worth it. You get more anywhere else. They need to cut prices asap. Service was great ordering but just super disappointing with the two scoops for the price. I almost expected gold on top with the price.
Stopped in to the dessert place with some Friends after dinner. Seated fast but service past that is slow. Surprising because there was only one other small group. Some unique combinations of desserts and ice cream. The proper chocolate ice cream with brownies is amazing. We also had the walking Brownie and banana crepe. Great experience. Will be back soon
Always love coming here! Service is great and the desserts are fairly sweet. The ambiance is perfect both indoor and outdoor area. Music be on point!
The good -- the food, of course. Who doesn't love sugar coated sugar? Service was fine, our server was very sweet. The bad -- the price. The one and only time we'll visit. $45 for a slice of cake with ice cream and a crepe with bananas, strawberries, and Nutella drizzle. Honestly, pricing here is about 30-50% more than it should be. A glass of milk is $6. That's nearly a whole gallon of organic milk from Publix, of all places. I have no doubt it's whatever Cisco delivers. Not organic, for a single glass.

Came cause I was close by. Overpriced. One scoop is $11. I got a root beer float. It was one small scoop of ice cream. They charged tip for a large party, but they only served 4 people. Not as casual for a larger party (7) unless you want to be charged. There was barely anyone in the restaurant as well. I would not recommend coming back here. The dessert is nothing outstanding and prices are too steep. read more

We visited the White Rabbit Dessert Experience while on vacation for Spring Break. I had never experienced a dessert restaurant before, so the concept is pretty cool. You can order to go, but we decided to dine in. Our server was friendly and welcoming. I tried the "Big Apple Pie" with their dairy-free vanilla ice cream. The pie was tasty. The crust was flaky, and the granola on top was the perfect addition. The slice was HUGE, so I had a nice portion to take home with me. My friend had the waffle topped with ice cream, caramel, and fudge, and she enjoyed it. Her dessert was HUGE as well, so she couldn't finish it all. It was a cute experience for us out-of-towners. #ImNotAFoodie #ImJustAGirlWhoLovesFood #YelpEliteSquad read more

Good dessert place for crepes and waffles but so overpriced for something so regular (~$20+for a crepe!). The interior was cool with Alice and wonderland theme. We got a variety of dishes and drinks. The walking brownie was okay not sure why it took them so long to bring out our crepe while our waffles and drinks were given so fast. By the time the waffles were FINISHED was when we received our crepe.. read more

This place has the best desserts I've ever had!! I'm not usually a sweet tooth person but when I ammmmmm.... Omg this place has the best crepes and waffles with ice cream I've ever had. Also... I've had the banana split for 2 people but it can easily be for 4 people, it's humongous. The prices are all reasonable as all the items are enough to share with another person (and still have some left over). Perfect date night/group hangout spot! The ambiance is soo fun and the service was quick and attentive! read more

The restaurant is beautiful, the young ladies working are wonderful, the place is dead- because it's expensive and who can spend almost $30 on a single crepe with a single scoop of ice cream after tax and tip? I make good money and this is one and done for me. The crepe was very thick and cold, almost rubbery when it got to the table. I know it's because the beautiful young ladies were taking pride in the toppings. Hiding the ice cream with the crepe is cute in concept but it actually makes the crepe cold and rubbery faster. If the prices were more reasonable - there may be more customers and I may have ordered 2 crepes instead of sharing one or tried other things. read more

This was one of the best waffles I've had, and love the fact it wasn't coated with sugar. The ice cream was a home run, and the waffle is really big in size. The drizzled chocolate is some of the best chocolate I've tasted. I do wish they had plain options in Uber Eats. I wanted vanilla ice cream and a plain waffle with maybe chocolate drizzled on top but couldn't get that. Everyone doesn't want or need a ton of toppings. I added banana at home. I also think the price is steep, but it is enough to share for 2 ppl. I will be back when I'm feeling fancy and don't mind the splurge. I'll probably go in person next time so I can customize and get a more plain waffle with vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzle. read more
