The cookie was delicious and the parring with this particular ice cream made it absolutely delicious. Special thanks to our server/cashier. She was very patient as we looked through the many options of toppings, drizzle, cookies, Boba, ice cream, smoothies and bowls. After I narrowed it down, it was the expert opinion of our cashier that led me to this scrumptious combination. After we received our treat we unleashed our inner child at the different Instagram ready scenes in the restaurant. Pricing was good. Environment was very clean. Experience was memorable. Fun spot for a sweet treat and fun pics. They have a good variety of sweets to satisfy your sweet tooth including gelato, acai bowls, milkshakes, bubble waffles, croffles(Crossaint waffles), sweet stacks(sundaes), cookies, matchas, mocktails, coffee just to name some. We ordered the tropics on your feed sweet stack. They couldn't do any substitutes bc I wanted to change the coconut to rum raisin. It was enjoyable non-the-less. Our pup also enjoyed a pup cup. It's dog friendly inside here so besides enjoying our sweet treat, we had fun taking pics inside with him. Though he was a bit shy for pics. Love the concept where here they have 6 backgrounds to take pics at. They also have a fun bathroom design which was my fave believe it or not. Pretty sweet spot to enjoy so def check it out. Always on the hunt for a delicious new dessert place, we decided to try out Sweet Clicks while staying nearby. Sweet Clicks has a cute theme, with different sets for taking fun selfies as the seating areas. I think they really used the space they have to its full potential. The service we received was very sweet and polite. The woman explained the different cookies available, but unfortunately they were sold out of several kinds. We decided to order the two sundaes they offer. One was a brownie sundae and one was a chocolate chip cookie sundae. While both were very tasty, I felt the chocolate chip cookie one was a bit small and unexciting for the price. It was just one small cookie with two scoops of ice cream and a drizzle of caramel. The brownie sundae was perfect, however, and felt worth the price point. The brownie was well sized and it came with two scoops of ice cream, whip cream, chocolate syrup, and 3 Oreos. My husband also ordered some extra cookies- another chocolate chip cookie and a cookies and cream cookie. The woman advised that they didn't have any cookies ready but she could make the ones she had available and it would be about 12 minutes. So we got our sundaes and enjoyed those while we waited for the other two cookies. It was unfortunate that they offered about 6 different cookies, but only had maybe two or three kinds actually available. Also, it was empty when we came but if there was a crowd who wanted baked items I could see where it might take too long for orders here. I think that this small business is still trying to work out some of the kinks with staffing and having adequate amounts of fresh products ready and available - and pricing felt high for some items like the small cookies at $5.50 each- but their product is delicious and unique, and I would consider visiting again if I was in the area. read more

Interesting location but good quality gelato. They offer freshly made waffles that the ice cream sits in...was really good! Service was awesome. There are photo themed selfie walls to take pictures against. They just posted summer hours which are later than what is on the sites so call before you stop by if it is going to be late to double check. read more

Perfect boba! A lot of places around here don't know how to cook their boba, BUT THIS PLACE DOES. It is squishy, small tapioca pearls with the perfect brown sugar flavor. I visited this adorable place with my DIL and granddaughter a few days ago and had an AMAZING experience!!! The owner was wonderful at explaining the drinks and helped us find exactly what each of us would enjoy. The atmosphere was delightful for any age!!! I do not take writing negative reviews lightly, but my experience at Sweet Click in Orlando was beyond unacceptable and needs to be publicly addressed. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was uncomfortable--the inside was sweltering hot, with no proper air circulation, which made the wait even more unbearable. We waited over 30 minutes for our order, only to find out that the older woman working there arrived 30 minutes late herself, completely throwing off all service timelines. The ice cream and drinks were great in taste however nothing is good enough to be treated this way. Worse than the delay was her blatantly rude, disrespectful, and discriminatory behavior. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional--she spoke down to us, ignored basic courtesy, and treated others in line very differently. Her behavior made it clear that not all customers are treated equally at this establishment, and that is absolutely not okay. This was not just poor service--it was a display of unacceptable conduct that left us angry, uncomfortable, and extremely disappointed. Businesses like this one need to be held accountable. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend anyone spend their money here. read more

I had a pretty terrible experience at this place tonight. I was excited to go because I read online that they had the Dubai strawberries so we entered and everything was fine at first. The place was empty, we were the only people there. I ordered two items and the bills was over $30, kinda pricey but I expected that because I had already looked at the menu online. My elderly mom doesn't like ice cream so I went next door to the bakery and bought her a pastry. I went back inside sweet clicks and my mom began eating her pastry while my kids were eating their ice cream. All of a sudden an employee comes up to us and asks us to leave because we are not supposed to be eating outside food. It was super awkward and embarrassing. I felt humiliated. You could tell the employee felt uncomfortable too, like she didn't want to ask us to do that. We packed up and were leaving but I decided to let the two women behind the counter know in a polite way, that the way we were treated was pretty rude. One of the women just kept interrupting me and saying it's their policy, which i understand, but I shared with her that in my opinion that's bad for business. I told them that if I was the owner I wouldn't care if an old lady was eating a pastry especially because I did spend almost $40 in their establishment. That's just a bad business move in my opinion, like seriously what's the big deal letting an old woman eat a darn danish from next door. I told them I understand and to have a good day but obviously I won't ever be back. As I was walking out, they proceeded to start talking in Portuguese or Spanish I think, and laughing. I'm assuming they were making fun of me and they assumed I didn't speak their language which is why they chose to be petty that way. It was really unprofessional and honestly just mean girl behavior. Clearly this place is suffering for business because it was totally dead and I can definitely see why. Save your money people. There are so many other ice cream places with much kinder service. I completely UNDERSTAND that this is their policy which is why we kindly, quietly and respectfully packed up and left. I never raised my voice or said anything inappropriate. I just did feel the need to share my opinion. Obviously it's bad for business if you make customers have a horrible experience and they won't return and they definitely won't recommend your business to others. As I'm reading some of the other negative reviews on other platforms I definitely see a pattern of just making up excuses for bad service and not taking accountability. Reviews are definitely important and people do read them and it does affect their decisions when choosing businesses to frequent. In my opinion businesses who have poor customer service don't tend to become successful. Laughing and making fun of people as they are walking out the door is honestly just cruel and TOTALLY unacceptable. read more
