Great ice cream . Went during a very busy time (Friday night) but line moved efficiently. Ice cream was great. Nice selection.

The Milk Stand is a classic Disney trap. Is it a gimmick? Absolutely. Is it overpriced? 100%…read more That said, the flavor was surprisingly good--very fruity and refreshing, almost like a tropical slushie rather than actual 'milk.' It's a plant-based (coconut/rice milk) blend, so don't expect a milkshake texture. Glad I tried it for the Star Wars experience, but my wallet says once is enough!

When we visited, the Milk Stand sold Blue and Green Milk, along with other Star Wars-themed drinks and snacks. The milks are plant-based (coconut and rice milk) and therefore, dairy-free. The milks come in both non-alcoholic and alcoholic ($17.00) versions. The alcoholic Blue Milk is mixed with Bacardi Rum, while the Green Milk version uses tequila. Blue Milk first appeared in the very first Star Wars movie, Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977): https://youtu.be/tfZdUBGxVgY The Blue Milk in the movie had a much lower viscosity than the theme park's frozen version. This Yelp review is for the Milk Stand at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Florida (Disney World). There's also a version of this at Disneyland in California.
