    bratwurst
    Manny F.

On our quest to stop at every country, the family ordered the bratwurst. It wasn't bad but not great. Definitely had better but if you want a taste of Germany, this is worth the stop. Would highly recommend the caramel shop that is sponsored by Whether's Original.

I was super excited about a giant German pretzel from the Germany pavilion in EPCOT, sadly this one was disappointing. It was GIANT, like bigger than my head, but honestly cold and super dry. I grabbed some mustard to add and that helped a little bit. Definitely would skip this snack and try some of the other amazing bites in the park! Extra points for this great picture I got of it though!

I would have been quite remiss if I visited EPCOT and didn't get a freaking bratwurst from the German pavilion. Timing worked out well since I had a heavy winner. Now THIS was a proper bratwurst! A thick piece of meat with an absurd amount of sauerkraut. It was exactly everything I had hoped for! Well worth the wait.

This was one of the destinations as part of my "drink around the world" adventure at Epcot where I got one drink from each country in the park. Sommerfest is located in the Germany section of the park. It's a small walk-up window where you can either order at the kiosk there or order on the Disney app beforehand for mobile pick-up. I got the schöfferhofer pink grapefruit hefeweizen ($11.50) which was very light and refreshing. It was easy to sip even for a person who doesn't gravitate toward beer. This was great and one of my favorite drinks from the "drink around the world" series.

Vegan sausage (we think it's beyond) is soooo flavorful, pretzel bun is soft, hefty amounts of sauerkraut. Wonderful vegan option! It wasn't on the menu but they should have it just ask.

Bratwurst was great as well as the chips but the true star was the Pink Grapefruit Hefeweizen! Don't miss out on it, it's GREAT!!! Service is very fast so go here to eat if you want to squeeze in a meal. Ambiance includes being very hot in the summer so make sure to save a table before heading inside.

Was a miss for me. The chips were super crunchy, to the point where they hurt my gums when I chew. I don't know how older people can eat this thing given their even more sensitive mouths. The bread was too thick and I was hoping the sausage would be bigger. The sauerkraut was good, no complaints here. Service was quick and we were provided free water. One thing I do have to note is that there are limited seatings so many people were just sitting outside on a curb. We managed to get a table right outside the store but it was really dirty. The service crew could do a better job cleaning the tables.

Pretzel. Bread. Pudding. Just get it! I've had this several times and it's consistently tasty, warm and just the right amount of salty to sweet. If you are a fan of bread pudding, you should definitely check this out. You can mobile order but there usually isn't a line since Sommerfest is hidden next to the Biergarten restaurant.

Bratwurst and Sch-fferhofer Pink Grapefruit Hefeweizen - Germany
    Jimmy H.

The Pink Grapefruit beer was delicious and light. It doesn't really give you that bloat that normal beer gives. I wish there were more places to sit to enjoy the food but when we did get to eat it, the bratwurst was well seasoned and the bread was fluffy and toasted well. The chips were savory and nice to have with the drink but as others have stated already, not my top choice in Epcot.

A great place to stop and snack in the Germany pavilion! They have a small menu that's available right at the line entry and overhead at the registers. The bratwurst was a touch disappointing in that I would have liked a different bun. I basically pulled half the bread off just so I could eat it. However the flavor was great!! The mac and cheese was good! Hubs wasn't the biggest fan, but the baby and I liked it and shared that one. It was really quickly served and it's a little hidden so the line is usually short. They stopped serving pretzels here, but you can get them just around the corner at the food kiosk at the pavilion entry. Overall: A Good food, decent pricing, and quick! Great stop off for quick serve style food.

We were looking for some real food (more than a snack) while walking around everywhere in Epcot. Luckily for us, there were some good options in Germany Pavilion. They had a Biergarten Restaurant, but we didn't want to have that much food, and we were not interested in drinking beer just yet... And they thought of people like us, they had a kiosk outside the restaurant called Sommerfest, where you can purchase a la cate items. The food offering at the Snack section is limited, but it had what we wanted, Bratwurst! It is served on a freshly baked roll with sauerkraut and house-made paprika chips. My goodness this thing was GREAT!!! Bratwurst was super plump and juicy underneath the mountain of fresh sauerkraut, packed with flavor and oh-so-satisfying! The chips were really nice too, super crunchy and tasty. It was exactly what we wanted and more!

First off let me start by saying, PLEASE DO NOT EVER STOP SERVING THE PRETZEL BREAD PUDDING!!!! It's just that delicious !!! It's tender, moist, fluffy, and warm with every bite.. I absolutely adore this dessert. It's also very affordable and a really nice portion. You have definitely got yourself something unique and special Disney!! it's located in Germany in the world showcase in Epcot . Conveniently located and easily accessible. I'll definitely be coming back for more on my next visit... PLEASE KEEP THIS TREASURE ON YOUR MENU FOR MANY MANY YEARS TO COME !!

I was hoping that there would be more of a selection for quick services especially during the wine and food festival. The only QS offered was brats and super pretzels. The brat was a tad undercooked and lacking flavor. The paprika chips were stale. But since I paid a premium I had to make it work.

I tried a bratwurst here and I didn't enjoy it. However, if I came again, I'd try the pretzel.

Their vibe is dark, nautical, it matches the resorts. Everything is navy blue, its pretty dark inside, but they do have a few TVs. My wife and I prefer to come here when we stay at the Yacht Club or the Beach club but we have visited a few times just to get away from the park. We also stop here when we like to do the Yacht and Beach crawl. If you are not staying here you will need to figure out a different way to access the resort. They offer a small selection of food, mostly which are appetizers, but there are a couple of items you could order as a meal. Last time we were here we did see a few people order food to go probably back to their room. Something my wife and I always have to order is the Parker House Rolls and Spreads which has three spreads and 5 rolls. The spreads include Bacon Jam, Pub Cheese, and Citrus Butter. These are so good and actually one time we stayed we ordered these every single night, they are that good. The spreads are great on their own but even better when you mix them. I would prefer the rolls to be hot but they are still great. We also ordered the Truffle Fries served with with Roasted Shallot Mayo and the meatballs which has a porcini and parmesan cream sauce, pickled mushrooms, and chive oil. Both are really delicious and easy to share or even have both as your meal. The last thing we ordered was the flatbread. They have a seasonal flatbread which was French onion soup but we found out they also offer just a pepperoni flatbread which is not on the menu. This was a great flatbread, really cheesy, great flavor, not too heavy on the pepperoni but really good overall. For drinks I really prefer to get order off the menu and get either a dirty martini or a Manhattan. They have a full bar and can do most drinks. My wife loves their wine particularly the Dr. Loosen, Dr. L. Riesling which she finds around Disney. She also enjoys a good lemon drop martini. Overall this is a great stop, it is one of my favorite lounges. It is comfy, dark, not super loud, they have great food options and great drinks. I would say stop by when you can and check it out! ACES!

They do serve a small selection of food and specialty cocktails as well as beer and wine and a fully stocked bar. I have personally tried a couple of the specialty drinks as well as just ordered off the menu. I really prefer this lounge when staying at the resort, you can head down from your room and grab dinner and drinks and then head back. If you are not staying here you will need to get over to the resort in another way. On our last visit and actually every visit, my husband and I have to get the Parker House Rolls and Spreads which has three and includes the Bacon Jam, Pub Cheese, and Citrus Butter. These also come with 5 rolls. This is such a great snack, starter, whatever you want to call it. They are so good, the spreads are each delicious on their own but even better when you pair them together. My only thing would be the spreads should be not as cold, they are hard to spread on the rolls since they are cold and the rolls are also not warm. But it is minor. We also enjoy the Truffle Fries served with with Roasted Shallot Mayo. These are a good snack, very truffle heavy but still very good. If you are looking for something more substantial then I would recommend the Seasonal Market Flatbread which will vary. But what they also dont tell you if that they have a pepperoni flatbread not listed on the menu. We ordered the pepperoni last time and it was hot, crispy, had a great cheese pull and was really good. Solid flatbread. We also ordered the meatballs which has a porcini and parmesan cream sauce, pickled mushrooms, and chive oil. These were fantastic meatballs. I really enjoyed them. It had great flavor, and came with 4 meatballs. They also serve other food items such as a burger, wings and salads. The food is great. For drinks I really prefer to get what I love which is a lemon drop martini. I also enjoy some of the wines they offer. If you want a specialty cocktail then I would recommend the Seaworthy Breeze Absolut Vodka with Grapefruit and Cranberry Juices. It was a nice cocktail, not super sweet, but more on the tart side. Overall this is a great stop. We really enjoy sitting here an relaxing with some appetizers and cocktails. You can make a meal out of the food as well if you want. No reservation required, there have a decent amount of seating. I would say stop by and check it out.

You cannot park at the Boardwalk without a reservation and this does not take reservations. I would recommend a bus from Disney Springs, or cut through the park if you have a pass. You can also park at Studios and take the Skyliner to EPCOT and then walk over or boat to Boardwalk. It is not the easiest to get here but you can do it. Inside they offer bar seating and then a couple of high-top tables and then couches and bench tables. There is a server that will come to you if you are not at the bar. The theme is magicians and magic, they have pictures on the walls that move and change, everything has a magic theme. There is also props and such with the same magician theme. It is not super big and can get busy, but we have usually had a good chance to get a seat. We do go early though, we have not been here late in the evening. You can also grab a drink to go which a lot of people do. It is between Flying Fish and Trattoria Al Forno restaurants, so a lot of people will sit in here waiting or grab a drink before dinner. Some of their drinks are interesting with a couple trying to stay with the magic theme, however, if you don't like any of the drinks, you can just order your own. They have a pretty well stocked bar serving beer, wine, and many different types of liquor. I personally enjoy ordering my own and always go for an espresso martini and a lemon drop martini. There is also food available from 5:00pm to 10:00pm but only 3 options. This is designed as a snack, you are not getting a meal here. My favorite items is the Lump Crab Fries which has Wasabi Aioli, Doenjang, and Tobiko for $17.00. This was a huge portion of crispy thin fries, topped with tons of crab and then drizzled with sauce. The crab was fantastic, really good and did not have a fishy taste which sometimes you get. I would highly recommend them. We will go back for these, they are that good! As we get older we are discovering the more adult things in Disney such as lounges as opposed to riding rides. If you can fit this in, I would highly recommend checking it out. The drinks are strong, they are good and very delicious. ACES!

This isn't just a place to grab a drink, but it's an experience that's full of clever magic-themed touches that make it feel like you've stepped into a magician's hidden lounge. Most patrons don't appreciate the theme, but we sure do! The atmosphere is cozy and stylish, with a dimly lit, intimate vibe that's perfect for a date night or a chill evening away from the crowds. The decor is playful without being over-the-top, with nods to classic magic tricks and sleight-of-hand illusions that make every corner a little fun to explore. Be sure to ask your server to give you the inside scoop on hidden Mickeys, backstage stories, and cool little easter eggs filled with Disney surprises. The cocktails are inventive and perfectly crafted, and some even come with a little theatrical flair or clever presentations. There's something on the menu for everyone, whether you want a strong, sophisticated concoction or a simple glass of wine or beer. Prices are high, but this is a Disney resort after all. And make sure you set your watch for 13 past the hour. That's when the meeting of the magicians happens. The only thing I'll tell you is to watch the walls. Abracadabar has skyrocketed in popularity among Disney adults in the last few years, so getting a coveted seat inside can be difficult. The bar is very small, and there is often a line forming out front long before opening time. It's an easy walk from the back entrance of Epcot (we often leave the park mid-day to go grab a drink and take a break from the park crowds). They have a limited food menu (elevated bar snacks) but the cocktails are the superstars here. I'll be honest, as an introvert, this wasn't my jam the first time I visited, because we were seated at the bar and the bartenders chose me for one of the acts. But the last two times, we were seated at a table in the very back and I love to watch from my dark corner. My husband ordered a zombie and our waitress did a hilarious zombie act as she brought it over to him. It's just so fun. I ordered a pineapple drink that featured Dole Whip and I didn't love it because the consistency was reminiscent of a Slurpee rather than Dole Whip.
