If you are looking for authentic fish and chips at Disney, then Yorkshire County Fish Shop should be a place to put on your list. This location is in the United Kingdom pavilion at EPCOT, directly next to Rose and Crown. They are serving one item but doing it very well! Their only food item is fish and chips. It is cooked perfectly, it is crunchy, crispy, hot, fresh and so good. They also serve a limited amount of drinks, soda and a couple of beers. This is a spot my wife and I frequently visit, mostly for a snack but we have had made a meal out of it as well. You get one large piece of beer battered fish and then chips (fries). Their location is walk up only, it is very small. Two windows only and a register. It is all outside. It might even be considered more of a stand than a quick service. They also have no dedicated seating, but there are tables directly next to the fish shop on the water. These tables again are not reserved for the fish shop so at times it can be hard to get a table. My wife and I prefer to come here at lunch, do a mobile order, then head next door to the Rose and Crown pub and eat in there. The Rose and Crown(dining area) is not open for lunch but you are allowed to sit at their tables until 3pm. At 3, it starts to turn over for dinner which a table service reservation required spot. There are condiments if you are looking for those, they will offer tarter sauce and then other condiments available include: malt vinegar, lemon, salt and ketchup. I prefer the malt vinegar and tarter. My wife likes the lemon, malt vinegar and ketchup. The line can get really long so I always recommend using the mobile order on the Disney app. Overall this is one of my favorite lunch spots. We frequently get lunch here or even share one and just have a snack. I would highly recommend adding this to your list to try. ACES! read more

The fish shop is extremely small, with only two walk up windows. There is no seating for just the fish shop, however, there are tables directly next to the fish shop on the water. However, the tables are not reserved for those dining at the fish shop so seating can be difficult. Our favorite thing to do is to mobile order fish, and then go next door to the Rose and Crown pub and eat in there. During lunch time till about 3 pm, the rose and crown is open for anyone. After 3pm it turns into a table service restaurant with reservations required. This is so great since we can also grab a beer or cocktail. The restaurant has an extremely limited menu. They offer fish and chips, that's it. Throughout the years I have seen at times an additional food item but it is very limited and a majority of the year it is just fish and chips. They also offer a few drinks including beer and soda. The fish is always crispy and crunchy and fresh. It is a batter fish and is paired with crunchy chips aka fries. The fish is crispy always since they are so busy, they just pump our fish non stop. They will also ask if you want tarter sauce and then they have malt vinegar, lemon, salt and ketchup available as well. I would highly recommend using the mobile order. The line is always long sometimes extremely long. It does move fast since there is literally one item, but it also can just take forever. We prefer to mobile order, grab a place to sit and then just head up when its ready. Overall this is a great spot. Its very authentic, very delicious, a perfect snack or even meal. I also loved the fish. I got a huge filet with big flakes of that white fish. The breading on the outside looks a little too thick, but it's not. It's snappy and crispy and comes with just enough crackling on the edges. Overall, this place is just plain good. There are tables with seats for guests to sit and enjoy their food. The menu itself is very straightforward: Fish and Chips. They also offer a side of three cutie mandarin oranges for purchase. Perhaps the straightforward menu lends itself to perfection. The fish is a good quality and large in size. Definitely very filling. If you tend to have a smaller appetite, you could probably split a piece of fish with someone else. It is sometimes hard to really say a quick service spot at the parks is worthy of five stars, but Yorkshire County Fish Shop is truly worth the hype. I like that you can order on the Disney app and pick up to skip the line. I got the bombardier amber ale ($11.25) which was a good beer. For food we got the beer-battered fish and chips ($13.49) which was light and crispy. The fries were also good and flavorful. One thing I would say is that both the order line and mobile pick-up lines funnel into one narrow section. During a recent visit, we watched one parent have a panic attack after losing sight of her son - yes, it is so dark that you cannot see the food in front of you or a toddler who was just steps away from his family. Surely Disney can provide better lighting at night for park guests who have spent $$$$ to visit EPCOT. The same comment goes for Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. read more

We missed out at another Fish and Chips place at Disney Springs before we came to the parks but I saw this was highly reviewed and we made it our mission to at least have a snack here. The big regret was we only got 2 plates for 2 families of 8 people and I wish we ordered one more plate. You can preorder and I highly recommend it as it seems like there was a constant line. The people working here are from the UK and it was close to what you will find abroad. The batter had a distinct beer funk that was great and was crunchy, fries were slightly overdone but I still loved it. The odd thing to comment on is the ketchup, mayonnaise, and malt vinegar that comes in packets are more delicious than the typical Heinz packets. If you want to properly dip your fish in malt vinegar you can get a plastic to-go container to empty the packet into. read more

Ok easily the best fish and chips I've had in the US. This was the 1st food place we ate at at the EPCOT. And it did not disappoint! It's self service, it's quick depending on the waiting lone and they give you your food at the go tee as you pay. No wait time after payment. You take it and go to the tables by the lake and eat outdoors with a gorgeous lake view. Oh boy, the fish was decadent, delicious and batter fried to golden crispy perfection. My mouth is watering as I recall the taste. Something so simple can be so satisfying. The fries were good too. I am usually not a batter fried food lover but I couldn't resist this. It is perfectly crunchy on the outside and juicy and soft in the inside. It's very good. On both side of the bootz there is a condiment stand for different sauce like tartar sauce, lemon juice and more. You should easily find what suite your taste buds with fish in there. I was a little disappointed of how much time it took, I hope that at Yorkshire during my next visit, there will be separate lines between the two. I was also confused when a worker said that mobile orders do not start until 12:00, when we did it at 11:00? How should I order online? Just have a heads up that at the restaurant, there is a little amount of space to sit and eat with a table and limited seating in the shade.
