    Dirty Chips #2
    Donna A.

First time trying Gordon Ramsay's Fish and Chips 7/5/26 and so glad we did! We have been wanting to try this place while in Orlando, Florida. The ordering system was easy, you place an order at the kiosk, pay and wait for your order to be called. The restaurant isn't big but they do have a couple of stools for those who want to eat in. We ordered the #2 dirty chips, fish combo and a fish and shrimp combo. The fish was fresh and crispy, the shrimp was crispy and plump. We got regular fries so nothing too fancy about it but they were good with the fish and shrimp combo. The shrimp and fish combo was &19.99 which I thought was fair for a seafood dish. I received 2 pieces of fish and 3 pcs of shrimp with this combo. What stood out the most was the service. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and respectful. I love that about Florida compared to people in California. Definitely Florida has more friendly people than CA. The atmosphere was friendly, to go style and clean. Happy about our experience. They are located in the ICON plaza with plenty of parking.

I like the location, pretty views. I've been here a couple of times. If you go on the Ferris wheel and look down on the building, you'll see a large British flag painted on their roof. I usually park down the street & walk over. The fries are really fun with a variety of toppings. The fish is good, they just add water or something simple to the batter. I think it's overpriced. They serve some cans & bottles with soft drinks & alcohol from a menu screen. You can view the cooks in the open kitchen. Sit outside by their pond waterfall.

Cute little fast food place. Service was amazing. The two ladies there were very friendly. They have dine in or take out. U have a choice between regular chips or dirty (truffle) for an xtra $4. So so crispy and flavorful. Definitely coming back. I had the fish & shrimp with dirty chips. U also get to pick to sauces for ur meal. Located at icon park on international drive.

Good fast food for those of us who needed a seafood option at this area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area was clean and tables were well maintained with respect to cleanliness. We visited here twice and our last visit it was better than our first visit. Lobster shrimp combo was excellent. Sauces were not bad and fries were hot and delicious. Prices were good for what you get in today's economy.

Wanted to try Gordon Ramsay fish & chips. First of all this is a pricy fast food establishment. We had no idea that they don't have servers, cashiers that take your order. For those of you might not know they do not take cash. When you enter, you have to go to a kiosk/screen to type in what you want. I did have some experience with it but my husband said he would have been lost. That being said the waiting area for orders is very tight and small. I went outside while my husband waited for the food. I got our table. The outside seating was nice, I picked the table next to the waterfall. We both ordered Gordon's Combo, which consists of fried cod, three fried shrimp fried chicken breast and french fries with 2 sauces you pick. Everything was good but for the price it should be. We brought our own wine since I read so many negative reviews about drink prices, plus the wine they sell isn't Cabernet. Happy we did go but for the ones who haven't been there just know you have to order, pay and complete the kiosks or they will not be making your order, that actually happened to the man who ordered before us.

Stopped by here a while back and forgot to post my review but we were very happy with the food. When the place first opened the reviews were low so we waited for them to iron out their kinks which it seems they did! My husband and I both got a fish basket and the fish was really really good. The fry on the fish was amazing. The batter was perfect and didn't feel greasy. It was really great! The fries are the best and the staff aren't the friendliest but differently a great fried fish! Maybe the pieces can be bigger for the price but hey, seems like they are doing good regardless.

Gordon Ramsay's Fish & Chips is a fast-casual, upscale spot serving British-style fried seafood with high-quality ingredients and a crisp, gourmet twist. There are a few high-tops inside and outdoor tables under the Orlando Eye which was perfect for nice weather the day we visited. The service was fast and friendly, which made the experience even better. I had the Fishwich Combo ($15.99) -- crispy cod wrapped in warm naan with avocado cream, shredded cabbage, and tomato relish. I can only say that it was absolutely delicious! My companions had the Chicken Combo ($15.99), Fish & Shrimp Combo ($19.99), and Chickenwich Combo ($15.99). They all came out hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Even the order we got to-go tasted fresh. The batter reminds me so much of Long John Silver's, but pricey and better quality and flavor which made the price worth it. Same nostalgic crunch, just elevated. Definitely recommend if you're craving classic fried seafood with a gourmet touch!

I've always been curious about this restaurant. It's very small inside, kind of designed to push people to do outdoor seating. I ordered the fish and shrimp platter. The front staff were very friendly. Both gave me recommendations on sauces (the curry mango is delicious!!). Now, if it wasn't for them, I would've rated the place a couple of less stars. Why? The music from the cooks. The restaurant had its own speakers, assuming playing a list of songs approved by the owner. The cooks were playing a really nasty and inappropriate music, filled with profanity and other references. Both things were playing at the same time and really loud. It was very overwhelming. The food was served very hot and fresh.

This place was an absolute let down. It's all fluff, no substance. It's a relatively small eatery with a couple of bar tables and a few bar stools, and yet the tables were dirty. Leftover food and crumbs everywhere on the tabletops. You're left to do your own bussing, cleaning up the previous customer's mess when you occupy a seat because the staff is too unbothered to clean up. The food is overpriced for both the quantity and quality. If you enjoy extremely batter heavy, tiny portions of seafood for an exorbitant price and non-existent service, you're in luck because Gordon Ramsay's Fish and Chips IS that place!! As a small party of three, we shelled out $100+taxes for three tiny servings of heavily batter coated portions of fish, shrimp and a barely there tail of lobster (mostly batter coated shell and literally an inch of lobster meat), a lemonade, a couple fountain sodas and unsalted French fries..... well mostly unsalted French fries. That's all they give you in those 3x5 paper containers. Don't be fooled by the pictures as they were taken before we got a chance to see that those tiny few pieces of seafood they cunningly layer on top is all one gets, underneath that fancy facade is just a load of bland, unsalted fries. Our local diner or even Miller's Ale House does a much better job with their fish and chips in terms of both flavor and portion size, and definitely wouldn't cost $100+ for three portions!!! This place, on the other hand, is a complete rip off and definitely not worth the hype. Never going back. Won't recommend.

I was so looking forward to visiting and dining here, especially after seeing some Yelp friends' recent raving reviews. I wanted to visit here last time I was in the area but didn't have the time and hubs rarely eats fish. We were in the area for a couple of days so I purposefully made it a point to visit here. It is tucked in a little pocket amongst the chaos of Icon Park so you could miss it. There was a family who walked in right before us and while they were ordering, we reviewed the menu. I decided on the shrimp combo with an extra sauce and hubs ordered the Fishwich combo, which are actually tacos. We each ordered a beer and I requested a cup for water. I forgot to look at the receipt before hubs threw it out to see the cashier's name. She appeared miserable, with a flat affect and was not personable in the least bit. She was very rude actually to another customer that changed her mind from dining in to take out. The employee basically berated the customer, to which the customer apologized and said she would try to do so the next time. The kitchen is directly behind the front counter so it did not appear to be a hassle. The kitchen staff were very friendly and resourceful. Our food came out quickly too. Hubs and I both enjoyed the tartar sauce. The Dijon sauce I ordered was just mayo. The Cajun sauce was okay. Hubs enjoyed his fishwich but I was disappointed in the shrimp. They were huge but it was really greasy and not monumental. I packed it up and brought it back for my dog. She enjoyed them more than me. Everything was super overpriced and if Gordon Ramsey actually does take pride in his businesses, he would flip the f*ck out if he was there when we visited.

This place is unsurprisingly the exact same as the Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips in Las Vegas. The fish is battered perfectly and it has a very light flavor. The sauces are excellent. But we should have chosen the flavored fries as the normal ones fell short. They were just too bland and a bit soggy. The proportion of fries to fish was also off - three pieces of fish and a ton of fries. The outside area was nice as there's a fountain and some shops to look around at.

We stopped by Gordon Ramsay's Fish & Chips on a Saturday evening. The service was great--super friendly and attentive, which was a nice touch in such a busy tourist area. The food came out quickly and was hot. But honestly, the portion sizes and pricing were disappointing. I ordered the shrimp and lobster combo with truffle fries (an extra $4), and it came with just one lobster tail split in half and only two shrimp--for $29. The truffle fries were dry and just had some Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top, not much truffle flavor at all. The lemonade was way too sweet--I had to dump half out, add ice and water, and it was still overpowering. I get that it's a tourist spot, so prices are inflated, but the value just didn't match the hype. Cool to try once, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it again.

Fish Combo + tartar sauce, mango curry sauce, #1 dirty fries, and a sweet tea

Boring stuff * Ambiance--fast casual, very clean. seat yourself--i recommend the outdoor patio on a sunny day * Parking- n/a -- I got dropped off by Lyft * Staff-- everyone is so nice, very attentive, and they even check on you during your meal. I've never experienced being checked on mid-meal at a fast casual joint. 10/10 Important things * Food-- fish combo (+ Gordon's tartar and mango curry sauce), #1 dirty fries, and a sweet tea. Every time I go to any Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips, they are consistently crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. This applies to both the fish and chips. No further notes.

The fish and chips were crispy, hot, and satisfying after a long day in the park. The shepherd's pie was hearty and comforting, with a rich savory filling that felt like classic British comfort food. Both dishes were filling and fit the immersive theme of the area perfectly. For dessert, the Butterbeer potted cream was a standout. It was smooth, creamy, and packed with that signature Butterbeer flavor without being overwhelmingly sweet. The ice cream was also a refreshing treat and a great way to cool down in the Florida heat. Service was efficient, and the staff handled the crowds well despite the popularity of the area. The atmosphere is what really makes the experience special. From the detailed theming to the views of Hogsmeade, it truly feels like stepping into the Harry Potter universe. Whether you're a fan of the books or movies, the immersive environment adds so much to the meal. Overall, a fun and memorable dining experience with comforting food, tasty desserts, and one of the best themed environments in the park.

This is located inside Universal Orlando Island's of Adventure. I do think this can be confused with the restaurant and how to actually get there. Hog's Head is actually separate from the restaurant. There is a separate entrance, separate lines as well. This is just a bar, they do not sell any food here. However, the restaurant is next door and easily accessible if you want to grab a drink and then go get food. The bar is themed to Harry Potter, and if you are a fan you will love it. If you have never seen the movies or read the books, you can still enjoy the bar. Their options here are limited, with them just having beer, ciders, a couple of cocktails and the famous butter beers. I believe they only do the frozen here. If you wanted a different version I think you need to go to a different place. I personally prefer getting butter beer here as opposed to the carts, since the line is so much shorter. It is also a bar, so the bartenders know how to keep the line moving quickly! You are able to also purchase the butter beer in the souvenir goblets. My wife and I do enjoy coming here, I love their beers and it really is always a stop when we are in the park. Their vibes are kind of dark and gloomy but completely themed to Harry Potter. The last time we visited, my wife was not feeling a beer and we really only knew of a long island cocktail which she does like. I was speaking with the bartender and she suggested a vodka based drink with lemonade and Prickly Pear. I ordered this for my wife but since she was sitting outside I could not take both drinks. However, the bartender was very sweet, let me order both, and she just had my wife step inside. When she went in, it was ready and she just handed it over to. It was very nice! She didn't have to wait in the line. This was a great drink, one she said she would order over and over. Overall, I think you need to add this to your list. It's a fun spot to grab a drink and experience Harry Potter. ACES!

In general, traditional British food is simpler and heavier than American food. It reminds us of American comfort food with interesting ingredients and sauces. Located in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Hogsmeade at Universal Islands of Adventure, the Three Broomsticks is a popular quick-service establishment featuring some traditional British cuisine. A team member in costume would typically be stationed at the front door, handing out menus for patrons to review while waiting in the short line that is situated inside the building. Upon entering, the interior with its decor and decorations is nothing short of striking. The pub doubles as an inn, stepping right off the pages of the Harry Potter books. The movie set, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, was based on the restaurant, which made it feel so authentic. Keep casting one's eyes upward and one can't help but notice the dimmed lighting vibe, beautifully weathered rafters, and cast-iron chandeliers. The ordering process was easy via the Universal app and delivered right to your table. My partner and I decided on their Fish and Chips and slices of Watermelon. Our fish came with tartar sauce (a French addition), of course, and our chips (fries). Lemon wouldn't be usual. Both dishes were crispy, fresh, and genuinely delicious. They were perfectly "on brand" for an authentic, old-school English lunch. The service was extremely quick. The staff were friendly and helpful, even during the busy lunch hour. The flavors were good, and for being in a park, not too far off from a traditional English breakfast. My boyfriend made an online reservation with no issues, and getting seated was easy. Overall, I'd give the food about a 3 out of 5. Nothing was bad, but it felt more like an upscale chain restaurant experience than a standout seafood destination. Around the table we had everything from lobster mac and cheese to oysters and steak, and the consensus was that the food was decent, just not particularly memorable. I'm allergic to dairy so that definitely impacted my ordering abilities. I ordered two appetizers as my meal: the calamari and the pork belly. The calamari was a bit too fishy for my taste, so I found myself mostly picking at it. The pork belly, however, was very good and easily the highlight of my meal. Where Big Fin truly shines is customer service. We had several picky-eater teens in our group, plenty of special requests, and a lot of moving parts. Our server, I believe his name was Nathan, handled everything with patience, and a great attitude throughout the evening. The hostess was equally impressive.
