Saw it on you tube at 12 noon we were there that night for dinner. We just moved back to Orlando so off we went to Icon Park. We walk in at 615 Friday night. Order at kiosk, wait for drinks but 2 of 3 employees are refilling fountain boxes. No one says hello be right with you nothing for ten minutes. It was unreal. Just standing there watching two people do a one person job. Ten minutes is a long time. An acknowledgment of finally... you waiting for drinks? Yes ya think... The store kitchen was immaculate. I've never seen a kitchen that uses oil this clean. The chef/cook was just preparing meals. My number was the first to come up. 2608. The fish was fantastic, fries, and shrimp, right out of the fryer. Fantastic food. But... $5.99 for 12 ounces of Arnold Palmer. $3.99 for 12 ounces of Sweet tea. $5.99 for 12 ounces of Sprite. No refills? In America? 10 dollars for two non refillable drinks? As Gordon would say... WTF? You got me once but not twice. Next time if there is a next time I'll bring my own drinks or buy next door. I don't like being robbed. My 88 year old mom was not impressed with the drink pricing. We ordered the #2 dirty chips, fish combo and a fish and shrimp combo. The fish was fresh and crispy, the shrimp was crispy and plump. We got regular fries so nothing too fancy about it but they were good with the fish and shrimp combo. The shrimp and fish combo was &19.99 which I thought was fair for a seafood dish. I received 2 pieces of fish and 3 pcs of shrimp with this combo. What stood out the most was the service. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and respectful. I love that about Florida compared to people in California. Definitely Florida has more friendly people than CA. The atmosphere was friendly, to go style and clean. Happy about our experience. I like the location, pretty views. I've been here a couple of times. If you go on the Ferris wheel and look down on the building, you'll see a large British flag painted on their roof. I usually park down the street & walk over. The fries are really fun with a variety of toppings. The fish is good, they just add water or something simple to the batter. I think it's overpriced. Wanted to try Gordon Ramsay fish & chips. First of all this is a pricy fast food establishment. We had no idea that they don't have servers, cashiers that take your order. For those of you might not know they do not take cash. When you enter, you have to go to a kiosk/screen to type in what you want. I did have some experience with it but my husband said he would have been lost. That being said the waiting area for orders is very tight and small. I went outside while my husband waited for the food. I got our table. The outside seating was nice, I picked the table next to the waterfall. We both ordered Gordon's Combo, which consists of fried cod, three fried shrimp fried chicken breast and french fries with 2 sauces you pick. Everything was good but for the price it should be. We brought our own wine since I read so many negative reviews about drink prices, plus the wine they sell isn't Cabernet. Stopped by here a while back and forgot to post my review but we were very happy with the food. When the place first opened the reviews were low so we waited for them to iron out their kinks which it seems they did! My husband and I both got a fish basket and the fish was really really good. The front staff were very friendly. Both gave me recommendations on sauces (the curry mango is delicious!!). Now, if it wasn't for them, I would've rated the place a couple of less stars. Why? That's all they give you in those 3x5 paper containers. Don't be fooled by the pictures as they were taken before we got a chance to see that those tiny few pieces of seafood they cunningly layer on top is all one gets, underneath that fancy facade is just a load of bland, unsalted fries. Our local diner or even Miller's Ale House does a much better job with their fish and chips in terms of both flavor and portion size, and definitely wouldn't cost $100+ for three portions!!! I was so looking forward to visiting and dining here, especially after seeing some Yelp friends' recent raving reviews. I wanted to visit here last time I was in the area but didn't have the time and hubs rarely eats fish. We were in the area for a couple of days so I purposefully made it a point to visit here. I decided on the shrimp combo with an extra sauce and hubs ordered the Fishwich combo, which are actually tacos. We each ordered a beer and I requested a cup for water. I forgot to look at the receipt before hubs threw it out to see the cashier's name. She appeared miserable, with a flat affect and was not personable in the least bit. She was very rude actually to another customer that changed her mind from dining in to take out. The employee basically berated the customer, to which the customer apologized and said she would try to do so the next time. The kitchen is directly behind the front counter so it did not appear to be a hassle. The kitchen staff were very friendly and resourceful. Our food came out quickly too. Hubs and I both enjoyed the tartar sauce. The Dijon sauce I ordered was just mayo. The Cajun sauce was okay. Hubs enjoyed his fishwich but I was disappointed in the shrimp. They were huge but it was really greasy and not monumental. I packed it up and brought it back for my dog. She enjoyed them more than me. If you're planning to go to Gordon Ramsay's Fish & Chips at Icon Park, be prepared to park in the Icon Park parking garage and walk a short distance to the restaurant. As of this writing, parking on the 4th floor (I think) and above is free. We finally made it back, and this time, the restaurant was open (We came last year, and the restaurant was closed due to a private event). The atmosphere inside was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made for a good first impression. The Food We tried a variety of combos: Fish Combo (my order) Fish & Shrimp Combo Shrimp Combo Chicken Combo Each combo comes with chips (a.k.a. fries) and two sauces. I chose the Southwest Ranch and Gordon's Tartar Sauce, with the Southwest Ranch being the standout was creamy, and flavorful. The tartar sauce was okay, but nothing extraordinary. Unfortunately, I found the portion size of the fish to be on the smaller side. For $20, I expected a bit more than what looked like skinny fish fingers. On top of that, the flavor was a bit underwhelming. It wasn't bad...it was decent, but I had higher expectations based on Gordon Ramsay's reputation and his fiery, flavor-packed standards showcased on "Hell's Kitchen." I even had to add salt to bring out more flavor. The chicken combo had an interesting twist--it seemed to blend white and dark meat, which added a bit of richness and uniqueness to the texture. Drinks I ordered the sweet tea, which was good, but my daughter recommended the Crafted Lemonade--apparently, it was a hit. So, if you're visiting, consider giving that a try! Maybe the Gordon Ramsey name had me a bit more amped than the average fish and chips joint would have but I really wanted to try this when I saw it on Yelp. I must say, after reading a few reviews, I was expecting small portions so I ordered an extra order of fish to divvy up amongst the 3 of us but that was not necessary at all. The fish pieces are pretty big and thick and for me, 2 pieces were definitely filling. I didn't need the 3rd piece. I also ordered a fish and shrimp for the huz and it came with 3 large shrimp...like colossal sized. My kid had chicken and she said it was mid. The fries were fries...nothing special or worth talking about. The flavor of the fish was good. I mean I was not blown away. One thing that I did appreciate was that I had to drive 15 minutes back to my hotel before we ate it and it held up well. How have I not done a review here yet?! This is a staple of Icon Park. It's been popular since it opened in 2021! I was skeptical at first with a celebrity restaurant. How's the quality? Is it over priced because of the name? All the usual celeb endorsed restaurants I've been to are iffy. This was the exception! I've been a fan of the angry Brit since I was a kid (he's particularly the reason I got into food and beverage). The food is a little pricy for an average day out, but it's on a tourist attraction spot, what do you expect! The food quality is good though! Everything is lightly fries and not overly greasy! It's hard to not over fry fish (trust me), but they have a good balance! The service is always as good as the food! The staff are very friendly and engaging! I love their fresh tempura batter fried fish, and the pieces are plentiful. The fries are very fresh, no limpness to be found. Their tarter sauce is very good but their curry sauce is amazing, so be sure to try that when you dining here. The restaurant is not very large but there is a good amount of seating outside; on busy days it might be hard to find a seat so be prepared to take your food to the larger dining area inside the main building. It was really dry when I bit into it, and didn't have much chicken inside. The shrimp on the other hand were a home run! They were plump, fresh, and didn't have any shell at the end of the tail. They were definitely the highlight of the three proteins. The curry sauce was colorful and delicious, and tartar was creamy and went well with the fish. The atmosphere is casual with some British accents here and there. The cashier was friendly, they prepared my food quickly, and an employee actually walked around the dining room to check on us. Kiki was a wonderful waitress. We got the fish combo and the fish and shrimp combo with an extra chicken tender. The fish was some of the best we ever had. The environment was nice and clean. Kitchen viewable from the seating area. There are 6 seats inside and some outdoor seating. The only thing I'd say is that it was a bit expensive for a restaurant that seemed more "fast food". It was 55$ for our combos and two drinks. Kiki did come around as we were eating and offered a little mint chocolate. I declined as I don't like the combo and was able to sample both shakes instead. We've stopped by Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chips on previous ICON Park visits, and their food is always delicious, hot, and fresh. They're also a nice and family-budget friendly option. Their Kids Meal is a great choice! Service is always prompt and friendly. Dining outside on their patio is great, but I also love the portability of their meal packaging. During this visit, we took our meals to-go and enjoyed them by the carousel. Another 5/5 visit! read more

This was a complete disappointment. This is the 4th or 5th Gordon Ramsay restaurant I have been to and I was excited to finally get to take my kid to one, but this was the wrong one to show her. The "chips" were good. Literally no complaints. The chicken was over-breaded and under-seasoned. Most bites were literally just undercooked breading. The fish was okay, just too greasy. And, I get it, in 2025 people love ordering from a machine, but to literally only have kiosk ordering and no cash option is too much. Takes away interaction with staff and the girl working has a great personality but she's just hanging around because of the kiosk. It's a shame because she brings a lot of joy to a visit here.
