We ordered 2 dozen and they were all fresh. However the highlight of this experience was the server Wendy. I mean as soon as you walk in she greeted you with a smile and it never left her face. I always look for a seafood boil in honor of Mardi Gras every year, and I try to find a different place to go to. This year, I stumbled upon King Cajun Crawfish. I was in this part of town for a conference, so I decided to come to this location, instead of the Mills one. Thank God I did. We walked in unexpectedly into karaoke day! Very good song choices, very entertaining participants, a very fun thing to be around while chomping down on all the seafood. Two different types of crab, a bunch of crawfish, and a lot of other good accessories like the corn, potatoes, and Andouille. The seasoning was heavy, it wasn't too buttery, and the seafood wasn't overcooked or anything. This was one of the best seafood boils I've ever had, and I may have to rethink finding a new place next year. This place was absolutely banging. read more

Came here for Bite 30 last week, and although the food was solid, the service was horrendous. And it wasn't particularly the fault of the service, but the business - there was only one server the entire night. What should have been an hour meal took almost three hours. On top of that, tip was already auto grat, which I didn't think was what I would have tipped. If there were 2-3 servers, no problem, but all that tip going to one person when service drastically slowed? Horrendous. Management, fix your staffing issues! At least stop seating people when the place is full and you know you do not have the capacity to serve all these folks. Everyone in the restaurant was trying to be patient but there was a lot of angst all around, plus the server seemed to have a bit of a spiff with the manager / owner that came out to drop off food (which also didn't give for good vibes when you're eating). It felt like they were one step away from a shouting match. Besides that, the Bite 30 menu was a great deal. Apps were solid, as were mains. Dessert wasn't great though. Pros: Ambiance could not have been better the day we went. There was some really fun karaoke going on, and it was really entertaining. Service was great. Very friendly people, and the food came out timely and piping hot. The food itself was awesome. It was hot, buttery, covered with garlic, and the seafood wasn't overcooked or anything. Just delicious. Cons: The mussels weren't good. They were too big and not very juicy. Maybe they were from another ocean than we were used to, but we did not enjoy them. Tips: Skip the mussels if you can, but definitely go all out. This place was amazing. read more

Came with a bunch of friends for lunch! It was around 1230p and the restaurant wasn't busy. They do happy hour so drinks was 25% off. I got a sunrise and it was really good. Ordered their king jr (shrimp, snow crab, potato, sausage and corn) then added a pound of green mussels and a side of rice. Their shabang sauce is all their sauces mixed together and it has a great flavor. My only thing was that I wanted it extra hot and it came out mild. So I asked for hot sauce which helped give my sauce a kick. My group are big rice eaters so when ordering the next round, we had to wait a while for the next batch of rice to be ready. Came in around 4pm to a very vibrant karaoke party. Ordered a giant tray of king crab, snow crab and shrimp; it included sausage, corn and potatoes. I believe we were served by the owner or manager, but he made the experience better than it was with his kindness. Food-The Feast with the mild garlic butter sauce was amazing. Highly Recommend! My husband and just arrived in Orlando and he wanted to check this place out. The food is amazing but service even better. The server( Austin) is as helpful and just an overall nice guy. The manager was very accommodating to everyone's request. The food is fantastic- I got the popcorn shrimp platter with corn and hushpuppies. The breading is nice and light, delicious. My husband got the etouffee with shrimp, crawfish and added on basa fish. Went on a Sunday evening. Apparently someone did not show up to work. So one waitress and one host/bar guy! They were running. King Cajun Crawfish is a place I would love to come on a regular basis to! I just love me a good seafood boil restaurant. I ordered the king feast pictured in my review. The Shabang sauce just can't be replicated anywhere else - only King Cajun Crawfish can do this sauce justice. The crab legs were so fresh, I had no problem cracking the legs and sliding the meat right out. The shrimp dipped in my sauce is so delicious, and I tried a crawfish from my friend dipped in the shabang sauce and it was so fresh and tasty. We also had some soup, which was delicious as an appetizer. The ambiance is that of a local seafood bar, clean and spacious. Our server was so attentive to us and made some pretty good recommendations to my friend on which oyster to choose. Will definitely come back again soon! read more

Fabulous seafood boils! Be aware this is not FAST food. Get a drink relax and pretend you are in NOLA. Staff was quite limited when we went but the two that are there hustled and made sure everything was to our liking. The boils were fabulous and my land food only wife had chicken tenders and she said they were really good. Highly recommend as long as you are patient. read more

I've dined at this location twice and they were both different experiences due to having live crawfish and frozen crawfish. The time I dined here with live crawfish, I could not stop eating! I thought their sauce and the way they prepared everything was the best crawfish I ever had. On my last visit, they didn't have live crawfish. They only had frozen crawfish. The prices for frozen aren't advertised on their menus but it was a nice surprise that the price point per pound was lower. I didn't think it was as good as the first time I dined here with live but it was still a good meal. The sauce seemed thinner too. Service has been great both times. I think they don't have a lot of staff on site but they do provide you the space you need when you're messy and eating. I'm a seafood lover and I can confirm this is by far the best seafood I've had in Orlando. The flavor of the boil was perfect, jumbo shrimp, crawfish, sausage, egg, corn and snow crab. Yum yum yum!! For appetizer we had mozzarella cheese sticks that were pretty basic but the coconut butterfly shrimp was a hit with the sweet chili pineapple dipping sauce & sweet potato fries were perfect For dessert we had to try the beignets and they were fluffy and paired well with the vanilla ice cream. The shabang sauce, is sooo addicting!! Its thick, creamy, slightly cheesy. We got the shellfish combo: snowcrab, crawfish, shrimp and corn, potatoes, sausage. The platter is huge and deff could be sharable for 2 people. I ordered a side of 2 snowcrab clusters for $35 and that was more than enough food. The gumbo is delicious as well! Then I happened to find out there was one that had opened up on Turkey Lake Road, which was actually closer to me. The service the ambience was amazing at this location.
