So after I went to another Cheddars and they ruined my evening w raw steaks i received a refund. Went on vacation and sat at the bar got our drinks and waited for the waiter to take our order. He was busy so I waited another couple sat next to is . Instead he waited on two table tops and the came to take the people s orders that just sat next to us!!! I was pissed told him give me my check. Wow he didn't even compt them!! My shock is every time I go to this location. They have one bartender for the entire restaurant. While perusing the menu a person came up to me and told me to move to a 2 top small booth. This is my first time eating here, and the food portions and prices are very nice! Compared to other appetizer trios, this one is the most affordable but also the most tasty. I REALLY liked this place! If you've read any of my other reviews, you may remember that I have the hardest time finding a place that can do a quality fish and chips. It's insane. They even drop off some honey butter croisants at the beginning. The only knock on Cheddars was that they were unbelievably slow. Like, really unneccesarily slow. Slow to greet us, slow to take the order, SUPER slow to bring the food, slow to bring things we asked for, slow for the bill. Just SLOW. If you haven't had one of these at Cheddar's... All I can say is that one should be more than enough but you will always crave a second one even though you know you shouldn't. Fairly good, although the apple pie did taste like a McD one. Service was so so. Waitress was friendly, but did not circulate as much as the food deliverers or clean up crew. I had an amazing experience at cheddars. It started off with my waiter Jackson, he was seriously such an amazing waiter. He was super polite from the very start and made us feel welcome right away. He was always checking in on us to make sure everything was good and was more than happy to help with anything we needed. If we had a question or needed something, he was there right away and never seemed annoyed or rushed. You can tell he actually cares about his job and about giving good service. He had a great attitude the whole time and made the whole experience way better. Honestly, service like that makes you want to come back, and Jackson definitely deserves all the praise. I went to cheddars and got a trio sampler with my family, the food was amazing. My spinach dip was made perfectly although my Wisconsin cheese bites tasted a little bit like metal.
