The owner or manager, I would assume he was, stated we could come in. We drove around the building to a dark parking lot. Once we parked, the owner/manager, who was taking out the trash, questioned where I parked. I had parked behind, probably, his car which was closest to where we had to walk around to the front to enter the restaurant. I told him I quickly parked so we can get in and order. Once we entered the restaurant, we tried ordering. The owner/manager was very inpatient once he realized we were ordering food and not ice cream as he said he thought we wanted. I ordered a Chilli Cheese Dog (no bun). Mom got a Regular Hotdog (with condiments) and Plain Tater Tots. As we waited for our food, at least five people came in for ice cream. Our food was prepared in a reasonable time. We left approximately 9:23pm. Mom was satisfied with her food. My Chilli Cheese Dog was short on the Chilli. There was not a lot of Chilli on the hotdog.
