Upscale fast food! Nice variety, fresh. Odd that the cheese was on the outside of the bun, but I guess that's their style. Would love a crispy chicken option for the chicken sandwich. Also, tea options would be great too! Thanks!

I was shocked at the fact that this place is in a gas station because it's SO good!! I got the chicken sandwich that has sweet onions and potato sticks. The service was fast and the food delicious. I'll definitely be back!

SERVICE: 5 FOOD QUALITY: 5 DRINK QUALITY: N/A ORDER TIME: 4 AESTHETICS: 3 NOISE LEVEL: 5 MENU SELECTION: 5 OVERALL EXPERIENCE: 4.5 I was craving a good burger so after much searching I landed on this restaurant. We drove over only to realize it's just a pop up. Just a tiny building with 2 seats and a small kitchen. The lady at the register was super polite and very helpful. She explained what was unique about columbian burgers and dogs, and even gave us recommendations. I went with the Grattin dog and Grattin burger. The burger was quite possibly one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. The meat was so delicious and cooked perfectly. The toasted bun with melted cheese on top was amazing, and the small fries on the inside had me overly enjoyed. I'm not a fan of hot dogs but I had to give it a try after the recommendation. It was probably one of the only hot dogs I've ever eaten that I would order again. Overall, this small restaurant was absolutely the best find since moving to Orlando. This will be, without a doubt, my go to burger joint, and who I recommend to others. I can't wait to go back for the mixed burger. Half chicken/half beef sounds fun and delicious! They also offer lots of Latin food options that aren't burgers and dogs for anyone who isn't craving that.

This place has amazing fast food. If you're looking for a great burger this is the place for you! I love coming here for juicy burgers. Other yummy treats are their Choripapa, Salchifries, chicken empanadas and Hawaiian empanadas. We usually get our food to-go because the space is kinda small but don't let the size fool you! This place is great. Service is fast and friendly so that's also a plus.

My husband and I were looking for a new place to try for dinner in Altamonte Springs, so I consulted Yelp and found Grattin dog. As I'm half Colombian and love cheese - we couldn't pass this place up! Grattin Dog was a bit tricky to locate. They're in the same lot as a Citgo gas station off of State Road 436/Semoran Blvd right at the rail road tracks. It's attached to a few other small business locales and there's various options for outdoor seating. Inside, there's also a small counter with 4 stools that can be used for eating. The establishment is small, but they use the space to its fullest (plus, we observed most people to get their food to go). Once you place your order at the counter, they ask for your cell phone number so that they can text you once your order is ready. My husband ordered the mix burger (a beef patty and a chicken patty topped with a variety of sauces and crunchy potato sticks, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions and cheese) combo. The combo came with fries and a drink. My husband's first word to describe his meal was "fresh," which is how I would describe my chicken burger. I liked how the chicken breast was pounded flat as it covered the surface area of the bun (so chicken in each bite) and there was more room for the toppings. I also ordered a side of fries and a chicken empanada. Both were fried but were crispy and not oily. We'll definitely be back to try the other menu items - hot dogs, chicken wings and delicious looking desserts!

A tiny hidden corner Colombian take out spot near a gas station and a pizzeria. Option to eat outside as it has some tables and chairs scattered around. Parking can probably be tricky if the one spot they have is happen to be taken but I would say it looks more like its typically a fast get and go situation for many so most likely won't be to an issue. Upon walking in I had an instant whiff of an earthy herby smell (if you know what I mean) I dont know if it was a customer that previously came in or what but yea that was interesting lol... So anyway it didn't stop me. I wanted to try their burger as it looks yummy but I ended up going with their empanda (w ahi sauce - yum) - if you know my reviews you know Im all about trying an empanada where I can find a spot that has them. I will say it passed my test - the crunch and filling was decent, and not extremely greasy. So overall it did the job and I was filled with just two of them. Light weight I know.. but thats all I got.

What a great burger! Love everything about the experience here. Interior is really small so we ate in the truck. Woman who took out order was really sweet. Want to come back as soon as possible

My husband and I come here once a month and it always hits the spot. They never mess up your order and everything is made fresh. They have a few picnic tables outside to enjoy your food along with the weather.

I ate at this place six months ago and it was great. The burgers look freshly pounded. Everything looked great. Awesome. Awesome experience. I order it today. And the chicken wings were previously frozen over breaded barely any meat not worth $15.99 for 10. Then I ordered a double burger and the bottom bun was soggy. Like I previously said the time before this was great. This time wasn't great. I'll give this place a little break and see if it comes back around.

Best lunch and left full! They revamped and have a self service station which was nice.

Let's be clear about one thing - you're not dining in at Grattin Dog. The place is a tiny, odd little to-go operation inside a bizarre outparcel in the parking lot of a gas station on the corner of Ronald Reagan and 436. But in this case, that's a good thing. A really good thing. Because Grattin Dog is super excellent at what it does. Which is serve Columbian-style offerings of American basics like hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, wings, etc. At my house, we tried them all and it was all bangin'. The burger was thick and deliciously seasoned. The toppings on the chicken sandwich were perfect. And the wings were really interesting, with a crunchy sort of breading that wasn't heavy or overly fried. They were just damn tasty and well done. More good news, they do have some very Colombian things on the menu. Like the guava cheesecake and flan which we ordered and scarfed down with the quickness. In short, this is the kind of street-food, quick-serve kinda place that foodies live for. It's what Orlando does best. International food served by talented, dedicated chefs. This one's getting 5 stars, easy. And it would be nice to see a few more Grattin Dogs pop-up around town, too.

I ordered takeout and got the Burger on Fire. This restaurant serves Colombian food, so this was a Colombian burger that was very well seasoned and had jalapeños and jalapeño sauce, but it wasn't too spicy. It's a pretty decent size and delicious. There's lots of seating on the outside but not a lot of parking. The service was great and quick. The place is very casual and Instagrammable.

A good hot dog makes for a great lunch for me, something just filling enough to fuel the rest of your day but doesn't overwhelm your hunger for a nice dinner. I was delighted to see a new company take over this land space and use it for more Chicago style hot dogs as well as ice cream. A good portion of the menu is carried over from their predecessor, but these are standard Chicago dogs (Chicago Style, Maxwell Street Polish, etc.). For my first visit, I wanted to try one of Ice Cream Station's unique offerings, so I went with the Southern Slaw Dog which consisted of a Vienna Beef dog covered with coleslaw, BBQ sauce, and a pickle spear. The flavors of the slaw and BBQ sauce complimented each other well, and the pickle spear just added to the feel of something you'd get at someone's backyard BBQ. My only complaint was that the brioche bun was a little stiff. I think I'll stick to the steamed poppy seed buns for future visits. There is plenty of parking, but the outdoor only seating might hinder the business during the hot Florida summer months. Hopefully, they will partner with delivery apps to accommodate customers. Speaking of future visits, I definitely plan on returning to check out their takes on the Maxwell Street Polish and Chicago Fire Dogs as well as their namesake ice cream. The service was great at my visit. While I don't doubt other Yelpers who had issues with their service, I do wish to emphasize that this is their first week open, and the company has been very open about them still working out the kinks, so I think it's a bit unfair to give low rankings to a small business still finding their way. I'm rooting for Ice Cream Station, and I sincerely believe they have the potential to fill the shoes that Chicago Dog & Co. left behind. Give this place a shot, Orlando and Altamonte Springs foodies.

Before my Mom and I went, we checked the closing hours. According to our online search, the restaurant closed at 9:30pm. We weren't far away and confirmed via GPS that we would get there by 9:03pm. As we were arriving, I noticed a worker had started removing the outdoor sidewalk sign back inside the restaurant. I asked the worker if they were closing and was told yes. The owner or manager, I would assume he was, stated we could come in. We drove around the building to a dark parking lot. Once we parked, the owner/manager, who was taking out the trash, questioned where I parked. I had parked behind, probably, his car which was closest to where we had to walk around to the front to enter the restaurant. I told him I quickly parked so we can get in and order. Once we entered the restaurant, we tried ordering. The owner/manager was very inpatient once he realized we were ordering food and not ice cream as he said he thought we wanted. I ordered a Chilli Cheese Dog (no bun). Mom got a Regular Hotdog (with condiments) and Plain Tater Tots. As we waited for our food, at least five people came in for ice cream. Our food was prepared in a reasonable time. We left approximately 9:23pm. Mom was satisfied with her food. My Chilli Cheese Dog was short on the Chilli. There was not a lot of Chilli on the hotdog. I don't plan on returning to this establishment.

One of the things I've always liked about Five Guys is that the food is cooked to order, so I was looking forward to seeing if it was just as good as I remembered. I ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger and a Little Fry. The fries were the highlight of the meal. They were hot, crispy, and cooked just right. I did notice they no longer give the overflowing bag of fries they used to be known for, but honestly, I didn't mind. The portion was still plenty for one person and meant less food going to waste. The burger, unfortunately, didn't live up to my previous experiences. The bacon had a slightly burnt taste. I like crispy bacon, but this seemed like it had been left on the grill a little too long. The bottom bun was also a little hard and didn't taste as fresh as I remember, which took away from the overall sandwich. Five Guys has always been one of the pricier burger chains, especially since everything is ordered à la carte. I've never minded paying a little more because the quality has always made it feel worthwhile. This visit, though, I didn't feel like the food justified the price. I'll probably give Five Guys another try at some point because I've had much better experiences in the past, but this visit just didn't live up to the standard I've come to expect.
