Each time I order from this location there seems to be an issue. I think this most recent one will be my last trip to this Wingstop. Almost every time I order here, I include 1-2 brownies. This location seems to have an issue with including them in the order. I'll either only get one when I order two. Or if I order one, I won't get it at all. I tried one more time not long ago and included two brownies. When I opened the bag at home, lo and behold they are not in there. Yet are on my receipt and on the receipt that is taped to the bag. With this order I had also added two large Cajun fries, they gave me regular fries. I'm over this location. From now on I'll always check the bag before leaving. Wow. Such a bad experience. I ordered two meals for carry out. When I got home, I realized the two large lemon pepper fries that are literally half my meals were missing. What concerned me even more was seeing roaches and flies in the restaurant. A business that prepares and serves food should be held to a much higher standard of cleanliness and sanitation. The restaurant also had a horrible odor that reminded me of rotten food or spoiled meat, which made the entire experience even more disturbing. Between the insects, the smell, the excessive heat, and the overall condition of the restaurant, I genuinely questioned how this location is still operating in its current state. This isn't about complaining over slow service or an incorrect order. These are serious cleanliness, food-safety, and working-condition concerns. Customers deserve to feel comfortable and confident that the food they are purchasing is being prepared in a clean environment, and employees deserve a safe and sanitary workplace. Management needs to address the pest problem, A/C, cleanliness, odors, and overall condition of this restaurant immediately. After a late night conference, we were hungry! We found Wing Stop not to far away. They had a few people in there, but the cashier was pleasant and on point. She took out orders and the people in the back did their thing. We thought it would've taken a while but it was not! My only issue was the atomic wings wasn't fully the way I would she liked them cooked, but they hit the spot and I was okay with that. I ordered the atomic 6 piece, the 6 piece hot honey wings (really liked those) and some fries with cheese on the side. It's a small store so seating is limited. I stopped by Wingstop recently and ordered the Parmesan and Lemon Pepper wings, and they definitely hit the spot! The flavors were just as good as I remembered, but I did notice the wings have gotten a lot smaller. Normally, I can only eat about 5 wings, but this time I ate almost all of them because of their smaller size. The prices have also gone up, which is understandable these days, but it's something to keep in mind if you're used to the old prices. Despite the crowd--there were over 30 people inside when I arrived--I had no issues grabbing my food. When I arrived they were finishing boxing up my wings and I saw her scooping fries, so I already knew they were not well done. The boneless Louisiana rub wings were good, but not crunchy. The BBQ boneless wings were soggy. The hot honey rub was very good, but not worth the hype I've been seeing all over social media of people asking Wing Stop to bring the flavor back. They also were not crunchy. The plain tenders were for someone else, so I can't comment on them. Service was decent and I've told by other people you need to carefully choose which one you go to for better quality. I decided to give wing stop another try because it keep showing up on my for you page on tik tok lol. Boy should I have left it in the past where it was. First things first lets talk about the customer service. The two ladies that were working there were eating/on their phone when I walked in. There was a customer there before me sitting and I dont even think they started making his food. There were only 3 people working which I dont know if that's normal or not but I asked how long the wait was and they said 15min. I waited over 45min for SIX wings and fries. 45min for such little food is absolutely ridiculous and then the wings were dryer than the Sahara Desert. Absolutely no sauce was even on it it was just dripping grease. It looked like almost no one had on gloves either while handling food minus one person who has one glove on ONE HAND. The bottom of the fridge with the sauces in it looked broken and the appliances need a good scrub down. The fries and the ranch were surprisingly flavorful and good but for a place named wingstop you would think the wings would be good. My other issue is I dont know if they push online orders over what they called a "walk in" but it was just me and one other guy all of a sudden 4 people are getting their food before either of us. But I would think that since no one was cooking that they were pushed ahead of us? I'm not sure but the food taking almost an hour is crazy after being quoted 15min. But it's not the food we don't enjoy nor is it the wait time. I expect food that's cooked-to-order to take some time. The problem I have is the lack of urgency. With not that many late-night options open in the area, I just think it's rude to talk on your cell phone and mindlessly chit-chat with other staff in a restaurant full of hungry, paying customers. This is the best Wingstop in area. I live in Sanford but I drive an extra 20 minutes to go to this one because the Sanford location is absolutely terrible. I order online and when I arrive my food is always ready or is ready within a few minutes. The store is clean and the drink station is stocked, the soda machine is never sticky. The staff always greet me at the counter and they are well groomed and polite. You can tell the kitchen is busy but they never neglect the customers in the lobby. The wings are always good. They taste fresh and never like old oil. Never under or over cooked. I get fries without seasoning and they always taste fresh. At the Sanford location you can tell they just put the old fries back in the oil to wash off the seasoning. Yuck. Honestly there have been a few visits where the wings were too small, the wait was longer, or something was slightly off. Its still a Wingstop so it's not always perfect and closer to a 4-star review. But after so many horrible experiences at other locations this one gets a Yelp 5/5 just for hooking it up and making it worth the drive. read more

I didn't know until I got to the car that the oil and grease were leaking everywhere and completely soaking the bag. The bag ripped open from the bottom shortly after picking up the order; making an absolute mess in the car and on my clothes and in my purse. Completely terrible packaging.
