    vanilla latte and chocolate croissant
    Timmy S.

Located in the Swan Hotel, this place offers a variety of coffees. You can get a regular cup of joe or a latte, mocha, flat white, etc. They also have several types of pastries, breakfast sandwiches, or other breakfast items like cereal. They also offer pre-made sandwiches and salads and bottles of wine. Across the hall is an area designated to sit and enjoy your purchases if you don't want to take them back to your room. I came here multiple times during my stay at the neighboring Dolphin Hotel and each time got a vanilla latte and chocolate croissant. The latte was above average as was the croissant. The croissant was fresh with a thin layer of chocolate inside, just enough to satisfy. Staff were consistently super friendly including a worker who another reviewer labeled as "rude" which couldn't be further from the truth.

Located inside the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel between the lobby and the west elevators is a bomb a** legit coffee shop with snacks, pastries, bagels and other goodies. Just outside the shop is a waiting area with tables and chairs, they even have USB charging and plug outlets so you can enjoy your toys while you sip away at your coffee or munch on your newly acquired food item. They have a large gaggle of beverage choices and snack items along with bagels and muffins including a good amount of alcohol items such as beer, wine, champagne and even white claw for the snowflakes that may be traveling with you or are on their allowance budget. Now to the nitty gritty, they have iced coffee, hot coffee, oat drink (milk), almond drink (milk), flavored syrups and YES even simple syrup. We were able to get our hot vanilla latte's with oat drink and simple syrup, ahhh morning bliss! The coffee tasted great, if you need to make adjustments you can at the coffee pickup counter, it gets busy but the staff is really receptive and accommodating to your adjustments/needs. OMG! The staff is soooo friendly and patient, even more so than the staff in the Disney World parks, and their very friendly in their own right. I think it's because of the prices they charge, they are comparable to what they charge in the parks, but what can you expect for good coffee, food, service and the convenience of enjoying your favorite java steps away from your hotel room.

We arrived around 7pm and I went to check in while hubs parked the car. I was greeted as I approached the door, with a staff member holding the door open and guiding me where to check in. As I approached the desk, I was greeted and offered assistance. The check in was quick but I was kind of disappointed with the lack of upgrade options. Also, the welcome amenity I received was a box of chocolates with the box already damaged (see picture). I would think a hotel of this caliber would not give that to guests. We did receive a very thoughtful card and to drink vouchers to celebrate our anniversary, which was very nice! The individual who checked me in informed me our room had the Disney view and there would be fireworks, which we did not see. We are not Disney fans so we really did not prefer one view over another. The room was very nice. Everything was clean and tidy. I was disappointed with the slippers supplied though. They were not branded and looked like they were purchased at a discount kind of store. The air conditioning was decent but I do feel like it should have been colder. The room was quiet and so were the hallways. I had clients the next day so that was especially important. One of the Amex benefits is a 4pm check out. Since my work heavily involves HIPAA, I cannot do my job with other people present. My husband left and we had the privacy button/ light on so I would not be interrupted by housekeeping. I am unsure if the light turned off at regular checkout time (11am) and I did not think to double check but housekeeping knocked on my door and then opened it while I was working. I was under the impression that housekeeping would have a list of guests who are checking out late and not disrupt. I also did not put the security latch on after hubs left but I did not expect to be disturbed. The service at the restaurants and bars were magnificent. I unfortunately did not have time to book services at the spa but stopped in prior to leaving and they were very helpful and professional. This was my first experience at a Waldorf and probably not the best choice since there were as many kids as there were adults.

One thing I believe in is when a restaurant is consistently packed, that signifies the food is good. Along with other groups of people, I had to wait to be seated, but it wasn't for long. I followed the hostess through the spacious restaurant until he placed me at a small booth table. My server was very pleasant. She approached the table, warmly greeted me, and asked if I would like some orange juice, which I gladly accepted. At the same time, I placed an order for their apple cinnamon french toast. Wow, I was impressed with the presentation. Three thick slices of bread nicely browned with cinnamon-spiced apple filling and dusted with powdered sugar. This dish didn't need any syrup. The flavors from the apples was just enough and it was so ooey-gooey good. The meal was thoroughly enjoyed and I received satisfactory service. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit.

We tried to come here on a Saturday around 10am and there was a line so we returned Sunday at 7:30am. No line, but we had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated. They may have been waiting on more staff since half the restaurant was empty. Our food was fine but on par with Denny's or Perkins. My potatoes were slightly undercooked and warm at best. Worst part: we came here to use a gift card since we're moving out of the country in three days. Sorry, our machine isn't taking gift cards at this time so just use it next time. We told the manager it only had $10 and she said there was nothing she could do. I found a local couple on our way out and gave it to them. I would not recommend Keke's even without the gift card situation.

Shortly after arrival, we noticed what appeared to be blood on the bed comforter. We initially assumed housekeeping would replace the bedding during routine room service, so we did not immediately escalate it. However, after multiple housekeeping visits over approximately two days, the same visibly stained bedding remained on the bed and was never replaced. What upset us most was not just the stain itself, but the fact that housekeeping serviced the room multiple times and still left the bedding in place. This created serious sanitation concerns and made us uncomfortable using the room. We brought the issue to the hotel's attention at checkout and were offered only waived resort fees. We then attempted to resolve the matter through both the property and Hilton Guest Assistance. Despite multiple follow-ups, the final offer from Hilton was only 10,000 Hilton Honors points on a stay that cost approximately 140,000 points. I am posting this because I believe future guests deserve to make informed decisions regarding cleanliness standards and how serious concerns are handled after they are reported. I have attached photos documenting the condition before and after housekeeping service. UPDATE: I want to add that after additional escalation through Hilton's social media support team, Hilton ultimately reviewed the situation more thoroughly and issued a substantial points adjustment that I felt more appropriately reflected the seriousness of the concern. While I still wish the issue had been handled differently initially, I genuinely appreciated finally feeling heard and taken seriously. I think it is only fair to acknowledge that Hilton did ultimately make a meaningful effort to resolve the situation.

It is a massive box structure with a fabulously large atrium in the middle. The check-in process was handled quickly and efficiently. This is a Marriott property and the staff were all very friendly and well trained. The elevators face in to the atrium, and it is a scenic view as you had up to your floor. Elevators were quick and there seemed like there was always one waiting on the first floor. Rooms were decently sized and well appointed - very clean and comfortable. Bed was in good shape and got the job done. Hot water was hot and made the shower experience fine. After putting my stuff up, I took a stroll around the place - most of the amenities appear to be in the first floor: bars / restaurants and shops. There is an outdoor pool area and a fitness center somewhere in there as well. To be fair, I did not spend a whole lot of time in the room as I had quite a few activities to attend to. The lobby and the plants were stunning and really impressed us. We had a hiccup with our room type initially, but the staff upgraded us without issue. The room itself was clean, spacious, and on the 4th floor with a semi-pool view, which was lovely. However, there were some notable issues. The parking system didn't work correctly, and it seemed like this was an ongoing problem. The hot tubs were disappointing, one was closed, and the other had no jets and was the grossest hot tub we've ever seen. That was a major letdown. Checking out was a bit chaotic too, as there were people cutting lines and no one explained that there were multiple checkout lines, so my husband ended up waiting unnecessarily. On the bright side, the hotel restaurant was delicious, and our server there was great. The wine bar, unfortunately, was another story, the service was slow, and we ended up giving up and returning to our room. We enjoyed the upgrade and the overall ambiance of the hotel, so we would recommend it if the price is right, but definitely keep these issues in mind. I chose to give them 4 stars, instead of 3, due to the upgrade, and two free drink vouchers with check-in.

The property looked beautiful, with multiple pools, a lazy river, and a poolside bar and restaurant, so we were looking forward to spending the day there. Unfortunately, our experience didn't quite live up to our expectations. The first challenge was parking. The directions weren't very clear, and I ended up parking at the convention center because I wasn't sure where ResortPass guests were supposed to park. Once we got to the pool area, it was incredibly crowded. To be fair, we visited on **July 3rd**, during a holiday weekend, so I expected it to be busy. However, it was beyond busy--it was packed. Every chair seemed to be taken, there were no tubes available for the lazy river because demand far exceeded the supply, and even ordering food or drinks from the bar involved a long wait. Simply getting around the pool area was difficult because of the number of people. I think the resort could improve the experience by limiting the number of ResortPass reservations based on expected occupancy. That would help ensure guests can actually enjoy the amenities they're paying to use. I do believe this experience was heavily influenced by the holiday weekend, and on a less crowded day it might be a completely different experience.
