Service was great, cashier was lovely. Food delicious as always but a bit pricey however, we did have a coupon sent in the mail for this new location which was much appreciated! Got super busy as we were getting our food and other guests were moving tables around and being very loud, so we opted to take our food to go. Overall great location, cant super blame the venue for the guest behavior!

Anyway, she was super kind and helpful, which is lovely when you have 2 feral kids being total poop heads all the time. We got a yogurt parfait, egg platters, grits and pancakes and everything came out hot and tasty. My only complaint was that the grits were not great, but my grit standards are high. Not cheesy or flavorful enough for me, but fine. My kids liked them and honestly that's good enough for me.

The home fries were a bit oily, but adding ketchup helped, and I still enjoyed them. The mimosa came in a regular cup with no ice and a small bottle of Barefoot Bubbly, which I actually appreciated because I could pour as much or as little as I wanted. The stuffed French toast was really good too. As for the service before being seated, I was a little discouraged, and at one point we almost walked out. I had really been craving Keke's before the end of our trip though, so I convinced my husband to stay. We weren't acknowledged when we first walked in, and the three employees at the front were all busy doing different things. The host stand seemed to turn into a cashier station, a drink pickup area, and a walkway all at once, so there wasn't much organization or a clear order for guests coming in. I think having a better system during peak hours would make a big difference. Once we were seated, though, the service was good. The atmosphere was chill, busy, and very family-oriented. Overall, we enjoyed the food, but we'll probably try a different Keke's location the next time we're in town.

Opted for the peanut brittle drink which mixed cold brew with peanut brittle whiskey and cream. Saw some cool deviled eggs on instagram which hooked me in here to begin with. However the ones I got were the basic ones from the menu where as the photo I got fished on was for a seasonal version. What I appreciated most was the flexibility of the menu. There were both sweet and savory brunch options, while the lunch menu was also available. With children, that made a huge difference because no one had to "skip" a meal or feel forced into having breakfast simply because we were dining during brunch hours. The food was a bit of a mixed experience for me personally. The braised greens/kale had an interesting sweet and fermented flavor combination that I'm still deciding how I feel about. The sweet potato mash, topped with a layer of marshmallows, was tasty and definitely a great choice for someone who enjoys sweeter sides. The brined fried chicken was cooked well, but I was a little disappointed that the dark meat was boneless. That is simply a personal preference, as I tend to associate boneless fried chicken more with a chicken tender experience. Overall, the chicken was good, although it wasn't the standout of the meal for me. The kids really enjoyed their selections, including the French toast, Grand-Daddy Plate, and chicken and waffles. My 12-year-old initially ordered a sandwich that didn't quite meet his palate expectations. Within just a few minutes of all of our entrées arriving, a manager came by the table to check on us. Because of her attentiveness and due diligence, we were able to explain the issue and have his meal replaced with chicken and waffles without making the situation feel uncomfortable or difficult. That level of service was greatly appreciated. Jill was also wonderful throughout our visit. She was attentive, patient, personable, and exuded an overall great personality. We chose outdoor seating after the rain had passed, and it ended up being perfect. We were able to enjoy the fresh air, relax, people-watch, and take in the Disney Springs atmosphere while dining. Overall, the variety, flexibility, and service were the highlights of our experience. Even though not every dish was necessarily a personal favorite, the team made the experience enjoyable, accommodating, and memorable for our family.

On top of everything attentive just insanely good The food was great. I wasn't sure what was what with the meat as it was all chopped but it tasted great. The sauces were good. I was about 25 minutes away, when I took my family here, and they were wondering where we were going, but let me tell you, they were not disappointed by the food, service and the surround area. When we arrived, it seemed like a downtown area that was kind of chill because it was a Tuesday early evening. Barely any traffic around and tons of open parking, especially right in front to the restaurant. From the front I noticed some funny signs, a patio that was wide open for seating, yard games and a nice cozy dive bar vibe. When we went inside, we were immediately greeted at the counter by our server. It was not busy, there was actually only one customer sitting at the bar. The bar has about 6 seats and has TVs to watch and the restaurant if filled with tons of cool Classic Rock pictures, memorabilia and quotes. It was just the vibe we needed to just hang as a family. The server allowed us to pick any table we wanted. We ordered margaritas. They were delicious. We also has the RIBS, okra, mac & cheese, potato salad, some greens, cornbread, brisket, grilled cheese sandwich and fries. EVERYTHING, including the SERVICE was on point; we left well fed, satisfied and happy we found this place to eat tonight. To walk off the food , there is a park right across the street. At the park you will find food trucks for dessert, like ice cream on a hot day. There's also a walking trail and a play ground for the kiddos. There was an area where people were fishing off the doc. I saw an area where people also get married and a facility for our veterans. I included some pictures of what I saw along my way after I left the restaurant for people looking for things to do in the area with a family and/or friends. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend you stop by this restaurant for some good eats, drinks and just a place to relax and have a good time. There's also service is great and the area is filled with things to do afterwards. Thank me later.

We had the bone in chicken and waffles which was great. The chicken was well seasoned, the strawberry butter was perfect and the sweet and spicy syrup is literally the Louisiana hotsauce on the table witj the syrup mixed together. I waited for someone to wipe it down and even said multiple times it was dirty. Food was all over it, and on the floor. My son ended up wiping it out with his hands as best he could. There was still food in all the crevices surround the booth because they have a wooden lil around it. So I got to sit in a very uncomfortable position because I couldn't lean back. Then a customer came into the booth behind me and when he sat down it literally lifted us into the table. The menus were also sticky and filthy. So, we ordered and it was a disaster. My waffle was wrong. I said no butter, no powdered sugar, no bananas and I asked if I could have blueberries instead of bananas. The waiter said yes I could substitute. Then I asked for hash browns extra crispy. My son ordered chicken tenders and fries. His chicken was so burned it has black parts ALL OVER THEM! My waffle had all the things I said no to, and then he said I wasn't allowed to have blueberries, even though he had said I could substitute. So I had to remake my waffle correctly and they served me a raw waffle the second time. Also the hash browns were black on top and the inside was still raw. I said please take the food off my check because we weren't going to eat it and he only took the waffle off. I guess he expected me to eat raw hash browns and black chicken. They didn't even offer to remake the chicken tenders. Very disappointing experience. The server wasn't apologetic at all. We talked to him several times trying to get his attention to fix it, and he walked off every time, not acknowledging us. We were trying to make sure he heard our order because we weee tying to make sure food didn't get wasted, if he didn't put the order in correctly. I understand when you are busy, but because he ignored us multiple times the orders were wrong and food was wasted. Don't think we will return. Horrible experience. I don't recommend this place at all. I understand things are wrong and when that happens the least you can do is apologize and try to make it right. They only tried to fix my waffle and then it came back out raw. It was so gross I spit the bite out because it was nothing but raw batter. At least apologize! Didn't get any part of our order right, no apology, and we had to skip eating. We were both starving walking out of there.

It was not busy when I was there so there was no one dancing, but again... so much potential that I imagine this place is probably popping usually.. and the music was SO GOOD!! Lots of throw backs. My son had gotten the steak tacos and he said that it tasted like they had not seasoned it at all. It was good and not so good at the same time. They seemed in quite a rush. But yet there was not really too many people there. I just felt hurried and I felt that it wasn't very personable, our interactions felt rushed. Yet there was a time where I needed to go to the bar to ask for something and they were very polite. So it's a tossup as far as is there customer service good or not.‍

There are plenty of places to take cute Instagram pictures. However, that does not help the overall score of the rest of the experience. When we first arrived, we were instructed to review the menu at a seat-yourself station and then return to the front to place our order. There were some interesting and tasty-looking options to pick from. Unfortunately, I was a bit perplexed by the pricing on the menu versus what came up on the cash register. I ordered the Mixed Berries Crepes with Nutella ($11), and I was going to order a Strawberry Boba for $5, but instead my total was nearing $25 dollars?? The pricing did not match the menu. The cash register didn't seem very friendly. When I noticed my crepe read "Banana/Strawberry" instead of Mixed Berry. I clarified I was getting the correct order. She told me, "Yes, yes." (Spoil alert: I did not get the mixed berries but instead a Strawberry and Banana Crepe...) I paid, and then took the little marker flag with a number they give you so the waitresses can find the correct table to deliver the orders to. My coworker and I waited in the back for our orders. Although we ordered back-to-back, the orders were fulfilled at different intervals. When my order finally arrived, the waitress was looking for the right table to deliver it to. I raised my hand and said it was my order. She looked at me with scrutiny as if I were lying to her. ( What was the point of the flag marker with the number then, if you're uncertain of the order???) My crepe was pretty, but overall, it was okay in flavor and taste. It wasn't very hot, though, and was lukewarm. I would give the crepe a 3 out of 5 stars. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't anything I'd come running back for. The staff wasn't the friendliest and seemed confused and disorganized. I would not come back here again.
