    Breakfast in Kissimmee
    Olivia L.

I was pleasantly surprised when I randomly found this little Cuban cafe in downtown Kissimmee. I stopped in for a coffee and some breakfast. The place was quiet, service was good, coffee was excellent, and my breakfast burrito really hit the spot. I sat outside on a Monday afternoon and it was perfect. I'd definitely come back next time I'm in the area

It's a nice little Cuban joint that serves more as a cafe, but it is nice. The service was okay but nothing to rave about. I love me a Cuban sandwich and this one was just right. If I lived by this place it would definitely be a regular.

Now open on Sundays! Still the Best Cuban coffee in Kissimmee! Delicious coladas, cortaditos, breakfast sandwiches and Awesome homemade cuban sandwich! A must try when in the Downtown Kissimmee area!

Price was good and the ambiance felt like I was at a cafe back in old San Juan! The coffee was a bit burnt though (there was a big group prior to us so maybe they hadn't gotten a chance to replace the grinds), the food took a while to come out and was pretty standard. But the service was nice and the place was generally clean albeit on the smaller side. Would recommend at least hacking out once.

Very lovely staff , very lovely customers. I felt very welcome. The hot cafe latte was one of the best I have ever had in my life! The warm coconut cake was perfection! So delicious! I look forward to coming back here!!! Love!

I drove 40 minutes with traffic on a Friday morning lol just to go try this place. It was worth it! The breakfast and the cortadito were so delicious. My husband and I took an extra cafe con leche with us as well. Also husband bought some cigars. Nice place to go in the mornings. When we visit Kissimmee again we will def visit Buchito.

Visited Buchito while in town for a quick visit. It is in a unique area in downtown Kissimmee, very quaint cafe, greeted by staff and assisted in offering suggestions. Ordered the Benny cuban with a cafe con leche. Sandwich was delicious, pork was tender and bread was nicely toasted, wonderful traditional flavors. I added caramel flavor to the cafe con leche and it was perfectly smooth.

The Benny Cubano was so good that I came back after having it a year ago. I got the media noche which has sweeter bread and it was just as good. Enjoyed the cafe con leche as well!

Buchito translates to small cup of coffee depending on your origin. This shop has plenty of buchitos too choose from whether you like it , iced , blended or hot. It's a cute coffee shop that offers cuisine such as breakfast , sandwiches and home made desserts which you're sure too love. It's also a great place for small talk or a quick study break. The staff provide excellent service , they are kind and accommodating to whether you're looking for a quick bite or a drink on the go.

Feeling like a new experience for my coffee craving I decided to stop at Buchito Cuban Cafe. It's is a very pretty little coffee house, very welcoming. The owner brought out freshly made Bundt style cakes. Large pieces. I did not try today. The menu was small but I bet each item is made with love. It looks and feels like a family owned Restuarant. I think the dad made my coffee, mom brought out the fresh bakery items, a son rang me in. I love to promote small businesses. I had a cafe mocha which was very good, nice coffee flavor not overwhelming with mocha. Prices are very reasonable. They sell Cuban cigars as well. Worth a stop if your traveling near Kissimmee.

I've come here for my birthday. I already have plans for a visit when my family gets here in two weeks. Obviously, the food is phenomenal. I usually get Art's Famous Fried Chicken, which they say is Buttermilk-brined for 24 hours then and then flash fried. I have a severe shellfish allergy, and they're always very cautious. No matter who the server or floor manager is. Typically, it's served with creamy mashed potatoes, but I usually swap it out with Momma's Mac and Cheese. I've also had the Smothered Chicken, Bee Haven Fried Green Tomatoes, and the Skilled-fried Chicken Paillard, which is what most of the staff recommends as their favorite dish. And you always have to get a cheddar drop biscuit. That's a non-negotiable. This restaurant is very popular and often gets quite busy, so I recommend to make a reservation as soon as you're ready. But the busyness of the restaurant won't matter once you take a bite. The food is the ambiance and changes everything. Just trust me.

They treat you like you're an old time friend even if it's your first time there. The appetizers (deviled egg and hush puppies) were great. The fried chicken, which they're known for, was very disappointing. It was one of the driest fried chicken I've had in a while. The biscuit side was also very mid. Overall, I do recommend trying this place out, but skip their fried chicken (unless you just love chicken).

The service here is top notch. Lindsay was my server and took extra good care of me, and my pup! Jordan and Bri are great as well, they really care about their guests. Lindsay gets a special shout-out for being kind, caring, and attentive! What a ray of sunshine! She was so excited when she arrived with my dessert (she made a brownie sundae just for me). I got the sampler sliders and my boyfriend got the sampler platter. The slider buns were perfect and even toasted a bit which added major bonus points for me. The pulled pork was tender and flavorful. Brisket was peppery and perfect. Ribs were also veryyyy tenderrrrrr. You can tell the food is made with love. All I could do was smile as I ate my lunch, knowing I have an amazing bbq spot so close to me. 3. The corn nuggets were SO GOOD and SO comforting. Crispy, sweet, and perfect. I eyed the menu before going, and these caught my eye immediately. They did not disappoint. I can't wait to have them again! 4. The sauces were FIRE. The sweet and the crimson were perfect to us. 5. Who doesn't like 80s Rock and Roll?! Its one of those places that make you feel at home. The location is perfect, as well. Lakefront is a great place to dily dally while you digest the deliciousness. There are plenty of places to take cute Instagram pictures. However, that does not help the overall score of the rest of the experience. When we first arrived, we were instructed to review the menu at a seat-yourself station and then return to the front to place our order. There were some interesting and tasty-looking options to pick from. Unfortunately, I was a bit perplexed by the pricing on the menu versus what came up on the cash register. I ordered the Mixed Berries Crepes with Nutella ($11), and I was going to order a Strawberry Boba for $5, but instead my total was nearing $25 dollars?? The pricing did not match the menu. The cash register didn't seem very friendly. When I noticed my crepe read "Banana/Strawberry" instead of Mixed Berry. I clarified I was getting the correct order. She told me, "Yes, yes." (Spoil alert: I did not get the mixed berries but instead a Strawberry and Banana Crepe...) I paid, and then took the little marker flag with a number they give you so the waitresses can find the correct table to deliver the orders to. My coworker and I waited in the back for our orders. Although we ordered back-to-back, the orders were fulfilled at different intervals. When my order finally arrived, the waitress was looking for the right table to deliver it to. I raised my hand and said it was my order. She looked at me with scrutiny as if I were lying to her. ( What was the point of the flag marker with the number then, if you're uncertain of the order???) My crepe was pretty, but overall, it was okay in flavor and taste. It wasn't very hot, though, and was lukewarm. I would give the crepe a 3 out of 5 stars. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't anything I'd come running back for. The staff wasn't the friendliest and seemed confused and disorganized. I would not come back here again. Read the prior low reviews, as most of the complaints others have had with this establishment seem to be a running occurrence.
