Absolutely amazing service and kindness! Been coming here for years and usually mostly females working. Today all men: Jeff, Rob and Micah! I was amazed. Each one welcomed us and was happy to see us. Egg sandwich was excellent. Came out quickly, hot and fresh! Store was kept really clean. As soon as someone left, they cleaned the tables. Great visit. See you soon. read more

A great place for a quick breakfast or brunch. I love that the bagels are made fresh to order. Micah took my order quickly and I was thanked for being a rewards member. I like the locusts playing in the background. read more

Food is always really good but every time I go in, the floor is filthy and the outdoor seating is non existent.

Had an issue with my DoorDash order. The cream cheese was not included in my DoorDash order. I contacted the DoorDash driver and told me that it wasn't their issue. So I contacted Einstein bagels and they were so kind. Yes I had to go pick up the cream cheese, but they gave me Such wonderful compensation and I really appreciated it and they were very empathetic and very kind. I would recommend this location to anyone and the bagels are amazing.!!! The manager was awesome. And super kind. read more

I'm an Einstein's regular, and went into this store for the Monday deal since I was in the area, and I'm so glad I did. The staff was friendly and offered service with a smile. My Monday deal and breakfast sandwich were in my hands swiftly after ordering them and I was in and out of the store in no time. A true five star experience. read more

I love Einstein bagels! There is some thing about these bagels that just do not compare to any other bagel place. I do not live nearby any of these, so when I am going to be in the area, I completely take advantage! I love how fresh the bagels are in the employees are very friendly. Unfortunately today, they lose a star from me because they forgot to cut my bagel! My husband got an egg sandwich as well and his was cut, what happened to the consistency? Also, the app is handy! When you order from it, you can get either a free iced coffee or a free hot coffee. Unfortunately though, the app does need a lot of work. Half of the time it does not work, and when it does work, there is no place for you to add comments. I wish that I could choose a bagel that I like that is not on the choice list, but you cannot because you have to choose from what they give you. I wish that I can tell them how many creamers or sugar that I wanted and what type. The app definitely needs a lot of work, but that is of no fault of anyone in the store. Great location and wonderful food, just please be consistent and cut my bagel! It was very difficult to eat today! read more

Stopped in while running errands on this side of town. It was too busy, but there were definitely a handful of guests waiting on their order. It was my first time hitting up this location, as it was out of sheer convenience. For the price, I was not impressed unfortunately. I order the honey wheat bagel upgrade for the bacon and cheese sandwich with egg whites. I was charged for the upgraded bagel, but I was given a plain (sad). My food was also cold, so that was kinda bleh. The upside was that at least the coffee was tasty. They also offer doggo treats, which is so cute. read more

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a 6 cheese bagel. Barley any bacon. So i had a cheese and egg bagel. The bagel six cheese was amazing. Taste damn good They have other interesting bagels. The other stuff in the bagels was not good Price high for what you get Customer service was great They have plenty of parking. If you want a bagel sure. If you want a breakfast sandwich go elsewhere. Or buy the bagel and make your own. read more

First time there and service was subpar. The girl who worked there was not welcoming or friendly, I walked out.

Growing up in New Jersey, I loved the great bagels that you can find at the various mom-and-pop establishments throughout New Jersey and New York City. When I move to Florida now over twenty years ago, I was saddened to discover that a great bagel or even a good bagel was something that you were not going to readily find every couple blocks or so. So, when I want my bagel fix, I'm often forced to come to a bagel shop that is part of a national chain like this brand or Panera Bread. Einstein Brothers Bagels has a decent sized footprint in the Orlando, Florida area. I know of at least three of them around here and these I just found in my travels around the City Beautiful. It is not that they are a terrible bagel, but they just cannot compare to the independent mom-and-pop bagel shops that I took for granted growing up in New Jersey. I will give them three stars. read more

Stopped in on Monday morning before Hurricane Dorian hit. Several businesses along Colonial were closed but Einstein remained open! Woot! I have been a member of their rewards program for a year or two now. I always receive emails about deals that are happening. A $7 bakers dozen of bagels recently caught my eye. We arrived around 9:00AM. At that time the place was already pretty busy. They still had plenty of bagels left. We ordered our bakers dozen bagels, a few sandwiches, and coffee to eat there. Food came out shortly and was fresh & tasty! The staff was extremely friendly despite the crowd & horrible weather that was soon to come. I appreciated that. I am an upstate NY transplant. I love bagels. I love Brueggers bagels. Einstein Brothers Bagels is very comparable to Brueggers! Love their bagels wayyyy more than Brooklyn Water bagel. They have such a large variety of flavors to purchase as well! I will definitely be back. read more

Waited forever for a dozen bagels. Why would you have someone who only wants a dozen bagels to-go wait in line with people ordering breakfast sandwiches? Just nonsense. Do better please! Review update: we just got home and because of their poorly managed service the Leslie bagels that were in our box we're not correct. They gave us somebody else's dozen bagels. read more

I love the taste of these bagels, especially with the cream cheese. Yum! One of my fav. bagel spots. I have always experienced good customer service at any location I have gone to. This trip I tried the jalapeno/cheese bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese. It was delicious. The prices are high, but its worth the money! You can choose from several different bagel flavors and cream cheeses. The staff is energetic and friendly! Stop by for a delicious breakfast or brunch meal! read more

My old favorite place to go for great breakfast sandwhiches! I recently tried their new farm house sandwich with ham, egg, cheese, and bacon on a 6 cheese bagel. They seem to be short staffed that day so the wait was a bit longer than expected but it happens. The staff courteous and friendly. The bagel was toasted better than I ever had it before and the sandwich hit the spot! They now offer an option of 1 or 2 eggs for your sandwhich, I think that's great! I had 2 eggs and I think I'll do just 1 next time because it was very filling. Oh, and these eggs are now fresh cracked. Much appreciated!!! I also had Zico coconut water. Another great option most places don't have. I sat outside. They only have two tables out there since there is little room. This location has alway been great and conveniently located to other shops for an errand running day! read more

I needed bagels and stuff for a small gathering.I stopped here because it was on my way back from the gym. The staff was friendly and the space itself was clean. I ordered a bakers dozen which include a bunch of bagels and two spreads. Got them back to the house and they were a big hit. The bagels were fresh abs the spreads were yummy! Stopped for breakfast on vacation having never been to Einstein Bagel before. Although I have seen them at home, we have none close. It's an efficient set up; you order your food, move down the line to pay, and wait. Service was quick and they bring you your food rather than calling you up to get it, even take out. I ordered a toasted bagel with an avocado spread that was delicious. It was nice sitting at one of the outside tables and enjoying it. I will definitely return. read more

I have heard that Einstein bagels are really good, reminiscent of NY bagels. I am a Bronx, NY transplant, always up to trying places that compare to my beloved city. We entered, perused the menu and was surprised to find that they offered more than just bagels. Breakfast sandwiches, muffins and even doggie bagels. We ordered, sesame bagel, my go to, with chive and onion cream cheese and my husband ordered a honey wheat bagel with honey butter and a coffee. The coffee, truly is not outstanding, but I drank it. The bagels were ok. They were not bad, they did have some chew but we have had better. They did remind me a little of NYC because there was one big dollop of cream cheese on one side...lol. read more

Bagels were good but croissants weren't. It has a weird taste to it. This place is perfect for people who are on the go.

I placed an online order and ordered an everything bagel with egg ham and cheese and my bagel had bacon on it with no ham. Although there was a mistake with my bagels, they were still good but just wish I could've gotten what I ordered! read more

Staff was not wearing their masks or halfway wearing their masks. Removed masks to speak loudly to customers who also removed their masks to shout over the bagel case. I'm always intrigued by this location. It always seems like it's about to close. The cooler on the wall is never stocked so the lack of graphics make it seem like it is about to be torn down. I took a picture to post, but not sure how.. There is always confusion with orders and the second register was removed, but when you're looking at bagels your ushered along to order. This is definitely one of the worst locations in and around Orlando. read more

Nice inside and cool options. But in terms of what anyone is looking for in a basic bagel store is missing. I have ever once in my years of life been to a bagel shop that would not put salt pepper and ketchup on my sandwich? And even worse, they don't carry hot sauce in any way - such a crime against hungry humans on a Saturday morning. read more

It's Pumpkin time!!! Pumpkin bagels, Pumpkin cream cheese, Pumpkin walnut topped bagels, Pumpkin pull apart muffins, Pumpkin latte, etc. I love this time of year just for pumpkin!!! Sadly I wanted to take home a dz. bagels but at 2:00 on a Sat. there were very little bagels and no pumpkin anything. OY! I asked the young lady behind the counter if there would be anymore pumpkin bagels made before they close and she said there might be some in an hour but no guarantee. So I went to lunch in the mean time and kept my fingers crossed. Upon returning, the GM greeted me and pointed out that she over heard me and made 5 each of 6 different types of bagels. Surprise!!! She was so kind and informed me that in the future if there's ever any certain bagels I'd like to just call her ahead of time as it only takes 30 mins. to cook them. I fell in love w/Einsteins all over again! Yay! Don't forget your punch card. Current health inspection: 0-high priority, 0-intermediate & 1-basic violation read more

Everyone is always super nice here. They keep the place clean. I also love how they keep the menu updating throughout the year. Years ago, I worked for Einstein's while in college. The menu rarely ever changed. It was fine but do boring. Now, they keep the sandwiches updated regularly. The Midwest offerings they have now are delicious. Is it healthy? Not really. Carbs carbs carbs. But it's a nice treat every now and then. They can get busy. So you may have to wait. read more

Horrible service. I ordered an *uncooked* bagel. After 15 minutes I kindly asked a worker who was literally doing nothing to just bag it up for me bc I really had to go... And she refused, and said "first come" in a really snarky way. And I said "I understand I just really have to go, can you help me out it's just 1 bagel uncooked no cream cheese." She said no again very nastily... and I had to leave without my paid for food Maybe next time, we are nice and help a customer out! What a concept. Super busy and customer service is slacking big time! Many ordering to go and they refuse to serve you if you do not stand next to the counter for the 20-25 mins it takes for them to prepare your bagel to go. I asked for them to hand it to me at an outside table and the cashier Stated, "I can't" when I asked why she said "I won't remember", I asked, "why won't you remember?" She said "we don't go outside and that would be special treatment there's no way I'd remember".... Meanwhile there are tables outside. Employee not wearing name tag. Update: as of 06/25/2018 prices went up across the board. The bagels are now separated into 3 categories: Classic, Signature, & Gourmet. You can tell which category a bagel is in based on the color of the name tag: Classic -Brown, Signature - Yellow & Gourmet - White. The better sweet bagels are now in the signature category. The staff here are great. Friendly, prompt and attentive. original review: Einstein is a bagel chain. I've been going to Einstein's for 25 years and the basics haven't changed. Good bagels and coffee. I frequent this place to work out of the house a few times a month. The staff is super friendly and the internet is relatively decent. You will see regulars who come in for their coffee and paper and people running in and out for a quick meal. As of May 2018, on Mondays they do a baker dozen of bagels for $7. It's a very good deal just be sure you get in early enough to get the selection of bagels you want. I got in after 10am and a lot of the sweet varieties were gone. Coffee is all you can drink and they have 4 blends on tap. The meal type items (bagel w/ lox & cream cheese or a sandwich) are a bit on the pricey side for a fast type of restaurant and are comparable to restaurant prices. The quality is good and if you need a nice breakfast splurge that is quick this is a great place and location to go. read more
