This is a small location with a few low tables, a long high top table and L-shaped counter seating along the window. There are also a few tables outside. All of the low top tables were taken, leaving only the high top and window seats. After sitting in these 2 spots, we discovered why they weren't taken... Likely due to the heat coming through the window. It was very warm inside, yet not hot outside. Unfortunately, they did not pull the shades down that day or maybe they just don't regularly do it. They let me order my sandwich with the bagel on the side, which I appreciated as I don't eat bagels due to the carbs. My husband said the asiago bagel I got was very good. There was a fairly thin layer of brisket served over 2 eggs with a piece of cheddar cheese melted on top. 24 grams of protein with 3 grams of total carbs. The sauce was served on the side at my request. I added the items into my byo low carb tortilla and thought it tasted pretty good as a burrito. The coffee was just ok and they didn't have any sugar-free syrups which was a bummer. They were close to closing so it wasn't as hot or fresh as it could've been. read more

I know those ingredients aren't super flavorful to begin with but you can still put together a great sandwich with them and this just wasn't it. I have visited this location several times and unfortunately have had some sort of minor issues every time I've been here. Issues in the past ranged from wrong order, wrong eggs placed on sandwich, extreme long wait for food, and items being out. While the food, when it is correct, is good, I don't feel like an establishment should have this many issues. Yesterday I placed a mobile order for a Bagel sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie. I placed the order via the app and scheduled my pickup time for 11:10am. This was a time 1.5 hours out from placing my order. When I received my receipt in my email, it said they changed my pickup time to 11:30am which was super inconvenient for me and my schedule that day. I waited in my car for 20 minutes and entered right at 11:30am TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER MADE MY ORDER. I was so upset. The girl at the register was kind and made it herself right then. Located on the corner of two busy streets, this Einstein's has employees who are friendly, efficient, accurate and quick to fill the order. The interior has a reasonable amount of seating with the removal of some chairs and tables, I presume due to the pandemic. With the open space, I needed to look a few extra seconds to find the "Order Here" sign hanging from the ceiling. But once found, the ordering process was easy and the wait short. I enjoyed the Nova Lox bagel with a decent amount of cream cheese, lox, capers and tomatoes and onions. The taste was fresh. A note about the coffee: When Einstein's ended their partnership with Caribou Coffee, I didn't realize it until I took my first sip. I have not ordered coffee since. However, my co-worker "loves" the coffee here, so, it's really up to your taste buds to decide. And, they regularly have offers for free coffee in their app. Although the parking lot is a bit unconventional, more spaces exist than one would think. The only caution is backing out. Ordered cranberry bagel with cream cheese, maple honey wheat with cream cheese, everything bagel garden avocado with a fried egg, poppyseed bagel nova lox with cream cheese and a fried egg, Drinks chai latte and coffee mocha. Always love Einstein Bagels. They're close to my favorite NY bagels. Their service is quick but one of the staff working there need to smile more and just have a friendly disposition. A lot of people go to that area in winter park. Friendliness and feeling hospitable can go an extra mile. The place is clean but the bathroom can go for more cleanliness. With COVID conscious population, this will help. There was no paper towels at that time we were there and I had to use my jeans to dry my hands. Hopefully, when we go back again, will be better. Stopped in on a lark for a quick breakfast. The cashier was as great as can be... but it was all downhill from there. Coffee out of both containers was tepid warm. What a waste of good coffee and the eggs and bagels that we ordered were just ok. Over salted and one of my peeves is when you order a scrambled egg, scramble the egg. It was a phone it in from the cook -- I'll not call him a chef and much of the cast was more interested in their conversations than providing a nice Sunday morning meal. Starting with the fact that they have very nice employee with a friendly smile and a great greeting when you come in to the establishment. Not to mention the amazing variety of bagels and such. I mean the variety is so vast that I will never come to another place or location besides this particular one here and on Orlando Ave.. I visited another location earlier prior to discovering this location. I probably should not say where but is less than a 2 miles away from here they were almost sold out at 10 AM in the morning I refuse to stay there and just SETTLE for anything tHAT they just had left over. I purchased their white chocolate latte and one of their breakfast sandwiches that they were advertising. It was a Mac & cheese bagel with egg, bacon, and cheese. The sandwich wasn't bad, I didn't care for the bacon in it however as it came off with a rubbery texture. The Macoroni and cheese bagel engulfed everything else. The white chocolate coffee was very sweet as expected, but not enough kick to get my day started. I'm sure my next visit will be for some bagels alone, and to try their cream cheeses. read more

Ordered a curbside order this morning because I had my children in my car while my spouse was getting a procedure. I wait for 30 mins and nobody brings out my order. I called numerous times as I can see 2 employees fraternizing. All my calls were ignored. I finally go inside to pick up my order. My breakfast sandwich is cold from sitting there. I'm not a "Review" kind of guy, but i have to for this one. I used to LOVE eating here with my family for lunch or breakfast. During Covid, they closed the eating area and only allowed take-out (which is somewhat understandable). BUT, OVER TWO YEARS later, it's still pretty much the same except they have 2-3 tables all pushed into the corner while the rest of the eating area has been cleared out (no tables or place to sit). It seems like they're actively TRYING to keep customers from eating there. I, of course, asked if they were mopping or maybe their tables were stolen. The employees said it's was out of their control. Ahh OK ... I guess it's the Management's or Corporate's fault? It all started with my coworker wanting a good bagel early in the morning. She wanted to have a bagel from Einstein before leaving for training in the army. She made me a sticky note of exactly what she wanted to the T. As I get to Einstein, I see that there's no parking available and I had to park across the street. Once I got inside I waited around 4 minutes before being able to place my order and once I did the lady told me I can be cashed out in another register. While waiting to be cashed out, the line doesn't have a structure and people start cutting one another. Lucky for me, there was a gentleman that seen me waiting and notified the other customer that I was first. I waited another 10 minutes for my orders. They call for one, give an another order to a person, and after 4 minutes they call for my last order. I grabbed it and left back to my job. Once I get to my job, I hand my coworker her order and it looked like everything was tossed on top of it. Nothing was melted correctly and they didn't even put the cream cheese on it. She called and got the issue resolved right away. She had to leave the job to go and get a new one because the first order was incorrect. She ordered a asiago bagel sliced and toasted with plain cream cheese with onions and tomatoes with melted cheese. For this particular chain, this one is my favorite. They keep the bagels well stocked and they are fresh. I'm also a fan of their muffins. If I'm eating in, I generally go with the bagel dog; I absolutely love them! Then there are times I pop by and grab a bag of bagels to take home. I love the employees at this location. They are all friendly and they never make me feel rushed while I'm trying to make my selections. I also like the fact they never seem to mind offering suggestions if I ask, unlike some of the other locations where the employees seem like it's such a horrible chore to answer a simple question, let alone make a suggestion. During the peak times, they really work fast to keep the line moving and they still manage to make you feel important as a customer. Nice work! Good food! No complaints! read more

First time visiting this Einstein Bagel location... ordered an Asiago bagel with veggie cream cheese (to go) walked to Jewitt/my car to eat it and bit in to it -- and pulled a hair out of my mouth!!!!! I know this is a typical chain restaurant, but this is a great spot to get some work done and grab a tasty bite to eat. There's a decent amount of seating inside and outside (the outside seating is also well-shaded). My only complaint is that there weren't many outlets near the tables, so I was unable to charge my phone and laptop. There is a nice section of bar stool seats facing the windows and there are also big tables for larger parties. The staff was very friendly and I got the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an Asiago bagel. It was very good and the staff came and brought me my coffee and sandwich, which I thought was really nice. They have a lot of options on their menu. This review is based on other Einstein locations in other cities, not restaurants in general. As such - solid location, accurate (but not perfect) service, hot coffee (seriously important), friendly staff. Choice of different seating, including some high bar stool type chairs that I prefer sometimes - as well as covered outdoor seating. If they could add a second ordering station they could avoid the bottleneck there when it's busy. So don't run in, expecting to run out 30 seconds later. Otherwise...enjoy! read more

Also love their everything bagels, they are not overwhelming but have a great amount of flavor. Their "double-whipped shmears" are what pull me in as well. They have a lot of flavors but my go-tos are: Onion & Chive, Garlic & Herb, Strawberry and Honey Almond! NOM, now I want all of them in my fridge right now. You can get them on the side or buy tubs of them. I am also guilty of using them in other dishes when I bring them home. Versatile. Not the best parking lot since it's on the corner of a very busy and weirdly laid out but it's not impossible and there are a great amount of spots. I got the farmhouse bagel sandwich and chorizo bagel sandwich. Both were just amazing!! I would suggest the Farmhouse for anyone who is looking for something pretty simple but full of flavor! I believe it had bacon cheese and 2 eggs. The chorizo sandwich is a little spicy but still also full of flavor and makes for a great start to the day!
