I have visited this location several times and unfortunately have had some sort of minor issues every time I've been here. Issues in the past ranged from wrong order, wrong eggs placed on sandwich, extreme long wait for food, and items being out. While the food, when it is correct, is good, I don't feel like an establishment should have this many issues. Yesterday I placed a mobile order for a Bagel sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie. I placed the order via the app and scheduled my pickup time for 11:10am. This was a time 1.5 hours out from placing my order. When I received my receipt in my email, it said they changed my pickup time to 11:30am which was super inconvenient for me and my schedule that day. I waited in my car for 20 minutes and entered right at 11:30am TO FIND OUT THEY NEVER MADE MY ORDER. I was so upset. The girl at the register was kind and made it herself right then. They forgot my chocolate chip cookie and I had to remind them. These issues should not be happening.

Stopped in to get a toasted six cheese bagel with honey almond cream cheese and it was made perfectly yet again! The employees at this location are always so nice and friendly, that's another reason why I keep coming back! Can't wait to come again!

I stopped in between appointments to work and enjoy a breakfast "combo". I received great customer service, and the dining area was pretty clean. I appreciate being able to customize my bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel to have one egg (instead of two). I haven't been to this location in ages. I can see myself returning soon.

Had not been here in years, but we wanted to meet for breakfast so, here we landed! The people here give a Ho hum tired vibe but the coffee is GREAT and so is their new Spicy Chorizo sandwich-NOT the burrito. The sandwich is composed of avocado, egg, chorizo, jalapeño bagel, cheese and saucy sauce. Not for the faint of heart or gut! The sandwich was extremely spicy and flavorful- I thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful. My friend got the tomato, egg, avocado on pumpernickel bagel and unfortunately, they microwaved the bagel!! Doh!! How to make a bagel tough- nuke it!! She ate most of the inside of her sandwich but alas, the bagel was exceedingly CHEWY so she had to ditch it. Order the regular cup of coffee because you get free refills and it's delicious! Great place to hang out with friends and have some Joe l.

Located on the corner of two busy streets, this Einstein's has employees who are friendly, efficient, accurate and quick to fill the order. The interior has a reasonable amount of seating with the removal of some chairs and tables, I presume due to the pandemic. With the open space, I needed to look a few extra seconds to find the "Order Here" sign hanging from the ceiling. But once found, the ordering process was easy and the wait short. I enjoyed the Nova Lox bagel with a decent amount of cream cheese, lox, capers and tomatoes and onions. The taste was fresh. A note about the coffee: When Einstein's ended their partnership with Caribou Coffee, I didn't realize it until I took my first sip. I have not ordered coffee since. However, my co-worker "loves" the coffee here, so, it's really up to your taste buds to decide. And, they regularly have offers for free coffee in their app. Although the parking lot is a bit unconventional, more spaces exist than one would think. The only caution is backing out. Otherwise, enjoy your visit.

Good old place. Looks like a winter park staple. The decor and the outside seating needs attention. Chipped rails and horrible outdoor seating. You're in winter park so the view is not bad. Now the stuff we came for. The food , bagels . Many choices and friendly staff. Ordered cranberry bagel with cream cheese, maple honey wheat with cream cheese, everything bagel garden avocado with a fried egg, poppyseed bagel nova lox with cream cheese and a fried egg, Drinks chai latte and coffee mocha. Everything was as fresh as expected and delicious. I don't think I could ask for faster service; especially the nova lox boxed up.

I haven't had Einstein's bagels, but heard pretty good things about them. I also had a coupon for a discount on coffee so I figured why not. I purchased their white chocolate latte and one of their breakfast sandwiches that they were advertising. It was a Mac & cheese bagel with egg, bacon, and cheese. The sandwich wasn't bad, I didn't care for the bacon in it however as it came off with a rubbery texture. The Macoroni and cheese bagel engulfed everything else. The white chocolate coffee was very sweet as expected, but not enough kick to get my day started. I'm sure my next visit will be for some bagels alone, and to try their cream cheeses.

I joined the rewards program and got a free gourmet bagel with smear. My favorite is the garlic smear with the six cheese bagel toasted. My ice coffee was flavored with vanilla sweet cream. Janie checked me out and she was super nice! Great customer service.

MY favorite bagels and a helpful, friendly staff. Who is that Happy at 7 am? :-) The cheddar jalapeño bagel with veggie cream cheese is my favorite. I love how generous they are with the cream cheese. This is my last doctor visit at Jewett for awhile (knock on wood) and I will miss this Einstein location!

Honestly, it feels like Jeff's intentionally opens in areas without strong bagel competition because they know their product wouldn't hold up in a true bagel city. The whole "we don't toast or schmear our bagels" thing comes off less like authenticity and more like a lazy excuse. In places known for bagels, that's literally part of the experience, so pretending otherwise is kind of frustrating. As for the bagels themselves, they're just... fine. Not bad, but definitely not memorable. Kind of middle-of-the-road and not something I'd go out of my way for. I'll probably stick with Brooklyn Water Bagel and keep hoping that one day Jeff's decides to get it together and serve a properly toasted bagel.

From the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy of a place that's more than just a bagel shop... it's a community staple in the making. The Asiago offered that perfect balance of cheesy richness baked right into the crust, while the Asiago Everything took it up a notch with that classic everything seasoning twist. Pairing them with spreads was where the experience really came alive. I highly recommend the jalapeño spread if you're looking for a flavorful kick and the hot sauce spread if you want something with a bit more bite.
