    Tiramisu Float
    Kheyt C.

Quick service. Packaging was solid and had cute doodles/wording on them like SO PUFFING GOOD-- and it IS. Five stars for the creampuffs. I've tried a variety of their desserts in the past/in another location, and I've learned that the creampuffs are really the only ones that I would keep coming back for. My fave creampuffs are the Ube Cheesecake and Matcha (straight up matcha more than the dirty matcha one). They used to have a ferrero rocher chocolate on top of the ferrero creampuffs, which they don't anymore. I'm glad they've at least kept the ube cheesecake topping. The tiramisu float tasted better as I kept drinking and the topping got mixed into the coffee a bit more. A tip if going to order for multiple people: check out what flavors are available on their UberEats before driving to the store.

The service at this location was great! I ordered two cream puffs, a croissant and a coffee. I expected my coffee to take a little while to make, but it was pretty much ready by the time I was done paying. I ordered a tiramisu float, and the coffee was smooth and the topping was thick and delicious. The croissant had spinach and feta in it. The actual croissant was flaky with a hint of sweetness. The filling was a bit disappointing, as there wasn't much of it. As per usual, the cream puffs were light and not too sweet. I was a little disappointed though because they didn't have the cookies and cream one. Overall, they have great pastries and coffee. Their packaging is also high-quality and adorable!

    Vanilla Crepe Cake

We ordered the vanilla crepe cake for our courthouse wedding, and it turned out to be one of the unexpected highlights of the night. The cake was absolutely delicious -- light, delicate, and not overly sweet, with just the right balance of cream and crepe layers that practically melted in your mouth. What really blew me away was how memorable it was for everyone else. Every single person who had a slice that evening called or texted the next day asking where we got it from. That's how you know it's something special. If you're looking for a wedding cake (or honestly, any celebration cake) that's elegant, understated, and guaranteed to impress, this vanilla crepe cake is it. Highly recommend -- it made our small courthouse wedding feel a little more magical. Thank you LOTS team for making our day!

A great spot if you enjoy desserts that aren't too sweet. Coffee and tea is always great. On this visit, we got the Blueberry Lemon Bao and Dark Chocolate Pistachio tart. The blueberry lemon bao was just the right mix of sweet, tart, and buttery. The dark chocolate pistachio tart wasn't sweet enough for me, but my husband loved it. Both were $8-9. Just a warning that the logos on top aren't edible!

I put an order in. The ladies were very helpful. My order was ready ahead of time. Pick up was quick and easy. They're very polite. Their pastry case was beautiful. The shop is small with limited seating.

I frequent this cafe for a long time for the baked goods. The baked goods are sweet, but not overly sugary. It satisfies your sweet tooth without the side effects of ingesting a lot of sugar. The coffee drinks are high quality with some creative options. The location is small. There is some seating but it is very limited. The servers are always very nice and efficient. Give this place a try for high quality drinks and treats!

Really enjoyed my stop here. The service was great. The cream puffs were delicious and fresh. Smelled sweet inside this little shop and they had a good variety of items. I really loved my cream puffs, and I'm sure you would too

A charming coffee shop with a cute, cozy interior and genuinely welcoming service. The croissants are the standout, crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside. The coffee is decent, though slightly over-roasted. A lovely spot overall, especially for pastries.

Perfect cream puffs and crepe cakes! If they had boba for the teas this would be a perfect dessert/snack location! It's a tiny storefront but serviceable and the decor is modern! The staff was helpful but there's no rush here...so come when you have a moment to enjoy and put up with a little wait.

We came by to stop in for a quick treat and just happened to visit on their anniversary!! We didn't get any of the special rewards for early customers but what we had was still delicious.

One of my favorite bakeries with the best cream puffs and crepe cakes. I love their ube flavored baked goods! Their drinks are great too, truly light on the sugar. Service is great and ambiance is clean.

This was such a cute little bakery! We got the cookies and cream puff, the pistachio dark chocolate tart, crème brûlée cream puff, a snoopy seasonal cookie, an egg tart, and a strawberry matcha panna cotta. We also got a matcha latte, a berry rose latte & a pumpkin pie latte. The lady working behind the counter was so sweet & had a smile the entire time, even though the place was packed and a bit overwhelming. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully, I can't want to go back and try more things.

I really enjoyed the baked goods. Especially the cream puffs although the place is a bit small for how crowded it gets.

Ask the Community - Light on the Sugar

How does a bakery not open until 11am? There have been probably 30 occasions where I've wanted to go but they weren't open. Including right now.

A lot of bakeries have staff that come in early to bake before open. That's just their hours of operation.

Does Light on the Sugar happen to have any gluten-free options ? The macaroons maybe?

They change their menu items pretty often but for the most part they offer gluten pastries goods. They did have a flan when I was there but it had a crust which you could possibly eat around

Is this place good for studying?

    Aesthetically yes, functionally no

Why is this marked for delivery when they do not offer delivery?

I believe they are on uber eats

    Is this place permanently closed?

    No they are open

I really love the decor and space, it's definitely a spot I could see myself eating and working from. The service was also great, though there was a bit of a confusion with my Strawberry Matcha drink. Instead of getting Strawberry Matcha, I ended up with Lavender Matcha. I had thought they were saying it was a Lavender foam that goes on top (I've never had the drinks here before, so I thought this was part of the drink as I had said I wanted the drink as is). I'm also soft spoken, so they might have not heard that part. After I noticed the drink was just green I asked about it, and while they wanted to correct it to Strawberry Matcha, the drink was already made and I really felt bad having them make another drink (plus I love matcha, I'll have it any way!). I did get a strawberry syrup, so I ended up with a Lavender and Strawberry Matcha, which I now call the Hanny Special. :D I will go back again to just try the Strawberry Matcha drink though! Anyways, I did end up getting the egg avocado toast. Looking at the menu, I thought the sandwiches and toast were a bit pricey. I don't think I've ever had avocado toast that was about $11, but after it came out I understood the pricing...the egg avocado toast was big with generous toppings! And it was sooooo good!

Unfortunately, I had just drank my coffee so I wasn't able to get anything, but I will be going back next week for another order and will be getting some juices. The prices are a bit steep, but everything that they use is organic so I am very excited to try it and I will report back then! The guy that helped me in the front, very kind and sweet. It is very tight up in the front so I suppose they have a very large working space in the back, which they probably need to make all of these delicious concoctions. We arrived just after the lunch rush, which gave me time to really study the menu board... and wow, there were so many tempting options. I went with the Wobble savory crepe, loaded with turkey, chicken, mushrooms, onions, spinach, and tomato. They recommended the Cajun remoulade, but I swapped it for blue cheese--and let me tell you, that was an excellent call. An absolute home run. One of the things I really appreciated was being able to watch the crepes made from start to finish. Everything looked fresh, and they were more than happy to customize ingredients along the way--no hassle at all. The staff was pleasant and friendly, the dining area was spotless, and since the weather was perfect, we chose to eat on the patio, which made the experience even better. My only complaint? They don't have a location in Oklahoma! We do have a crepe spot back home, but I've never tried their savory crepes. After this visit, I'm inspired to give it another shot--though The Crepevine set the bar pretty high. Fantastic lunch, great atmosphere, and well worth the stop.
