This bakery is known for its abundance of Asian pastries, breads and dumplings. You can buy them already packaged or you can grab a tray, some tongs and pick anything you want from the glass display cases. When I say abundance, I mean there are a plethora of pastries from sweet to savory. They also have hot foods as well. The traditional dumpling soup is really good or you can build your own bowl. Either way you can't go wrong. My personal favorite was the matcha loaf which I brought home, sliced it, toasted it and slabbed some crunchy peanut butter on top. I've only been here twice since I was in the area but looks like I'll be a repeat customer for the days to come.

I've been going to Bakery 1908 since they opened and so far the baked goods have been consistently delicious. Bakery 1908 also serves as a great place to study. There are not many outlets but there are many seats and tables. The food takes awhile on a busy weekend and the pastries run out by a certain time. My most recent visit I tried their tom yum soup with dumplings and I will say that the broth was very underwhelming and did not taste great. The dumplings were full and juicy. I would stick with the pastries as a safe option. The drinks here are also made well.

Looks so cute! Service a little slow. Food was really good. I loved all of it. Would love to come back and try more things.

It would be dangerous if I lived in Orlando because I'd be here all the time. Wasn't even planning to stop here but needed something quick after cancelling an order across the street for extended wait times. Happy accident for sure! Love the style of this place -- pick your own items (bakery) and order hot foods and drinks at the counter. Very clean and organized. Fast and easy. I could've picked anything they had! The menu was extensive and looked incredible. I got a ham and cheesy savory soufflé and a strawberry cream sweet one plus a strawberry milk tea. Everything was so good. Definitely come here!

What a pretty airy bakery! Getready to be overwhelmed with too many choices, so many yummy items. As you enter, there are trays and tongs and you wander through and select from the glass cases. There are doors so nice and fresh. After that amazing selection, you head to the register for another beautiful display of refrigerated desserts. They also have a menu of drinks and tasty sounding noodles . We'd come from lunch s o that will have to be for my next trip.

Bakery 1908 on Colonial Drive has quickly become one of my favorite spots to work and meet. I came here to cowork and have a business meeting with a friend, and it was the perfect environment. The space is very spacious, spotless, and filled with beautiful natural light thanks to all the windows! Such a calm, productive atmosphere. I was able to get a solid amount of work done without feeling rushed or crowded. Food-wise, everything was delicious. I grabbed a hot dog bun from the bakery, and also ordered the chive & onion chicken pan-fried dumplings, which were so flavorful and satisfying and let's not forget the BROWN SUGAR LATTE OMGGGGG! Great ambience, clean space, amazing food, and an overall relaxing vibe. I'll absolutely be back!! Yay!! Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to work, meet, or just enjoy good food in a beautiful setting.

Beautiful interior, open and inviting. Busy but organized and polished handling. Came for the dessert. Got a piece of the the Cookies and Cream cake. Presentation alone was timeless. The service was nice. I will. One back to try the savory options.

This place was ok, every flavor is on the lighter side. I got a bag of double chocolate chocolate chip cookies and it wasn't sweet, it was more cake like and tasted like chalk. The curry chicken bun was mostly bun with a hint of chicken filling, mostly just bread. The onion roll, didn't have actual onions in it which was disappointing, it had a flavor of onion but tasted artificial like onion sauce. The dining area was busy so nowhere to sit and have a nice dining out experience. Instead I took it to go. It was ok overall. I wouldn't go out of my way coming here though.

Lemon zest bun, parmesan and chicken bun were my favorite! The coffee with cheese foam was also great

Currently, Bakery 1908 is my FAVORITE Asian Bakery. I need to visit them every time I am in the Orlando area. The parking lot is pretty limited, theres parking but imagine when theres a concert in town, that bakery is BUSY. They're busy even when there isn't a concert even. The employees each time have been nothing but very kind and helpful. They have such a large selection of baked good, bread, pastries, cakes, and drinks. I have one specific item that I MUST always get when I am there. There is something about the hotdog bun with bits of corn, cheese and scallion that has me in a chokehold. I hope that they never get rid of that item. It's a very busy bakery, so imagine trying to find seating when you're there. If you're lucky, you will be able to find a spot. There's an area near the door where there is cutlery, condiments, napkins and takeout boxes for you to just grab. It is very clean, and a great spot to have a snack/meal, catch up with a friend or to study.

    Rose Iron Goddess Oolong tea

A friend and I met up here for coffee, however, we both ended up ordering Oolong teas. LOL. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of sweet and savory pastries and buns that they serve here. The venue is practically self-serve - You self-select all of the pastries and buns that you want and then pay at the counter. Or you can place orders on the kiosk so that you don't have to stand in line. There is a lot of seating options both indoors and outdoors. It was pretty busy and packed when we arrived midday on a Saturday so we ended up seated outdoors. The weather was a little rainy but that made the temperature cool enough to enjoy being outside. I decided to try the Rose Iron Goddess Oolong tea because I liked the name. In hindsight, I should have ordered the Peach Oolong as it smelled absolutely amazing. I don't think that I like the taste or smell of rose in my drinks. I know not to order that the next time. Overall, I think that this is a nice place and that you should probably check it out if you haven't already.

This place is absolutely beautiful. They serve so many fresh bakery items in addition to hot food that you can order. I bought an ube pastry from here that was flaky on the outside and a bit like a cake ball consistency on the inside. I didnt care for it too much, but I do intend to revisit to try something else. They have so many options to choose from. I have my eye on the pistachio or strabwerry croissant.

I've finally come around to trying them! I thought they were only a bakery, I was highly impressed to see a food menu too! They have a good selection of pastries to grab and pay at the counter, or cold pastries and cakes at the counter. The staff were very friendly and helpful with the 10 million questions I had! The store is lovely. It's very clean and well spaced out and organized. They had a nice counter in the back with condiments and containers. The seating area has a nice modern feel with sleek white and wood decor. I got the Iron Rose Oolong tea, salmon Rangoon and the miso soup with ramen noodles on the BYO section. The tea was lovely! Very bold and refreshing! The Salmon Rangoon were delicious! Better than their Krab counterparts! Perfect with the apricot sauce. The soup was very nice! It had a lovely and creamy miso flavor! It was like a simple ramen. Simple and delicious!
