Although pricey for dessert (~$20), it's justified by the portion. However, the shaved iced here is a lot chunkier/hard-- do not expect the soft snow texture (Korean bingsu). We saw the pictures of treats on the window and vowed that we would be back after dinner for our dessert. The inside is spacious and clean and there are even board games to play. There are menus on the wall and you can order from the kiosk and customize exactly what you want. We got the black sugar boba milky shaved ice. I got the 3/4 sugar and extra pudding and taro mochi. This thing was a huge volcano and I ordered the medium. One thing I realized is that I should have gotten full 100% sweet because it lacked sweetness by my own design. Doh!
