I've been meaning to make my way to Boba Queen for way too long... and now that I finally did, let me just say: worth the wait. First off, it's very inexpensive which is wild because the quality and flavor feel like they should come with a much higher price tag. The place is spotless too, which always sets the tone for a good meal. I went for a fruit tea with lychee jelly. Refreshing, light, and tasty. Sure, maybe a tad too much ice, but honestly, on a Florida day, that's not the worst thing in the world. But the real star here? The chicken curry with rice. DELECTABLE, all caps intentional. Most spots just let the curry sauce do the heavy lifting, drowning out any lack of seasoning on the meat. Not here. You can tell they season the meat properly, and when it meets the curry sauce, the flavors don't just mix, they straight up marry in your mouth. Culinary matrimony at its finest. The wait time was super reasonable, and I loved that the soundproof doors blocked out the constant hum of Colonial Drive. It makes the dining experience feel calm and almost hidden away. And honestly, I kind of hope it stays hidden... so I can keep it to myself. If you know, you know.

They have everything I love -- I can't tell you how many times I've waited here while my husband was getting his hair done or how often I've stopped by after having hot pot. Boba Queen is literally a gem; there are so few places in Orlando that serve onigiri, let alone Japanese curry, Taiwanese popcorn chicken, and so many other yummy snack foods. The food is amazing!! I don't know how they do it, but I've loved every dish I've tried here. The milk tea here is so creamy and has a rich tea flavor -- they don't water it down here! They also cook the boba perfectly; it's chewy, sweet (but not overly sweet), and has the perfect texture. I only wish they had more seating! They have a few tables by the wall, but it's definitely more of a grab-and-go spot.

The place is very clean with many drink and quick meal options, and the staff is friendly and greets you upon entering. It's also very spacious inside with lots of seats. I got the taro milk tea with handmade taro balls and pork tonkotsu. I really like their taro milk tea with handmade taro balls. The drink is not too sweet, and I like the taro balls. They are not chewy as boba and are a bit denser, but I really enjoy them. The tonkotsu is crispy. They give about to slabs of fried tonkotsu and a big bowl of rice and some radish along with a sauce to dip it in. The tonkotsu tastes standard and good for the price point. Overall, I think this one of my favorite boba places in Orlando. The prices are good for the proportions, and they have a lot of options.
First time trying this place and im impressed with the food and milk tea. Im very picky with my milk tea because my family owns a milk tea store and food truck. The milk tea are so creamy and rich in flavor. The tapioca pearls are perfectly cooked! Not too soft and not mushy. The tonkatsu is very good! Crunchy and delicious! I wish they gave me more tonkatsu sauce. But overall it's tasty and fulfilling. Takoyaki, YUM!! Served hot and it's very tasty! One order will fill you up! Will definitely come back here with friends and I recommend this place for friends or family to have a small bonding time.
Enjoy coming here to get a quick boba drink. Plenty of drink options on their menu and everything seemed good so far. Recently I did try their grape yogurt drink with aiyu jelly and it was very delicious. They also do have food items on their menu and I did try their chicken curry katsu and it was yummy. Chicken was nicely fried and crispy. And their beef curry wasn't salty at all. Efficient staff and orders are made in a timely manner. Plenty of table and seats to enjoy their drinks and food.
A lovely little cafe in the plaza at the corner of kirkman and colonial. I had seen someone post of a FB group that they make Onigiri. Had to check theirs out. Honestly the best I have had in Orlando. Freshly made with a generous amount of spicy tuna inside. Felt like I was in a New York or Tokyo konbini, except super fresh. Other items on the menu caught my eye, like cuttle fish balls and other Japanese cooked food but for today I came for the onigiri, one of my favorite treats. The interior is quietly zen, especially the music.
I really good gem. I ordered the egg salad sando, katsu pork curry rice and taro milk tea with taro boba! This place did not disappoint! The amount of eggs in the sandwich was perfect. Some places do not put much. The curry was flavorful. The pork wasn't dried, cooked very well. Their homemade boba was the true star of my meal

(Spoilers, they don't do them any more, but with the rest of their menu, they don't need it.) Also, the portion for the curry is huge. Not pictured are the Katsu Sando, Taro Eggette Waffle, and Tomato-spiced fries. All amazing. Everything was ridiculously delicious and got a 10/10 from the whole family.

If I were writing a review for their food, more specifically their curry, I would give this place 5 stars. However, that's not the case here. For a place called "boba queen" I would expect for their boba to be good. Unfortunately, the boba here was extremely over-sweetened, thick, and lacking a consistency that's even refreshing. I was craving boba and we decided to get if from here since we've had their food numerous times and have never been disappointed. The two I tried were highly recommended by their staff but what can I say, I couldn't even finish mine because all I could taste was mango purée. They were not cheap either and their tablet recommends 25% tip which ofc we gave but 25% is a lot specially when it's not a sit down restaurant.
I've come here to try some of their food options, and like that they have different meal and drink combos. My favorite items are the spicy tuna and bulgogi onigiri. Both are very flavorful and I like that the tuna one actually has some heat to it. I've tried the Salmon onigiri but found it a bit bland for my liking. The popcorn chicken is also a great sharing option. Overall, a great place for smaller meal/ snack options and I've always have had a great experience with the service provided! read more

It was ok, I ordered Chicken Katsu Curry and they gave me pork katsu curry, which was still good.... They put mushrooms in my curry though, YUCK! Not a fan of the mushrooms.. Otherwise I enjoyed the meal and place was nice read more

A nice boba shop that's nicely decorated and is clean and chic right next to my go to Asian grocery store! I admittedly am not a fan of boba tea but do enjoy the strong teas places like this typically offered. I ordered the green tea with 0 sugar and it came exactly like that! The strong tea flavor was very refreshing and invigorating. The service was quick and efficient. Prices are a little lower than the competitors too! read more

Do you wanna know where's the best place to get your basic brown sugar milk tea?? THIS PLACE. And I've tried many places sooo you knowww my review is legit. This is my go to place for brown sugar milk tea. Reason why? Because it taste soooo good. It doesn't taste like you're ordering milk. I love how they fill the sugar to the max and I could swear they put caramel in here but omg literally heaven in a cup. For some reason I always crave them on Wednesdays but they're always closed! And their boba??? SOOO WARM AND SOFT AND CHEWY. Ahhh I can't hype this place enough! The only downfall is that their cup is super easy to break. I've actually accidentally broke it a few times as I finish my drink so be careful! read more

Boba queen is hands down the best boba place in Orlando! All the drinks are amazing, the food is always fresh and hot, and the service is stellar. The employees are always so welcoming and smiley, coming in always improves my mood. I live in the East side so it's a bit of a drive for me, but always 110% worth it. I highly recommend the traditional milk tea or the grass jelly drink! For food, you can't go wrong with any of the katsu dishes :) TLDR: COME HERE FOR YOUR BOBA!!!! (*´`*) read more
Hands down the best boba shop for brown sugar boba! Love how chewy and sweet it is. I highly recommend their brown sugar milk tea. It is like nothing else that I've tried. The milk tea has a sweet taste to it, almost like caramel. I also got the chance to try the brown sugar matcha latte, it's not the best but it's definitely up there. The matcha flavor isn't as strong as much as I would like it to be but you can tell it's authentic Japanese matcha and not the cheap kind. Hoping to come back and try more drinks. I was so pleased by this place. My husband took me an and the kids here and I l ate everything we ordered and wanted more. I ordered the Brown Sugar Matcha Latte. Oh my gosh! Don't go less on the sugar, I wanted more BROWN SUGAR. We also ordered the Chicken katsu sando , Sichuan fried tofu, popcorn chicken, Spicy Tuna onigiri and Salmon onigiri. It was ALL sssooooo YUMMMY! Like for real, legit. LOL. The cashier was so friendly and helpful with ordering. The shop was decorated nice and simple, and the restroom was clean. First time trying this boba place, pleasantly surprised! Honey boba had a perfect amount of chew and definitely sweet. The milk tea had a consistent tea flavor and was right amount of sweetness. The chicken came out pretty quickly but was a bit too salty for me. The crisp was there, very much like double fried. Inside was clean and open a handful of other customers. This place can take all of my money. I just found this place a few days ago and I have already been there three times in a row. Boba Queen is a cheap and quality eat in Orlando! I recommend this place to anyone wanting delicious food and drinks at a lower cost! I had the Chicken Sando which was 10/10 super crunchy and the sauce is like a sweet and sour almost! The Sando is very filling too...do not let the size fool you. I also had two rice balls (1 spicy tuna 1 salmon) and a fruit tea 50% sugar extra ice. The spicy tuna riceball is pretty spicy but definitely flavorful. The salmon riceball was lacking some type of sauce or seasoning for me personally but also was very fresh and tasty! I love the fruit tea it's so refreshing and goes so well with all the food options they offer. My friend ordered the Takoyaki and it was "mouth watering & 10/10" in his opinion! The whole vibe of this place is very calm and relaxing and SUPER clean!!!! They also make it easy to order either at the tablet yourself or at the front counter. They have a points system through clover so make sure you download the app and check in to start getting your points towards free drinks and food! The bathrooms were also very clean! A very cute minimalistic place with good drinks and decent food. We've tried a few different drinks but out definite favorite is the brown sugar milk tea. The chicken katsu curry is good. The curry is okay with lots of large mushrooms in it. I'm a big fan of their salmon rice balls. Taste fresh and a good size. The katsu sando is very good too and good size. Overall, I give them an A. This has got to be the best boba place around! Accidentally found this place as this popped up on my Yelp suggestions and so glad we stopped by. I got the regular boba milk tea, tea is delicious not too sweet and the boba is the perfect consistency!!!! The cup is cute too. The whole place is super cute with very friendly staff. I also got the Taiwanese chicken and wow it was so delicious. The husband got the katsu sandwich and he LOVED it!!! If you love boba you must come here if your close by! read more

The queen might've passed the Boba Queen is very much alive. Thoroughly impressed with this place. Place comes off nice and clean. Staff is very polite and nice. I ordered the lychee green tea with lychee jelly and it was tea-riffic. They weren't cheap on the jellies nor the green tea. I can taste the bitterness with every sip. I've been to places where I actually see them add water to the tea because of how strong the brew is. But I liked this just the way it was. It provided me with more energy to do more activities ! I even got a taste of the Thai tea and the 3Q milk tea. Very smooth and delightful. There are many other boba places in the area, but I'd definitely give this place a try. read more

I stopped by after getting my hair cut next door and this place did not disappoint. The customer service was great; I followed their recommendation of trying the grape yogurt drink and it was so good! I love egg sando so when I saw that they had it on their menu, I had to try it! It was one of the best egg sandos I had in Florida. I also liked some of the decor in the shop. I will definitely come back to try more things on the menu! read more
Boba Queen has exceptional Sando's. It really reminds me of the sandwiches that I would get in Japan and Taiwan. They use a fluffy white milk bread that tastes very light for their sandwiches. We tried pork katsu sando and the egg sando. Both were phenomenal! The sandwiches were cut into 3 pieces, perfect for three people to share and try. The pork katsu had a light fried crispy breading. And the egg sando has by far the best egg salad I have ever tried. It is creamy and they put an enormous amount of egg salad inbetween the bread. I can't recommend this place enough. I also ordered a salmon and spicy tuna ball. Both are fully cooked. So if you don't eat raw fish this is a great choice. It's a giant rice ball stuffed with your choice of tuna or salmon then wrapped with seaweed. Its a very simple on the go snack. I recommend ordering the spicy one because it has a nice kick to it. If your looking for traditional style Japanese sando's and rice balls....this place is it! The price is reasonable and the food is delicious. read more

Most versatile boba spot in town! They have a lot of variety wether you want milk tea, fruit tea, real taro tea, or snacks/karaage! My favorite boba place Personal favorites are the kumquat green tea, fresh milk taro, eggette waffles and popcorn chicken. read more
One of my favorite Boba shops to visit when I'm in the area. They are more affordable then other places I've been before with a great selection of teas and food. All of their teas are made fresh and quick. Love their food options like their Japanese curry, Katsu Sando, and their popcorn chicken which was great to share with friends. The plaza has plenty of parking and close to many Asian supermarkets. Will be back to try more food and drinks. read more
