We continued with three items: Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho), Orange Chicken, and Sautéed Cubed Beef "Shaking Beef" (Cơm Bò Lúc Lắc). The Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho) was heaven on a dish. The beef stew was easily the standout--rich, flavorful, and the beef was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. The vermicelli noodles were just as impressive. Just reminiscing about it makes my mouth water. The "Shaking Beef" was served over white rice (highly recommend), and every bite was better than the last. Oddly enough they also had salt on the table, though I challenge anyone to actually add salt and be able to eat the soup.
