The first time they opened , we gave them 5 stars. Nowadays they're going to get 1 star, the dessert green bean has spoiled . The bún bò one time bought was spoiled. The food lately causes diarrhea

Refreshing Vietnamese drinks + fun desserts in the plaza! I stopped by Hello Mia and More on West Colonial, located inside the Vietnam Plaza (aka what some people call the "Chinatown plaza"). It's such a convenient spot if you're craving Vietnamese drinks, snacks, and desserts all in one place. One of my favorite parts is that they have fresh sugarcane juice and pennywort drink--both are so refreshing, especially during the summer. If you grew up loving these drinks, you'll definitely appreciate having them available locally. They also sell rice paper salad with beef jerky, which is a classic Vietnamese street snack. It was honestly really delicious and hit the spot--savory, tangy, and super snackable. For dessert, they have special Jell-O and Vietnamese sweet desserts. I'll be honest...my mom makes them better (so it's hard to compare ), but it was still fun to see a variety of options and get a little taste of home. What I didn't realize is that they also have a full food menu with a lot of well-known Vietnamese specialty dishes. I definitely need to come back when I have more time to sit down and actually try their meals. On a side note, it has beautiful decor, and the staff are very friendly. Overall, it's a great local stop for refreshing drinks, Vietnamese snacks, and desserts, especially if you're already in the area! Definitely will come back to try to pull menu and update the review later on..

Hello Mia.. YUM I got a Vietnamese coffee with egg foam and it didn't disappoint. STRONG coffee, and yummy sweet foam. Trust if you like Vietnamese coffee it will not disappoint. If you haven't had it before just make sure you're in for some strong coffee. Service was great. My cashier helped me pick my drink and helped me enter a raffle to win some cool prizes. Ambiance is great. Pink and flowers everywhere. Cutie decor great for a date or even just to come study

Stopped by Hello Mia and More during their soft opening. I had a decent experience at Hello Mia and More. There was a limited menu since it's still their soft opening, but still had quite a bit of options. The pennywort drink was refreshing and vibrant. It was a bit sweet at first, but once the ice melted, it mellowed down to my liking. I tried the bun bo hue, which was a good value. The broth leaned slightly sweet for my taste, but it was still decent. It does come in a plastic bowl since I guess this is more of a fast casual/to-go joint. The real surprise was the bun hen, a dish I hadn't tried before, I've only had com hen (the rice version). It was unique, flavorful, and definitely worth exploring if you're in the mood for something different. Overall, Hello Mia and More delivered unique dishes that is worth trying. The value is fairly good in my opinion.

Came today for their grand opening! I thought it was gonna be a long line but it wasn't busy and they are giving out free jasmine tea with boba today and doing a raffle prize but when I went inside at 10am when they opened the boba wasn't ready so had to wait 30 mins for that but when I got my boba it was good and the decor inside as cute!

The to go packing for every food item is a great concept. Allowing you to stay and eat or take it to go. Friendly young staff and great location. I do question the seating and decor here but it's not too bad. Food is authentic, although the portion is a tad small for the price.

HELLO MIA and MORE: Secret Taste of Vietnam is HERE! Stop everything you're doing--if you're looking for real, vibrant, authentic Vietnamese food, you need to visit HELLO MIA and MORE Viet Street Food. This place isn't just serving meals; they are serving comfort and culture in every bowl. The Vibe: The atmosphere here is wonderfully cozy and immediately welcoming. It has that genuine, local street food feel--fast, friendly, and focused entirely on the quality of the food. The staff is warm and clearly passionate about what they serve, making the whole experience delightful. The Star of the Show: I went straight for their Classic Beef noodle soup Bún bò Huế. The broth was the deepest, most aromatic I've ever tasted in the area--slow-cooked perfection with all the complex spice notes you expect. It was piping hot, loaded with fresh herbs, tender beef, and perfectly cooked noodles. Absolute soul food! Pro-Tip (DO NOT MISS THIS): Make sure you grab a Vietnamese Iced Coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá). It is rich, strong, and perfectly sweetened with condensed milk. It's the ultimate pick-me-up and the ideal companion to their spicy dishes! Final Verdict: HELLO MIA and MORE is a total winner. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, the flavors are bright, and the portion sizes are generous. Whether you're a Bún bò Huế purist or looking fresh press sugarcane, this spot deserves all the hype. Go taste the love!

we came here during our trip to orlando. it is a medium sized shop specializing in Vietnamese drinks. we ordered the vintage sugarcane juice - which is their og. honestly very good, and they juice it right in front of you. the reason why i gave it 4 stars, is because compared to like a fruit farm - this one is not as good. but if you're near the area - i definitely recommend coming out to try it! ambiance - typical boba shop (fairly clean) service - good & fast

Second time at Mia and More and we are loving the drinks. Appreciate that they have gluten, dairy, and nut free options for our kids. They devour the herbal dessert every time. Definitely our go to spot when we are in the area. Excited to come back and try more dishes.

10/10 would recommend. Amazing food, service, ambiance, and drinks. Tried a lot of drinks, all were delicious. Would definitely come back.

Came back for the bucket cause the sugarcane juice was soo good. Friendly staff and clean environment. They also have Vietnamese food as well.

We started with the crispy chicken dumplings--crispy on the outside with a juicy, tender chicken filling. Perfect way to kick things off. We continued with three items: Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho), Orange Chicken, and Sautéed Cubed Beef "Shaking Beef" (Cơm Bò Lúc Lắc). The Beef Stew (Bún Bò Kho) was heaven on a dish. The beef stew was easily the standout--rich, flavorful, and the beef was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. The vermicelli noodles were just as impressive. Just reminiscing about it makes my mouth water. The "Shaking Beef" was served over white rice (highly recommend), and every bite was better than the last. The garlic butter sauce really takes it over the top. Don't be fooled by the Orange Chicken--Boneless chicken, fried perfectly and coated in their authentic sweet orange sauce. The best Orange Chicken in town, hands down. No chance of leftovers here--you won't want to put your fork down.

From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and incredible aromas set the stage for a fantastic dining experience. I ordered a traditional beef pho with added oxtails, and it exceeded all expectations. The broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and clearly simmered with care for hours. Every spoonful delivered a perfect balance of savory spices and comforting warmth. The beef was tender ano plentiful, while the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeños allowed me to customize each bite exactly to my taste. I also added tendon which was so delicious and melted in your mouth! The portion size was generous, making it an excellent value, and everything tasted exceptionally fresh. I also tried a Vietnamese iced coffee, which provided the perfect sweet and bold complement to the meal. What truly stood out was the combination of authentic flavors, attentive service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you're a longtime pho enthusiast or trying Vietnamese cuisine for the first time, this restaurant is well worth a visit. If you're in the Orlando area and looking for a comforting, flavorful meal, I highly recommend stopping by-you won't leave hungry, and you'll likely be planning your next visit before you even finish your bowl.

The chicken pho had generous pieces of chicken with a clean aromatic broth, while the bun bo Hue had a rich, savory broth with just the right amount of spice. I also noticed on the menu that they have a second location just down the street, so we'll probably try the larger location next time. Just a heads-up if you're expecting a full Vietnamese menu the focus here is definitely the soups. On the hunt to try out cuisines I don't venture in often, this local gem popped right on up. Upon entry, it was very date-night coded. With various Vietnamese and cultural decor moments and the mood lighting, it was a nice little oasis / getaway from the usual. They had a nice playlist going and there was more than enough seating. Service was phenomenal. Now, at the time of my visit, it wasn't a busy night. It was only a handful of people there. So, our waitress was able to be super attentive and was so kind to our table. Our orders came out fresh, hot and quickly! I ordered one of their pho options, and it was super flavorful. It was also quite a bit of food, so, I did have leftovers to take home and finish the following day. It held up well and it was just as good the next day as it was the night I got it. Pricing is AWESOME! They are a Michelin Bib Gourmant restaurant - which means, it is "a prestigious award recognizing restaurant that serves exceptional, high-quality food at great value." The quality of the food alongside the pricing, just makes it worthwhile. They definitely deserve the hype and rave!! I think any time you go to a restaurant that serves a type of ethnic cuisine, they focuses on the main or big dishes. For example, Vietnamese restaurants will always feature pho somehow and Cuban restaurants will always feature the Cuban sandwich in some capacity. However, street food or dishes that are small and meant for grab and go and sharing and to be affordable is not often featured at big sit down restaurants. The other thing is when street food is featured on a fancy sit down menu, the small plates and street food always cost more than it should in my opinion. Z Asian really surprised me in that I didn't think the prices were to unfair and it still felt elevated. They are a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. We went here for a date night after watching Obsession. By the way, the movie is one of the best horror movies of this year in my opinion and I think a lot of people's opinion. We parked in the back lot as they don't really have a whole lot of street parking. That was confusing entering the restaurant since we entered from the back and it wasn't clear if the restaurant was open or if we walked in through the wrong door. We got seated fast and the waitress was really nice and engaging. We ordered banh khot, which is basically a mini banh xeo. Banh khot is an eggy crepe mixture that is panfried into a circle and a small amount of seafood is placed into the middle of it. It's small and finger food sized and served with pickled veggies and fresh lettuce and fish sauce to drizzle or dip. My rating is a 9.5/10. It was crispy and full of flavor. We also tried the mango tofu salad. It's similar to a ceviche. This was a 9/10. It has a little heat to it but very good and not too wet. We then ordered grilled mussels with is what it sounds like. It's mussels halves grilled with fish sauce and crushed peanuts sprinkled on top. I rate this a 8/10. I never see this in restaurants. On a good day, I can crush like 20 of these and call it girl dinner. We got the grilled corn as well. This is corn kernels grilled in butter and garlic topped with Sriracha. I rate this a 6.5/10. I think it's a good street dished but it underwhelmed me because it's just the corn and there wasn't a vehicle to deliver it to my mouth. The last item we tried was the grilled chicken rice noodles. This was a flavorful dish of veggies and chicken and rice noodles that are cooked in a pan. The rating is a 8.5/10. My overall rating is 9/10. They bill was on the higher end but I felt like it was worth the food we were eating the service and ambiance.
