    Pork Chop Rice

The food really reminds me of Taiwanese food. Everything tastes pretty close, if not the same, as what you would find in Taiwan. The only thing I have a preference for is the marinated soy egg. They make it sweeter than what I'm used to since I prefer it more in the saltier side, but the flavor was really soaked in (which is a plus). The pork chop and popcorn chicken were fried nice and crisp, and (in my opinion) adding some extra spice made it taste even better, but it's good without it too! The food came out pretty quickly and the staff is really nice too. I love the interior of the place because the chalkboard has a lot of drawings that Taiwan is known for, so it's really fun to look at

Good food. Great ambiance and service. A reasonably priced menu. A nice place to study, or bring you friends to play board games and hangout. My only suggestion would be to maybe serve the popcorn chicken with a sweet sauce like ketchup or spicy mayo since it's a bit salty by itself. Otherwise everything was great.

It is good shave ice place. The shave ice is like snow. This traditional Taiwanese shave ice method. We got the the mango shave ice. The day we visited, they don't have the matcha and strawberry. The mango shave ice comes with mango jelly and condensed milk. I like the shave ice. It is big. We also got some tea drink and strawberry slush. My nephews and niece like it. The pop corn chicken is to little for the price. The coating can improve on the heavier five spice flavor. It is average in this area which have a lot of Taiwanese food. My wife like the Taiwanese sweet tofu. We cannot find this thing in Tampa. We like it have variety of jelly that includes grass jelly, silk tofu, egg pudding, crush ice with brown sugar, taro ball, sweet potatoes ball and more. This is authentic Taiwanese dessert. I glad they have it. I feel the place is pricey with the food is given. This is the main reason they did not get 5 stars due to value vs taste and quantity. Other than that, I still recommend for their dessert.

Go for the boba... stay for the authentic Taiwanese food! I'm half Taiwanese and the food here is crazy authentic! The boba is great but I stress getting the food!!!

Taiwanese Popcorn chicken! The food is great and so are the people. They were so kind and quick and I love the wall of Taiwan! Come check this place out if you haven't already.

I went to sno tea with a group of friends and we all got the shaved ice to share. The portion size is really big and enough to share for a group of 4. The one thing I didn't really like was the beans but that's just personal preference. The staff was super nice and accommodating even though we came close to close. They also have a community post it wall where people can draw pictures and post it on the wall. I think this place is a really good place to study and hangout with friends. It's also close to Ucf so if you want to study off campus you can walk there!

$8.51 for this shaved ice with boba, not coming back. Haven't come to this place for a while and I happened to be in the area, but this dessert amount is depressing with such a high price.

We came here mainly for the snow dessert but for some strange reason they did not have it available on a weekend. So we ordered drinks instead. This review is just based on the drinks, my first time trying authentic Taiwanese tea and it sure is strong. Meaning you would not be able to sleep if you drink it past 4 PM. For me these type of teas work better than coffee. Otherwise everything was flavorful fresh and a large cup is truly a large. The fruit tea has bits of mixed fruit in it. Also the grapefruit green tea has real chunks of grapefruit. Lychee tea it starts with flavor well you could take sips throughout the day and still be satisfied. That was my go to trip back to Tampa.

So I went looking for a Bro Tee And to get some lunch, maybe a Roti But much to my surprise And I tell you no lies I found some bomb Milk Tea at Sno Tea! When Golfing, I have quite a Slow Tee And when rapping 'bout Boba, I Flow Tea But when in Orlando There's one place that I know With good Milk Tea, and that Tea, is Sno Tea! In most of the world, no means no. But in Orlando, Sno means Sno Tea. They actually had a surprisingly good milk tea, which I wasn't expecting, because with all due respect, Orlando boba standards are comparatively awful, considering that similar size cities usually have several stellar options at least to some degree. But the milk tea here was pretty good, somewhere between 4 and 5 stars. But when you consider lovely decor, an imaginative shop, out near the colleges, colourful inside and out, locally popular, very friendly service, and locally owned instead of a chain... I definitely have to give it a 5 and say it was one of the 5 best boba drinks I had in the ORL area. Not saying much, but still well worth a visit if you're in this part of town, or in ORL looking for Bobitos. There's Sno way I won't be back here at some point.

    Shaved Snow Taro
    Thien P.

I was craving shaved snow desserts so I went here. Ordered the Shaved Snow Taro, Taiwanese Sweet Tofu, and the Jasmine Green Tea 50% sweet. The Shaved Snow Taro was very disappointing for the price of $7.99. Was expecting a tower of snow, which all the other Snow places (like Quickly and SnowBeans) had, but got a very small amount of shaved ice and lots of sugar. It was dessert it, but this was sweet upon sweets; lots of condensed milk along with mini marshmellow flavors and Sugar. It spelled Diabetes for me. Took one scoop and regretted myself. The Tawanese Tofu was less sweet, but it was too sweet in my opinion. The potatos and bobas were not fresh; gooey and hard. Jasmine Green Tea was my only rescue for the night. Maybe Both times I went here were at night, so the foods ran out and I had the leftovers? Would I recommend this place for desserts? Absolutely a No, but as for tea, Yes. Have yet tried any of the foods. The people were nice btw

My favorite milk tea shop in the area. Employees are always nice and happy to be there. Interior is modern and cute without being overwhelmingly pink or about kpop like the majority of milk tea shops in the area. I drive an extra 15 minutes past my closest milk tea shop just for their popcorn chicken, it's my favorite in all of Orlando. Each of the milk teas I have tried have also been very tasty

I had a chance to pop into this shop a couple times over the past few weeks and I'm going to say I'm pretty happy with it. I'm not a huge fan of boba tea but I do like to have one on occasion. And since I'm a fan of taro I decided to go with guess what...a taro milk tea! I like that I could customize it right down to how much ice, sugar and boba. I added lychee jelly. Something about lychee just makes me happy. I also tried the snow - which comes in a huge bowl. Thankfully, there were 2 other people to share it with. Again with the taro! After being completely taro-ed out, I was satisfied. The service is good if you want was polite and the orders came out quickly so I have no complaints in. They do have a few goodies that I'd like to go back to try the sweet bread and other pastries. I'll definitely be back...so you should check it out.

The boba tea is very thin, too watery. I also don't like that they give you it in a regular drink cup with a lid. Everything else was fine.

And what caught my eye when doomscrolling through instagram and skimming through my apps for recommended food places were their sandwiches and pastries. They are as beautiful in person as they are in the pictures. One thing I can't infer from a picture very well is the size. And let me tell you, that sandwich was pretty massive. It's larger than some of the burgers I've been trying out lately in the area, so you get every bang out of your buck. I got the Beef Bugolgi Shokupan Sandwich, which was bursting with a generous serving of beef and a really large, soft, fluffy scrambled egg, all packed between 2 super thick and pillowy buttery toasted bread. I also got the Pork Belly Bao, which I honestly like better than the sandwich. The bao buns are super fluffy, and the pork belly slices are perfectly thick sliced and flavorful. It's a great menu item to get if you want to share with another person since it comes with 2 servings per order. For dessert, I struggled a bit to pick and choose, haha. Of course I couldn't just pick one, but I am a little proud of myself for only selecting 2 instead of a whole entire box. From the pastry case, I picked the custard donut, which was soft, chewy, and stuffed to bursting with a pudding-like filling. And from the cake case, I got the Raspberry mousse. I couldn't resist that glass-like ruby red skin. But unfortunately, it was too tart for my taste. There's a lot on the menu that I can't try in just one visit, so I'm definitely bound to come back again.

I was in the area visiting family and wanted to grab some coffee before the road trip home to South Florida. A local business is better than a Starbucks. Bonus is it's my favorite bakery in Orlando so I'm here for it. This Light on the Sugar is located next to the Regal Cinemas in Waterford Lakes. Squished between Charley's Philly Cheesesteaks and Zen Dumplings. What I dislike about this location is the wooden gazebo they built directly in front of these stores. It totally hides the name of the stores and it's not appealing. This made it hard to find too. They should honestly get rid of the gazebos, these poor stores may be losing potential business because people can't locate it. This bakery is the smallest one compared to the original two locations I've been to. It's ok because they still sell most of the same items, just less of a selection due to limited space. They offer the popular cream puffs, pastries, tarts, merch and drinks. On this particular day, I only got the Pistachio Latte and an Americano. My husband likes a good simple coffee with no bells and whistles. The other stuff is too much for him. Ha. I really debated getting pastries for the road but I was just at the Winter Park location yesterday and got an assortment so I was good on pastries. My Pistachio Latte was good, but it was a tad on the sweet sweeter side. I had my husband mix some of his Americano with my latte so it balanced out a little bit more for both of us. All in all, nice new and intimate location with a few tables indoors and outdoors. I still prefer the other beautiful and more aesthetic locations. Good thing this bakery wasn't here when I lived here, I would be broke! Lol.
