The pho here is delicious and the broth is clean and clear. They offer water bottles here as water. - They recently were re opened after months of remodeling / renovation. The inside is more modernized remodeled and they closed a few walls. The water bottles they give you is warm so request cup of ice if needed. I always get the oxtail pho here - It's not off the bone tender but the pcs you get is quite large, I received a large oxtail with 2 small ones. I also request "fresh noodles with steamed bean sprouts". And I order a small bowl which is still alot to eat from. The price point here is still cheap and the quality is still there. This place only serves PHO and desserts / juices. No summer rolls etc just PHO. It is what they are known for. Every bowl that came to our table had generous portions, and rich, flavorful broth We ordered the Pho tai ,, chicken pho, and bun bo Hue, and honestly, every single one was a standout. I found myself going back and forth between my daughter's leftover chicken pho and my bun bo Hue because I couldn't decide which I liked more! The chicken pho had generous pieces of chicken with a clean aromatic broth, while the bun bo Hue had a rich, savory broth with just the right amount of spice. One thing that really stood out was the beef. It seems like they tenderize it before serving because every bite was soft and fresh. There's also a good variety of bowl sizes.8 ranging from baby to king bowl. The medium wall was huge for me. I couldn't finish it. Service was very fast and friendly, and everyone receives a complimentary bottle of water, which was a nice touch. The only downside is that the indoor dining room is very small with tables close together. It felt a bit cramped for me, so we chose to sit outside, which was much more comfortable. I also noticed on the menu that they have a second location just down the street, so we'll probably try the larger location next time. Just a heads-up if you're expecting a full Vietnamese menu the focus here is definitely the soups. I didn't notice many appetizers, rice dishes, or other specialties, but when the pho and bun bo Hue are this good, it's easy to see why people come here. I also had the ban cuonh, they have a few different types, I didn't realize the difference was they added different meat topping on top. I got the steak I guess. I've been dreaming about this restaurant since I came here a year ago and finally had the opportunity to stop by and get the Bun Bo Hue. It was amazing, everything I've ever wanted. The broth is extremely flavorful and the meat was so tender and delicious. The pho was great last time but this bun bo hue was life changing. Adding in some of the garlic chili sauce (careful it's pretty dang spicy!) also kicked it up a notch and was delicious. We were seated and got our food extremely quick. We sat at the benches and table that is lower to the ground in summer 95+ degree heat. Luckily they have those home fans on but no portable A/C. We were sweating like we all just ran a marathon. I got a Large Pho Bo Vien (meatball pho) ($16). Holy cow the broth was so bad. It was pretty salty, the meatballs were packed in salt or something and the Banh pho (rice noodles) were breaking apart. Also, they don't have Huy Fong Sriracha and have those off-brand sriracha that has no flavor and just basically food coloring. Everyone in our party expressed the same disappointment LOL. Once we paid for our table, the lady came out and told us they made a mistake on our bill and that I only paid a portion of it. She never even showed us the bill and demanded an extra $30 something dollars. I just handed her $40 cash and call it a day. Overall: I've ate Pho basically ever since I was in kindergarten. This place might be the worst or one of the worse Pho restaurants I've ever eaten. I'm very surprised by the high reviews. Came and tried this place for the first time a few hours ago and I'm already missing this broth with the noodles :( Our party of three came on Saturday around 1:30 and waited just a few minutes before getting seated outside (honestly not bad because there were some big parties ahead of us who looked like they'd waited a while). Incredibly authentic Vietnamese food in Orlando. The server was quick and she was very polite. We called ahead to reserve a table for dinner and they were very accommodating. We arrived and they brought bottled water and answered our questions about the menu. They were out of Chicken Pho for the night which was a bummer so we all tried beef. The spicy chili and jalapeños on the table are incredible! So spicy and full of flavor. The medium soup is more than enough for one person. We ordered one medium and one large of the P1 and should have ordered two mediums. The Beef short rib falls right off the bone. The interior is a bit dated and everything feels sort of old and a little grungy. Nothing looks cohesive and it gets very loud. I wouldn't recommend it for a date night since a lot of families with young children come and they play in the dining room. I especially love the way they serve their beef. Unlike a lot of other places, the beef is placed multilayered in the middle of the broth.
