I am so glad I found this little hidden gem. Don't be fooled by the location at all. My friend and I were craving some Vietnamese and Thai food so we decided to Come here and give it a try. And we are so glad that we did. We started off with the appetizer that brought crab Rangoon, spring rolls, and dumplings. So good and even better with all the sauces to pair them with. Then we had the C10 platter which is this steak platter with vegetables and rice and we also had the Pad Thai. The dishes were so flavorful and the portions are very generous. I honestly will need to come back because they have so many options, including hot pot. Service was so friendly, you literally feel right at home. I don't know if they have a new management or the owner is too busy to take care of his restaurant nowadays.But the restaurant is go downhill faster than a roller coaster.Last Thursday,I came here with 2 friends for lunch.This used to be my best spot for Vietnamese food.But....no more and I don't plan to come back to give them any more chance. 1st,the waiter is no more friendly and warm welcome customers.3 of us ordered lunch special which I never ever try.Usually we come here for dinner.And that were where the problems came out. 2nd,I order Sweet tea and the tea come out with a big chunk of "I DON'T THINK IT IS SAFETY TO DRINK" floating in my tea(look like fat residue or mold residue inside the stuck sewage pipe or fountain/AC pipe) which I told the waiter and he DIDN'T DO ANYTHING OR DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING. 3rd,The summer roll came out smaller than it used to be.The peanut sauce is saltier and less sweet. 4th,the sweet and sour homemade fish sauce has a weird taste(lack of sweet and sour). 5th,the fried eggs is too well done.The grilled pork is lack of aroma and grilled/lemongrass fragrance. Conclusion,The restaurant change a little bit outside.Look the same inside but the taste and the warm enjoyment atmosphere doesn't there anymore. I tried their 1-Protein Pho Bowl with chicken, and the broth was flavorful, comforting, and arrived still hot. The chicken was tender and the portion size was generous definitely one of the better pho bowls I've had delivered. I also ordered two orders of Steamed Dumplings (5 pcs each) since they had a buy-one-get-one-free deal. The dumplings were soft, well-seasoned, and super satisfying. A great value for the price. The only downside is that they forgot my Diet Coke, which was a little disappointing, but the food itself definitely made up for it. Coming from a predominantly Asian community, we just stepped off a week long cruise and was craving Asian food. This place really hit the spot if you need that hangover/jet lag cure. Service here was alright but that is as expected. It was quite entertaining to us actually, there was an older male working that brought over our food. We asked for extra plate of onions, he said "huh we no have!" We thought he was mad at our table but as more customers came in he was just the same with the other people. WOW! Super blown away by how authentic and delicious this place is. They had all my favorite Vietnamese dishes and much more. Their bo tai chanh was cooked perfectly - raw, as it should be! They were able to accommodate my "no white onions" request while still making the dish taste soooo yummy! The wonton soup was amazing - fantastic broth and sizable wonton dumplings. Food was good. Went with some friends and took 2 starts off for the service. There was a young man that served us and he was very rude. He didn't come back to check on us, didn't refill waters, got the bills incorrect and got upset when we asked to correct it. It was 10 of us, 4 kids and 6 adults. Bill is in Vietnamese, so make sure that you bring a friend that speaks it and knows how to read it as well so that you know what you are paying for. We got 3 durian smoothies, they brought 4, and they were watered down, didn't taste like much because they just threw them in the blender since it was so much. We got the summer rolls, which had pork and shrimp which I didn't know, spring rolls, Vietnamese wings, veggie lo mein, dumplings and the smoothie. Bill was $75 and included the tip. I would go back, but I would make sure I got someone else to serve us. The place looked authentic and the other staff was very nice when we asked for something. This is mine and my families favorite Viet restaurant in the Orlando area. The guys in the family always get the fried chicken and rice with egg dish and rave about it. K2 comes with such a large portion of food and I love the amount of veggies in this dish to help me keep my girlish figure amongst the pan fried rice you also can't skip the summer rolls, they are so refreshing and always taste like they are freshly rolled. We also love the service in here and the staff does a great job at remembering us even though we aren't in but maybe once every other month since the restaurant is out of the way from where we live. We brought our child in last time and he loves the fish tank. They were so kind when he was not cooperating and was making a mess (which we were embarrassed by) but they wouldn't let me clean it up and brought a broom over right away to clean the area for us, which is so kind. read more

So I've been on this noodle craze lately and yesterday just happened to be the day I was craving pho. I live in east Orlando so the thought of driving all the way to Mills to get some pho just wasn't cutting it for me. I have driven by Saigon Noodle and Bistro at least a million times but never thought to stop in. It's located in an unassuming plaza over on Goldenrod near Lake Underhill. The outside.. actually the entire plaza could use an updated curb appeal to lure more customers in. But I was pleasantly surprised at how cozy it felt when we came inside. We were greeted right away by the waiter and said that we could sit anywhere we wanted. I ordered the build your own pho bowl with 2 proteins which were the beef shank and fatty brisket which came with a side of bean sprouts, mint leaves and jalapeño to add into your soup. The broth was very tasty and the meat was so tender. Everytime I have pho I like to add hoisin sauce and sriracha to my broth for that extra kick. Although it didn't need it. My bowl was quite large and satisfying. Definitely hit the spot on a cold chilly day. Hubby ordered the C10 platter which came with cubed beef, veggies and rice. His dish was tasty as well. And of course we also ordered the fresh summer rolls for our appetizer. Our time here was wonderful! Service was excellent and the food was delicious! I ordered the Saigon Rolls w/ pork and the pho with beef and meatballs. the pork in the saigon rolls was very crunchy and not very flavorful, unfortunately, however the pho was delicious. it was also very convenient that the pho noodles and meat came in a to-go bowl as i ate the pho at work and didn't have a bowl at the office. the food was ready very quickly. I originally ordered the food to be ready at 11:40am and it was ready at 11:25. unfortunately that meant it sat around for about 15 minutes while iI drove over to pick it up, but that's not a big deal. overall, the place was a good lunch spot. read more

Without hyperbole, this little strip mall restaurant proved to be the most authentic Pho we've had since our travels. In addition to be a clean, pleasing atmosphere, our waiter was topnotch. While it may be a distance away, we cannot dismiss this place as a less desirable choice to head towards if you are craving Vietnamese food. The service is friendly and I felt both welcome in this establishment and appreciated. The staff were very helpful and definitely made my experience here. While I was in there, it was a bit cluttered with boxes on unoccupied tables, but again, the service was friendly and prompt and the food was definitely good. We went here years ago during our Orlando vacation and remembered the pho tasted amazing. It was the best broth I ever tasted including any restaurant or relatives that cooked pho before. I don't eat pho often, but when I do I know what taste outstanding. It was a no brainer for us to come back here to enjoy the pho again. We traveled here from the airport on our first night in Orlando. We ordered the pho tai again and this time it didn't taste the same. Don't know if they change ownership or not but we remembered a husband and wife who we had a conversation about the food years ago. We didn't see them this time as they maybe retired or sold the place. The pho was good, but not being what we remember the last time. It was definitely edible but not delicious as the last time. I tried this little spot because I had heard their pineapple fried rice was delicious. Arrived just as they opened and was not greeted very warmly. Funny, because I also read reviews about how nice these owners are. My first impression is that that this restaurant needs a good scrubbing. Floors were filthy. (They had just opened) Ordered stir fried noodle combo, Thai rice (pineapple fried rice), and Pad Thai Chicken. I ordered to go so I could share with the family. Unfortunately, EVERYTHING tasted the same. Bland, with no flavors whatsoever. We couldn't tell one item from the other. I've been really looking for some top notch Thai food, here in Orlando. I have been around the Pho scene pretty consistently these past four weeks...chicken pho, pretty basic. This place is just around the corner and it blew me away. Let me start by saying it was jammed at 1:30 on a Sunday. Brightly lit with ample dining space for large parties and small. I eyeballed everyone else's plates as I was being led to our table. Everything looked so good!!! We opted for spring rolls and fried dumplings. Love love loved the spring rolls with chicken! Next time it will be just the two orders of chicken spring rolls. Come for the Vietnamese. Don't come for the pho. We loved the chicken wings. It was deep fried then stir fried and topped with the fish tomato sauce. It was crunchy and very tasty. The brisket in the pho was a bit tough, which was a bummer , because usually the brisket would be soft and easy to chew, but it was tough instead. The food came out piping hot which was great and the broth was ok, but it didn't have the depth of flavor I would have loved to taste. My friend ordered the ox tail pho, and I thought that the meat was pretty good and flavorful, I just wish that was the same case for me. The meatball were also not as flavorful as I liked. I think the main entrees here at this restaurant are the hot pots, but we didn't really think to order it because we really wanted pho instead! There were a few other diners there, all Asian, V-pop, piped in and I think it was a relief when we ordered in Vietnamese. Our Vietnamese coworker deemed it pretty good, but of course, nothing is better than mom's. I had the Bo Kho, and thought it was beefy, silky, and fragrant with anise and spices, a little sweet carrot. The shrimp paste on sugarcane was a little chewy and not quite the best I've ever had. My friend brought me along here to try it out. She has loved this place for a while, and I followed her in getting the chicken pho. Please come to this place. It was AMAZING! He came in with a full plate of greens to add in and this steaming hot bowl of tons of noodles and chicken. We also got fried dumplings to start which were fantastic, and a smoothie boba. I got mango and she got honeydew. SO GOOD. One of the best drinks literally ever. So refreshing and sweet but not too sweet. I'm pretty sure the owner helped us, and he was very helpful and nice and was speedy with it all. It's very "hole in the wall" vibes with a very authentic and homey feel.
