Volcano Hot Pot & BBQ is one of my favorite local AYCE. I've been going there since they opened. It's a clean and modern aesthetic with typical hot pot and grill at the tables The staff and servers are always attentive and nice. The front staff remembers us every time we go. I am obsessed with the herbal and spicy hot pot, so I usually have them make it 50/50 mix. The vegetables are fresh and there's a wide selection of meats and seafood. I also like to make my dipping sauce with the garlic sauce blend. My favorite is the Galbi which is seasoned well. Both savory and sweet. Another obsession is the asago dessert which is a tapioca pearls, black beans, fruits and jelly in a sweet coconut milk. I really enjoy going here since it's a good alternative to other AYCE in the surrounding vicinity because of the better quality. I want to see this place get more traffic because it's hidden in the old JoAnn's shopping center next to Aldi. There's plenty of parking in the commercial lot. read more

I've been so many times but all I have is a picture of not meat! lol. This is one of Volcano's newer locations on the east side of town. They do both hot pot and kbbq. You can pick one or add the other for only $5 more. They have a good selection of meats, veggies, and others. The app selection isn't my favorite compared to other restaurants but still varied. And the sauce bar is always stocked. If you're hungry, this is the place to go! read more

This was our first time visiting this location, and out of the four we've eaten at - this may be our favorite location! Fresh food, clean, smoke-free tables, and such on-point service, made our afternoon visit here incredible. The location is easy to get to and there is ample parking. The staff is friendly. Great location on Colonial! This Volcano Hot Pot is less than 10 minutes from home: way better drive than the International Drive and Kissimmee locations. I went here with my family on a rainy day and it hit the spot! I always get the tonkotsu base for my soup; I love that they leave the bone in there for flavor. The host seats you and takes your drink order and you're free to grab your items. You can do hot pot only, bbq only, or both. It's only a $5 difference to do both hot pot & bbq so you might as well do that. You won't regret it! I love being able to grab my own ingredients and customize my soup. They have a nice selection of meat and seafood. The sauce bar is where it's at. You can make your own sauce and flavor it up! I also was obsessed with the coconut milk with jelly & sago (tiny tapioca) at the dessert bar. I think I ate half the container. The lychees next to it complemented it very well. They have boba drinks also! I love coming here with my family and we are always coming back here. They have plenty of staff and they are very attentive. Love this place. I come here at least once every time I'm in the Orlando area. Have brought multiple friends to try it each time I've been in the area. Service is always top notch. From the greeter at the counter to the rest of the staff that come by on a regular basis to check up on the table. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The meats selection and seafood selection are plentiful. The sauce bar is extensive. Love that it's both Korean BBQ and Hotpot. You don't HAVE to do both unless if 1 person in your party wants to do both. Then everyone has to do it. But for a $5 difference in doing one or both, why not just spend that $5? They also have these little ice cream cups at the end for dessert. Strawberry, chocolate or vanilla. Or if you're a sucker for ice cream, get all 3 and make your perfect Neapolitan bite. Five stars for consistent good food, fresh food, and service that's always good. The inside I love all the colors. It's a perfect place to take your special someone for a date night or family that's never experienced hot pot or Korean bbq. It's a little loud but that's to be expected. Probably the best hot pot place I've ever been to. The pork bone broth was delicious and so was everything else. Loved the abundance of selections, especially all the seafood options like oysters and mussels. Also loved that their ice cream wasn't that cheap typical buffet stuff but actual ice cream. I love all of their other locations but this one was such a miss for me. Maybe I just went on a bad day? Everything was extremely salty. From the sauces to the broth, I couldn't enjoy any of it. I ended up still paying and leaving hungry because I barely had any but I felt too bad to make it an issue. My server was amazing, she was super sweet. I will say I loved how this location had sago. Let me just tell you that this was best hot pot and Korean bbq I have been to. All the food options, ranging from the meats to the vegetables, were of the highest quality and freshness. All the flavors were spot on. I cannot wait to go back. It's a 40 minute trip for me, but damn well worth it. read more

My family and I all had a stomach ache the next morning!! After a long day at the theme park we found this restaurant. They close at 11pm and we were seated at around 10pm. We ordered the all you can eat hot pot. The broth was literally like water! There was no taste to the broth! I brought it up to the server and they said that's how the customers like it. I have eaten hot pot at many restaurants and make hot pot at home... I know what the broth should taste like.. We were highly disappointed with the food not to mention having a stomach ache the next morning! read more

When in Orlando this is a must visit all you can eat hot pot and bbq. They have all the meats, seafood, veggies out so you can go and grab it yourself whenever you're done grilling. Everything is super fresh and tender, and they also have a great variety of sweets and ice creams. It's a fairly new location cool decor and bright lights, prices are super affordable and they have sake and Asian beers. service is quick but also you do get your own stuff so that's that. read more

The best variety! This place has everything- big pieces of steak, all the marinated bulgolgi, every mushroom and green you could want, all the seafood. Service is top notch- always refilling my water and coming around with more broth. I really like that we had a table for two- no reaching over people or hot pots to get to the grill. Really clean spot and the staff are perfectly attentive. Dishes are being consistently turned over and refreshed. The selection is good and the food is good. It's a convenient location. Volcano is definitely below KPot for me still due to the lack of variety, and definitely both are below Gogi (my #1), but it's convenient to my home, so I've been back more than once. I'd recommend it if you're in the area and craving hot pot. read more

But thankfully we didn't leave, it was so good! I had the brisket burnt ends, a side of bbq cauliflower, and an additional side of the Brussel sprouts. OMG it was all so good. It was quick to order, and it didn't take long for the food to come out. I can't wait to go back.

There were 3 or 4 types of beans in it and it was incredibly hard to not gobble them all down instead of saving some for my hubby to try at home. My friend had the cornbread casserole which she said is her favorite side after the beans (I'm GF so I couldn't have that but I wanted to!). Another friend had the Bbq brisket sandwich with potato salad and she said the potato salad was really tasty. Just so you know - this is a very small restaurant. No inside seating, just picnic tables outside. (Some are shaded.) There is an area outside to wash your hands after eating and you can download their app and order online which gets you $5 off your meal (that's a good deal) but even without a discount, the food is worth every penny and the portions are generous.

I probably wouldn't return unless I couldn't get bbq elsewhere.
