SERVICE - 3/5 SELECTION - 5/5 PRICE - 4/5 Dinner for 2 + $88.37 w/o tip. Found this place by chance after driving away from another restaurant that we scoped out that looked pretty empty - there were a lot of cars in the parking lot here so we pulled in, having no idea what this place was all about. First of all - if you are a vegetarian or a vegan, or even an ovo-lacto, you have to pay the full price of a meat-eater, because people will cheat and proclaim that they are vegans and probably stuff their face full of beef, so I had to pay the same price as my husband, a carnivore. You are seated a table with a grill and a personal hot-pot, dependent on whatever broth you choose. The attendant will turn on all of the hot pots and grill, so you don't need to mess with that; he/she will put a piece of foil on your grill and drop a piece of butter on it so you can cook and fry your meats or veggies but one of the annoying things I've found was the feeling we got that they didn't want us eating more - they would come by infrequently and we would have to flag them down to replace our grilling foil, and they did so begrudgingly, with little interaction. The selections were very, very generous: organ meats including guts, tongue, tripe, beef aorta, intestines and exotic things like duck feet, frog legs; different cuts of meat, loads of veggies and fungi and tofu for someone like myself, and dessert like ice cream in individual containers and Oreo cookies, which I found a bit odd.

    Hot Pot views.

9/10 If you like your food loud, smoky, and full of flavor--Volcano Hot Pot BBQ understood the assignment. The ambiance? A whole vibe. Warm, lively, a little chaotic in the best way--perfect for linking up, laughing loud, and cooking your own feast. The food? Fresh and endless options. That grill + hot pot combo hits every craving... meat lovers and veggie babes both eating GOOD. Service? Attentive without hovering. Staff kept things moving, helped when needed, and made sure we stayed straight the whole time. Only reason it's not a full 10--because I'm still thinking about what eating next time

I was in the area on vacation and of course we were craving Korean bbq and hotpot. Found this place close to our hotel. Did not disappoint. You can either do only hot pot or bbq or both for $38 all you can eat. We opted to do both. All items for the bbq and hotpot are buffet style. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I would definitely come back next time.

For $32.99 per person, you can choose between AYCE hotpot or AYCE Korean BBQ (or about $5 more to do both). The Korean BBQ selection felt a bit narrow (though still sufficient if you're not very picky), while the hotpot side offered a much wider variety. Right when you walk in, a robot escorts you to your table, which is a fun and quirky touch. Each person gets their own individual pot with adjustable temperature controls. This works great when eating with friends since you're not sharing broth, but with kids it can actually create more work trying to manage multiple pots at once. The place is modern and the setup is very beginner-friendly. Every meat and vegetable lists recommended cooking times, which takes the guesswork out of hotpot. The sauce station is also pretty cool - you mix your own sauces, and they even provide recipe cards with suggested combinations. That said, a few things held the experience back. It's a bit on the pricier side for what you get, and some of the included items felt very low-end (like Chips Ahoy cookies), which they should probably just leave out because it makes the experience feel cheap. The original broth was quite bland, and the pork bone broth ended up being the better option - they mentioned it's essentially the same base with a pork bone added for more flavor. The sliced lean beef was also disappointing: dry and tough even with just a quick dip in the broth (I didn't overcook it), which is unfortunate since beef is such a hotpot staple. Also, our server kept walking by our table every three minutes and staring at it, which made the experience feel a bit awkward. It didn't come across as checking in to help - felt more like gauging what we were eating. The restaurant was pretty empty when we came in (between lunch and dinner), so it stood out even more. Overall, it's a decent spot with a lot going for it, especially if you're new to hotpot.

Discovered this place while we were in Orlando. Of course hotpot and kbbq in one got me saying yes to it. Everything was buffet style. And quality of the meat is good. I would say they had everything needed for the hoptpot and kbbq. Veggies, meat, all the balls, seafood, and sauces and even desserts. I also like then place. Nice modern and clean. The only thing is i didnt like the wax paper on top of the kbbq grill. I would definitely come back when in Orlando. Happy eating!

HOT POT and YAKINIKU, name a better combination.

This place never disappoints. Tom Yum is my go to broth and little bro got the spicy broth. Endless mounds of crab and clams, all the meats for the bbq... absolutely no complaints. Did try the fried chicken wings... bruh crunchy and delicious. Fried dumplings.... Flavor packed. Also never let down with the lychee green tea with lychee jelly!!!!! Service always great and fast. Never ever have to ask for something twice. Place is always clean and lots of space between parties.

Came to this place because I heard good reviews about it so I decided to try it out. My friends and I decided on trying the bbq. I feel like the bbq had a few options compared to the hot pot option. Some of the meat had no flavor so if you didn't have a dipping sauce to pair your meat with, it will taste bland. They had a whole station filled with condiments and sauces for you to make your own dipping sauce. Overall, the food was okay. Just not worth for the amount we paid. The service was good. Our server was nice and explained everything to us. The lively and engaging ambiance here is great for a hangout with friends.

What a beautiful place to enjoy Ramen!! They have a wonderful buffet style hot pot with all the toppings. The broth is very flavorful and the service is A1. I'm a Ramen girlie, so this is my definite go to hot pot.

We normally eat at the other location near Disney. But on this trip where we visit Epic Universe, we were pleasantly surprised to find this location here near our resort hotel. The place is a lot bigger and more modern than the other location. It's also less crowded so that's good. All the items are similar to the other location. This is the best AYCE around Orlando area

My kid liked the seafood options and ramen of course!

For this night we arrived at 5:45pm, right before the dinner rush hit. We did the Bite30 menu and between the 2 of us we had the deep fried beef dumplings, the buldak (spicy chicken), the Korean bbq combo, beef tongue, and for dessert we had the bungeopang and the hotteok. Everything was so delicious! Our waiter, Andy, was really really sweet and basically cooked the first tray of bbq for us and told us how he likes to use the banchan. He and my husband, who is Spanish, chatted about struggling to eat their culture's food growing up, which made me feel a little better about ordering my kid's chicken nuggets. We basically let him choose all of our food and he was spot on with all of his recs. If you can sit in Andy's section when you come, you must!!

My favorite meal of all time is Bibim Naengmyeon. I specifically came to try theirs out. I've had it at many restaurants, and have my own preferences on it. I'm unsure the official way it should be made or prepared, so this is only based off my preference. Theirs was chilly but not cold. For example, the apple slices were room temp, but the bowl was cold to touch. It didn't have ice in it, and the noodles were very chewy like japchae. So chewy that it was difficult to bite. They did provide scissors for this reason and the waitress cut it up a bit at the table before serving. The taste was fabulous. The classic flavor we know and love. I will definitely order it again even though it doesn't fully meet my personal preferences of ice and less chewy noodles. My table also got the dumplings and the dumpling ramen. Both were delicious. The lack of a star is for the service and the smell of the place. The smell wasn't of pleasant food, more like dirty dish water. I'm hoping this was a fluke. The service was dismissive, but efficient. I was ignored to my face, but I'm not too upset because everything came out fast and fine. I know this might bothers others though.

Our server, Sylvia, was very kind and told us she would ask the manager if an exception could be made so our friend wouldn't have to go without eating. Shortly afterward, the manager, Kareem, came to our table and simply stared at me without saying a word. I politely asked whether Sylvia had passed along our request, and he responded rudely by saying, "No, this is the policy, and if you don't like it, you can leave. That's life." To be clear, we understand that businesses have policies, and we respect that. What bothered us was not the decision itself but the hostility and lack of professionalism. I was polite throughout the interaction, and had the response been delivered respectfully, we would have gladly stayed. Instead, we decided to leave without eating. I also want to emphasize that Sylvia was extremely kind and professional. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager left a very negative impression. This location should do a better job of training its staff in customer service and professionalism.
