Exceptional customer service, food was accurate and cooked quickly, clean environment, and the atmosphere was a vibe. They did not disappoint on my girlfriend and I special date night!

Loved the AYCE lunch and optional appetizers. Plenty of vegetable and meat options, clean dining area, and fun sauce options available. The fried taro and tofu are the best! On a weekday afternoon, this is the best place to catch-up with a friend while having a laid back lunch.

Highly recommend this restaurant! Brendon, the owner, and Joe, our server made sure my little girl's birthday celebration was awesome. This place has delicious broth (I had Tom Yum) and fresh seafood (hello, crab legs), lean meats, and yummy veggies! Can't wait to go back! You all will not be disappointed!

Went here 11/11/23 with my friend. Truth be told, I have never heard of a hot pot before and only noticed that Orlando FL has it. Living in Los Angeles, majority of my life, I would've thought someone would've came up with the idea. Since it was a weekend, the price was a tad more but not too much. I paid $33.95 for AYCE hot pot and unlimited Sprite. Place is clean, food quality is top notch, my server was super kind and friendly. I followed my friends broth option which was Tom Yum and then I went in with huge portion of jumbo shrimp, blue king crab, premium beef, beef brisket, cilantro, jalapeno, bok choy, mussels, etc. Trust when I say, I had at least 3 servings of everything I listed. I also got a side of jasmine rice and egg noodles. I was doing the most but that's what AYCE is all about. After all that, I ate 2 ice cream sandwiches... talk about FOOD COMA! My friend and I walked it off in the parking lot and by the time I got home. I passed out. I will definitely come back.

It has been far too long since I visited JuicyPot and I can say with confidence they remain my favorite hot pot spot in Orlando! I needed a quiet, chill dinner after doing Disney that afternoon and while it was fairly busy for a Tuesday night, there were no screaming kids or obnoxious people so I was very happy. I love that they have a "bar" option for solo diners because I'm the only one of my friends who really seems to like hot pot. However, they seated me at a booth since it wasn't crowded and I was happy to have so much empty space around me compared to where I was an hour ago. Their broths are the real winners here because they come to the table so flavorful you can just eat it right there and be happy. But there's also a great selection of ingredients to add in from the buffet including multiple mushroom and seafood options. The noodles roll by on a conveyor belt along with corn, broccoli and shrimp chips. The sauce bar has every category- sweet, salty, spicy, bitter, liquid, paste, crunchy, creamy, nutty, funky. The $4 upgrade to add appetizers is well worth it especially considering how great the wings are. Dusted in a light coating (corn or potato starch?) for extra crunch they come out meaty, juicy and tossed in a variety of sauces. The garlic edamame was super garlickey and delicious. Service is great between checking on reorders and offering more broth. They have alcohol and boba tea as well as the usual soft drinks. Continue to highly recommend!

Appetizers and Boba Tea were reasonably good (not great) but the hot pot when prepared and cooked right is amazing! I recommend the beef base with lightly cooked beef with ramen noodles, an egg, onions and greens sprinkled with chili peppers.

The atmosphere isn't special, no fluff, very clean. The food looks & tastes very fresh. There are so many options & you get a lot of food for the cost. Tons of vegetarian options. Some items are an extra cost. The service was very sweet & attentive even though you grab your own food off a cute conveyor belt.

I have been wanting to check out a hot pot joint for years. I am glad my friend found this place because it was delicious. For a Saturday night I was surprised it wasn't busy but then remembered it was EDC weekend so people were probably attending the festival. It worked in our favor cause we had the most attentive servers and service! So how does it work? First you pick your broth, I picked the Thai Tom Yum... let me say this.. this broth was tasty. I had an idea of what it would taste like because it had a mix of lime juice and lemongrass with a hint of chili. It was yummy! I have to say I loved the conveyor belt with the different options you can pick from broccoli to noodles, you name it, it's there. Once your broth starts boiling you pick your protein, veggies, additional spices and sauces. Everything was delicious! The beef brisket, chicken and even pork belly all tasted great in the broth. I loved the fact that there was a variety of fresh veggies to choose too. Dessert was also different types of ice creams- I picked the ice cream sandwich. Also, I have to mentioned this is a buffet style place and you HAVE to finish your plate or there is a$19.99 surcharge for waste- so do not eat with your eyes! Dinner was an overall great experience! I usually make this joke that I don't want to cook my own food when I go to a restaurant but I have to say Juicy Pot was definitely worth it and I will be back.

This place is probably my go to place for hotpot when I do not want to drive too far. They are pretty consistent with their foods and broths. They have a decent amount of hotpot food items as well as a sauce bar where you are able to make your own sauce to your liking for dipping or adding to your broth. They do offer an unlimited appetizer for an additional fee as well. Usually I just stick to their regular hotpot menu, which is filling for me already. I've never seem to have a problem. They do tend to get busy and service is a little slow for refill drinks and clearing things off the table.

This place was definitely a diamond find. I was craving hot pot, and we hadn't had a lot of luck with our usual haunts. I found this one online & we decided to check it out. It's off of colonial, in a kinda run down shopping mall, but don't let that deter you. Once you enter, you're immediately greeted by a waiter, who guides you to one of the fun booths based on the size of your party (you can seat up to 8 folks in one of their booths). As soon soon as you're seated, a waiter comes over & explains the menu to you, and offers you appetizers. They have a LOT of appetizers, so it can be overwhelming, but not to worry because your waiter will give you all sorts of suggestions. For apps, we had corn nuggets, fried shrimp, bbq chicken wings, & garlic mussels. I really enjoyed the corn nuggets and shrimp, & my bf destroyed the wings. The best thing about this place, is you get to choose your own portions of protein. At most places, you tell them what you want, & they take forever to bring you the smallest amount of meat ever lol. Not here! But be barely, cause they charge $20 per lb of left over food. (We didn't leave anything lol). For 2 people, it was about $70 (not including tip), and it was well worth it. We've gone back three times since!

Outstanding! From entering and leaving, one of the best experience we had at an Asian restaurant. Place is very clean, great atmosphere, and staff on point. Lot's of food selections. For everyone who doesn't know what a hotpot restaurant, it is an all you can eat that you cook your own food in a boiling broth. For more information, google it. We went during lunch and the cost per person is $21, but we added the $4 for the all you can eat appetizers. I'm not going to state what every food item that we ordered but will tell you what is off the hook. The lemon chili chicken wings were so good and crispy that I'm putting this dish in my top 5 chicken wings of all time. The Tum Yum broth is so yummy and tasty that adding the toppings is just a bonus. The veggies are fresh and good when adding the fresh garlic, and ginger. So many different sauces available too. This place is definitely a 5 stars in my book, but if I do have to find something to criticize would be the ice cream truck desserts. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind the desserts but for a great meal and the price paid, I was expecting more than popsicles and ice cream sandwiches. I'll be back for sure and will try other food combinations along with some boba teas.

Great hot pot. Seriously a fantastic meal. We sat at the bar with a noodle train in front of us, I got the spicy Szechwan broth and my mom got the Tom Yum. Both were so flavorful. I did not find mine too spicy but the Szechwan peppercorns totally numbed my tongue which was an interesting experience. I now know I've never actually had them before! The selection of protein and veg were pretty great and I especially loved all the seafood options. My favorites were the squid and the fish balls. Surprisingly delicious! There is also a bar to make your own dipping sauce which I used more to cool down bites than flavor it because that broth had plenty of flavor! For dessert we split some ice cream, also included in the price. Overall was such a fun, filling, and delicious meal. 10/10 would return.

First time ever doing a hotpot & i'm so glad we chose this place. I'm pregnant & very weary when it comes to buffet style food as they can harbor bacteria, but from the second we walked in i could tell how fresh the food was. The owner is very involved & checked in on us atleast 6 times during our entire experience. He even made us 3 different kind of sauces to try with our hotpot since he knew it was our first time there. Unlimited appetizers is a must , they were all so good & perfect to eat while waiting for our hotpot food to cook. The owner even brought us out some appetizers he recommended that we didn't initially order but ended up loving!! i would recommend this place to anybody looking for quality food & an enjoyable atmosphere.

If you want they also have other menu options if you're not craving oysters. Our last visit I found a big Pearl and one of my oysters which is a rarity. So I felt very lucky. Lucky that I didn't chip my tooth from chomping on it. LOL They do have two types of hot sauces and can give you butter if you'd like some. They also give you horseradish to go with your oysters. It is just like a little place where you can wait for your food to be made but they don't have tables or anything. It's just some chairs to wait in. This is what I would call a hole in the wall for sure, but their food was pretty good. The only thing I did not like was the corn. It was so soaked up in the oil and seemed like it may have been at the bottom of the barrel because it was very hard and soaked with the oil so when I took a bite into the corn, not only could I barely bite into it but nothing but oil and like hard clumps came out of the corn. The corn had to be discarded. The potatoes were pretty good. They were nice and soft and only some of the crab legs were a little bit overcooked but we would probably come here again.

Feels somewhat like a small-town diner. The menu has awesome choices, but there's a ton of stuff that is $30+ (several $50+) and I really didn't want to spend that much on lunch. I picked a snapper sandwich with a side caesar & my friend got a shrimp quesadilla. They came out about 10-15 mins later. price seemed a bit high, but i know costs have skyrocketed lately, so them's the breaks. The fish on my sandwich was flavorful - but very dry. Would have been better cooked with some kind of fat. The bread was fluffy & nice, but fell apart right away. The veggies in the sandwich were fresh & bright. The caesar side was amazing. they gave me tartar & ketchup, so i asked for cocktail sauce because ketchup is weird for this. No problem. I didn't even finish half because it was so big! My friend's quesadilla was very tasty, but for some reason, it's an absolute oil slick. So the opposite end of the spectrum lol. She enjoyed it but couldn't finish because it was too greasy. There was a thick layer of oil on the plate and on the quesadilla. The ladies working there are really nice & helpful. They checked on us several times. I paid really fast & they got us out the door in less than 45 minutes! I would love to get some of the fancier stuff sometime, but would probably want to eat it elsewhere, because the diner feel doesn't match how fancy the food is.
