First let me say our server was so unbelievably nice and helpful . We walked in and had no idea how anything worked and had a ton of questions but she answered all of it in a friendly way and never had an attitude. We decided to sit at the circle bar and did the regular hot pot . I think we would have liked to do a table to have a grille but we can do that next time. They give you a ton of broth to cook everything which is nice . I just think some of the quality of the food wasn't the greatest. Like the crabs were blue crabs with barely any meat. The meats were just okay. The stuff on the conveyors was just okay quality . For 35 bucks a person would I go back? Maybe not just for hot pot but I would try the grille . I would even spend a bit more for better quality stuff. But overall it was a great fist try doing hot pot! read more

This place used to be a good spot for my wife and me for the past four times we were here. Even tip them handsomely every time we ate. Today, the server seems to be in la-la land with his problems, which showed with his work ethic while serving us. The server didn't do his job of cleaning up our plates. And asked us to put the plates in a specific way so it could make his clean up easy. Dear princess server, it's your damn job to clean, should be happy we even stack the plates nicely for you. I guess you wanted it easier. 去你的 Was out periodically outside smoking or whatever the hell he is doing. I had to ask for water at the end after I was finished with our hot pot session to get my refill, even though I needed the water in between my meal. would love to ask for it sooner, but it's hard when he's MIA due to his workload, which was me and my wife in the entire place. The princess server didn't ask us for ice cream like he usually does with our past encounters, which they always do. Rushed us out and handed us a check even though my wife clearly told him we were still eating. We were just there for 30 minutes. Mr. Princess Server must have had he panty in a bunch from his partner to make us his punching bag. Anyhow, their quality of food has been going down the hill lately as well. One of the fish balls seems like it has been stale for a while, and once it hit the boiling pot, it's supposed to be bouncy, not breaking apart. That's how you know this shit is stale. This is my favorite place in Orlando for hot pot! This restaurant has a beautiful ambiance and decor. I love the conveyer belt that brings food around. Every time I come here I leave stuffed to the brim! They have an excellent selection of noodles, toppings, sauces, protein, eggs, veggies, etc. And it's all you can eat so make sure you come hungry! I normally get the tom yum soup base. It's so flavorful with a sour taste and a slight kick to it without being over powering. I find that the price point is completely worth it for the amount of food you get. Literally a whole pot of soup and endless meats and toppings. Note is there is a limit on the amount of people at a table to 6 people, so if you have more than that in your party and you all are getting hot pot, you will have to sit at the counter like seating where you will be side by side not at a table. Very lovely experience here, We had miso and tomato base soup for the hot pot and both fit really well with all the meat and other foods we put in the bowls! They have revolving food trays filled with all different items which is great for someone like me who loves to try new things. My first hot pot experience and it was a lot of fun once I learned what to do. Great to be able to load up on protein and veggies. I was a little worried about the surcharge mentioned for uneaten food charged by the pound when we were not in control of the number of plates of protein that our server brought out to our group. We didn't want to be charged for something that we didn't necessarily ask for, but we did not end up being charged and I enjoyed everything. I had the miso broth and mostly stuck to the eye round steak and chicken. Every time I come to Orlando, we stop by Top Top Hot Pot for both the hot pot and bbq. I love all the options this place has to offer from an assortment of delicious broths to a make your own sauce bar. It's no surprise, Korean BBQ & Hot Pot are truly my favorite meals to enjoy with good company! It has also been rainy in Orlando this hurricane season, and what better meal to accompany you than a hot bowl of broth and some delicious sides? We went twice in 1 month, and the first time I got the spicy broth while the second time I got the original broth. As a spice lover, I preferred the original broth base and created my own side sauce to spice it up to my liking. This buffet is awesome because they have a conveyor belt throughout the resturant where you can just grab what you want to add to your bowl. Come on an empty stomach, you won't be disappointed! The staff as sweet and attentive. In our first visit, the waitress asked if we wanted broth refills at least 3 times, which was kind! The second time, the waitress was sure to offer us ice cream for dessert. The ambience is "upscale homey". A large enough resturant for a big party, and perfect booth seating to make you feel secluded. This was our first time trying Top Top Hot Pot, with the intention of only doing Hot Pot - and it may be the best we've had in quite a while. LOVED the conveyor belt that constantly delivered fresh mushrooms and sides to us, and the fact that the meats were kept frozen and in the back added to the food safety and quality impression. There were a ton of sauces to choose from, as well as the staples: kimchi, pickled radish, and seaweed salad. Our server Alex was so enjoyable to deal with and was always quick to deliver any request we had. The inside of the entire restaurant was clean and never looked picked over or sloppy. Even the restrooms were surprisingly clean. 5 Stars for sure, and a definite addition to our Hot Pot meals. I would have taken photos, but we ate everything too quickly. My family and I had a great experience at Top Top Hot Pot. We did have an issue with one of the burners being out, but we didn't have a full table so it wasn't an issue for us. They have a rotating bar with food and veggies, as well as a veggie/seasoning/spice bar. The foods were well labeled and stocked frequently. They do offer vegetarian and vegan broth. I found multiple moldy noodles on their conveyor belt--no idea how long food has to sit there to turn moldy, but clearly, they don't care about freshness. When I brought it up, instead of making it right, they forced us to pay and even threatened to call the police if we didn't. I've never experienced something this unprofessional and gross at a restaurant. Stay far away from this place unless you're okay with eating spoiled food and being treated horribly. read more

First time trying hot pot. We were greeted immediately and given the run down on how Hot Pot works. We decided on the Hot Pot + Korean BBQ combo dinner. (In hindsight it's best to get one or the other. I suggest hot pot.) We're seated and we order drinks & select the meats and the broth we want. The other ingredients you can add to your hot pot are covered plates or bowls on a conveyor belt. You just grab what you want when it comes by you. The server tells us there is an area to get sauce and ingredients to enhance the hot pot flavor. The service was great! They continuously cleared the used plates, bowls, & trash we put on a cart. Refilled drinks when necessary. We didn't have to ask for anything except the check. Me and my party enjoyed the food so much! Note that one person was a picky eater and really enjoyed the food and experience. It's a buffet so note that you don't take any leftovers. There were only a handful of customers and the atmosphere was clean, chill and relaxed. I ordered only hot pot, requested tom yum broth with a Thai tea. Thai tea could've been better but still enjoyable. I'd definitely order the broth again. It had a nice sour spicy flavor. Great options for sauces too. Only complaints are that the food selection available on the conveyor belt seemed very limited and although our server was very nice, she rarely checked up on us. I've been here a few times within the past years but don't remember it being particular good. A friend chose this for a bday spot though and I was excited to see how it is now! We were all pleasantly surprised !! Our server was very kind and the my Tom yum broth tasted amazing with all the meat and veggies rotating around the conveyer belt. We got several helpings of lamb, pork, and beef with beef my favorite-- super fatty and thinly sliced. I liked the wide range of veggies and seafood like taro, turnips, mushrooms, and different types of tofu, and clams and mussels. The dumplings were a favorite as well. Unfortunately I didn't see any enoki mushrooms which would've been the perfect addition I also enjoyed the sauce bar which had all my favorites and plenty of fresh herbs. So this is a very interesting concept. We went with friends and enjoyed a nice long two hour dinner. Be sure and look at my pictures so the first one is the table and each person has their own little deep well where a stainless steel pot for your hot pot soup goes in it. And then you pick a base broth. Could be bone broth or chicken broth of mushroom broth or original broth or even a couple of spicy choices. Then in one of the other pictures you will see the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt brings various vegetables and meats around which you can then takeoff and add to your hot pot soup. If you choose for an additional price you could do the grill in the middle of the table which is a hibachi ! We did. You can choose from 12 different meats and order as many times as you want. But the rule is if you have too much leftover on your plate when you're done then you will pay extra. They do not like food waste and I can respect that! Everything tasted pretty good and there's another different table where you go and pick all the different sauces that you want to try for the evening which you will also see in our picture. I pretty much just ate the meat by itself it didn't need a lot of sauce. Some of it was chewy. I was not real happy with the short ribs at all. The steak was good-chicken, pork, pork belly, sausage, quite an assortment Plenty of room to move a chair if you're handicap so come on in! It's located inside the Waterford Lakes area inside of a strip center. I cannot say our waiter was very helpful because this was all of our first time there and we had a hard time understanding him and we kind of had to learn as you go. We ate at Top Top on a Sunday night about an hour from closing. The ambiance of the restaurant is very cool and not super chaotic. Even though we went an hour from closing, the meat, veggies, and sauces were all still very fresh. There are plenty of choices for meats and many veggies available as well. My favorite part was the revolving bar that rotated toppings included in the AYCE pricing. There was also a full sauce bar and desserts such as cake and fruit available! The cake was a bit dry but not too bad. The choice of broths for the hot pot were also very flavorful. I am usually hesitant on trying new places because most hot pot tends to be bland but you will have a nice experience here. 1) I never got to try the grill so this review is about the hot pot. I really enjoyed the meats not being drenched in tenderizer like most places I have been too so I actually got the texture of the meat and not mush. The broth is great but having the sauce bar to add your unique personal touches is awesome. 2) Service tends to be a bit slower when they are busy. Hot Pot is a little slice of heaven and I'm pretty sure this place is the waiting room... The entrance is beautiful with its giant lit up mural. Just around the corner is bar style seating around a revolving food station with a glorious chandelier. I have been to MANY hot pot places and this one is one of the best with its unique soup bases and perfectly sized portions of meats and veggies which allow you to have a smorgasbord of dishes. I came for lunch which is the same price for dinner, $25 for all you can eat which is a steal considering the wide varieties of meats and vegetables to choose from. I got the original broth which was amazing, it's a clear chicken base soup. They're are practicing social distancing and all staff are wearing masks and you are required to do so until you eat. You place your order of meats and seafoods with your waiter and they bring it to you while the vegetables and sides are plated and covered on a conveyor belt. You are also required to wear a mask and provided with gloves when using the sauce bar. I would totally come back here Covid or not!
