I was not going to cook tonight and was wanting some Korean wings so I made a quick run to Tsaocaa…read more I ordered the 5 piece wings with French fries ($12.5) and .99 cents for the drink, Thai milk tea and also an order for tomorrow for lunch of 10 wings ($15). I sipped the tasty tea while enjoying the 5 pieces wings in the secret spicy sauce, which they really aren't spicy at all and then had two pieces of the honey garlic which were also not overly garlic, which was fine by me. The chicken pieces were huge and so filling. The fries were also a lot and filled my tummy up. I am not sure the remaining wings for tomorrow's lunch might not be crunchy but they will be tasty. I do wish the sauces had a bit more of a kick to them but that's just me. The service provided by Susan was wonderful, I had questions about the sauces which she helped me out with.

The ladies at the service counter were especially helpful--they took the time to ask about my cravings and food restrictions and gave me great recommendations that ended up being spot on. The atmosphere is bright, cute, and very inviting--definitely the kind of place where you want to relax and enjoy your meal. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The crispy chicken bao was absolutely amazing--perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It was so good that I ended up ordering a second one! The ramen was filling and satisfying, with a generous portion of chicken that made it feel like a complete meal. To top it all off, the drinks were phenomenal and paired perfectly with everything. Overall, a fantastic spot with great vibes, delicious food, and excellent service. I'll definitely be back!!

Their crepes are unlike anything else around! My go-to order is always the Fruit Deluxe. It is loaded with fresh fruit, and it's the perfect combination of light, soft, and slightly crispy. Every bite is delicious. A special shoutout to Vivan, who is always so kind and consistently makes the best crepes! I have also tried some of their bowls and drinks, and they have all been great, but the crepes are what keep me coming back. Seven years later, I am still ordering the same thing, which says a lot lol If it is your first visit, try a crepe, especially one of the fruit options (if you like fruits). You will not regret it!

Not disappointed at all! Food:5/5 I got the chicken lo mein with fried rice and I can't remember exactly what she got but they were both very good. Took the order quickly and made sure everything was perfect. Ambience: The place was clean and had a similar New York vibe restaurant. I visited Kai Asian Street Fare located inside the Food Factory and ordered the Vietnamese Grilled…read morePork Bowl. Overall, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag, leaning toward mediocre for the price point. The Food * The Pork: The highlight of the dish was definitely the grilled pork. It was well-seasoned, flavorful, and cooked well. * The Rice & Fillings: Unfortunately, the balance of the bowl was way off. A massive portion, easily half the bowl, was just plain white rice. To make matters worse, they do not serve traditional Vietnamese fish sauce (nước chấm), leaving a huge mountain of rice completely dry and flavorless. * The Veggies: The pickled daikon and radish were pretty underwhelming and didn't bring that bright, crisp punch you usually expect in a Vietnamese bowl. Value & Atmosphere * Value: At $17.00, a bowl like this is quite high for what you actually get. Paying a premium price for a dish that is 50% plain rice and missing its core sauce feels like a letdown. * Atmosphere: The saving grace of the experience was the setting. The supporting atmosphere of the Food Factory is a massive plus, as it's a great, lively environment to hang out in. Verdict: If you are craving an authentic, well-balanced Vietnamese pork bowl with all the traditional fixings, you might want to look elsewhere. Underwhelming for $17.00, but the vibe of the venue helps save the overall experience.

You can sit at any of the outdoor tables or grab one of the few indoor tables. Either way, you'll have a comfortable setting. The service is quiet but friendly at Kai. We ordered a variety of items at the counter and had them delivered to the table as they were ready. The absolute best menu offering in my opinion is the noodle dishes. We tried two: drunken noodles and garlic noodles. Both were flavor packed and had no room for improvement. Also, shoutout for generous portions! We also sampled around the other shareable options. Had bao buns and the wings. Both options were tasty but the bao buns were a bit dry. A sauce would have leveled them up big time. The chicken wings were nice and crispy but the sauces could have also used a tad more flavor. Overall notes that the noodle options are a 5/5 and the shared plates are more like a 4/5. Definitely worth a stop if you're visiting the food factory! Everything is served conveniently for dine in or take out depending on your preference!

The interior was pretty simple and monochromatic, and it wasnt busy during the time I had gone so it was nice and semi quiet with kpop playing Boneless wing bites - really similar to the domu wings, though I feel that the wings at domu is better in terms of flavor and the breading to meat ratio; I also feel that it is a bit on the pricier side for the amount you receive. Overall a solid appetizer/light bite! Pork katsu sando - simple but delicious, with tonkatsu sauce on one side of the bread and kewpie mayo on the other side; i kind of wish there was some cabbage in between for some extra crunch, and that the bread slices were a bit firmer since the bread stuck to the sides of my mouth from being too soft.
