This is a nice little boba spot close to work. I've been here a few times. Once I got a matcha latte. On another visit, I got a tiger milk tea. It's a cute little shop, I haven't sat down to enjoy my drink, but the cutesy atmosphere definitely draws you in! The staff are pretty friendly and patient with people taking a while to order. Pretty good boba tea experience! I'll have to try a bubble waffle soon!

The chicken was juicy and flavorful! The price is very reasonable. I would come back :) I got my food to go and it was ready when I got there. It's a cute place too

Very friendly and quick service. The atmosphere is so fun! We ordered a 20 piece Korean fried chicken to split / and will be eating the rest for dinner tomorrow! So much food! We got the secret spicy (not too spicy and a little sweet) and the honey garlic. Our daughter got the miso ramen and a brown sugar milk tea (it was delicious! Such a fun and delicious place - we will be back!

This was my first time at Tsaocaa after being recommended to it by a friend. It may be my new favorite boba place! I got the coconut lychee drink and it was so good. The service was great and they gave my boyfriend some good recommendations. The location is also super cute inside .

What an adorable place! The dining area is decorated so bright and fun! The staff are attentive and friendly. The boba tea was delicious, and I love that they have dairy-free options! We got oat milk in this one! The ramen was perfectly made and had beautiful elements! The fried chicken is chef's kiss! It does take about 15. I it's to make fresh but it's well worth the wait. It is perfectly crunch while remaining juicy on the inside. The flavor is great, they put your sauce choice on top so they are not tossed in the sauce and are not soggy. The boneless chicken "wings" are GIGANTIC! We ordered 20 thinking they would be regular wing size and two of us would split. We will definitely have dinner for tomorrow! It wasn't very crowded but we came on a Sunday evening before 5p so hoping that is the reason. We will definitely be back to try other items!

Coconut mango slush and passionfruit yakult were amazing! So delicious and great prices. Large selection and everything is delicious, the Korean fried chicken is great too, I enjoyed the soy garlic chicken very much. The other deserts were great too like the chocolate mouse cake and custard.

Small, quiet study spot that serves up a variety of drinks and food. Ive gone here multiple times and every time everything is perfectly made! I get their boneless chicken wings and they are crispy, tender, and juicy everytime. The drinks are also delicious and can be sweetened to your liking, service here is quick and they answer any questions you have, favorite boba spot near me for sure :)

One of my fave boba spots - happy to see they have a new location in Winter Springs which is closer to me (but still too far for regular trips unfortunately). You can't go wrong with their boba menu and I was super impressed by their Korean fried chicken - some of the best I've had and they let you do half-and-half on the seasonings so you can try different flavors.

Brand new boba place that just opened in the Winter Springs/Oviedo area this week. The ambiance and decor is very nice with many comfortable seating areas and cute decor. The staff are all very nice and sweet. They have a varied drink menu with many many options. I've tried the Melon/Watermelon Green Tea, Pineapple and Passionfruit with Nata Jelly, and the Honey Citrus & Lime w/ Jasmine Tea, all of which are great! They come with real fruit chunks in it that gives it a full and fresh flavor. The Ruby Black Milk Tea and the King of Oolong Milk Tea are also quite good, not too sweet but rich in flavor. I've also had the Japanese Melon Milk Tea which comes with boba and that is a great blend between fruit and milk tea. I find that it is similar to a honeydew milk tea but not as overly sweet as some places have it, it has just the right amount of sweet and flavor. They also have a food menu although their Korean corndogs are not available yet as they are in their soft opening. The takoyaki is not bad, I wish it was a little crispier though. The spicy popcorn chicken comes with a good amount of chicken compared to places like Quickly or Boba Queen. Expecting this place to be a regular study/hangout spot for me Flavor - 5/5 Price - 4/5 (drinks are pretty comparable to other places but quality is near the upper end of some Orlando boba shops; food is a little bit pricy for what it is) Studyability - 5/5 (many good sized tables near outlets and the music inside is relatively calm and not too loud, wifi is solid)

My new favorite boba place! Even if I have to make the 30 minute drive, it's worth it to me. The quality is always consistent and the tea is never watered down. My favorite go-to so far is the Milk Black Tea W. Brown Sugar Jelly. The jelly doesn't really taste like brown sugar to me but it's still fun to eat. Also don't forget to pick up a punch card when you order!

Yay! A new boba shop in Winter Springs! I have been waiting for a place in this area and it happens to be a great chain. Tsaocaa is in many other states, but not in Central Florida. They offer many boba flavors, desserts, bubble waffles, and KOREAN CHICKEN! I don't know any boba shops in Orlando that also serve Korean chicken, so I was skeptical, but it was VERY DELICIOUS! I got the soy garlic and honey garlic, which were both delicious. A tip I would have is to ask for cheesling sauce on the side and pour it over the fries. The ambiance was good, it was very modern and had great natural light inside. There's also outlets on the wall, so this could be a great place to study with friends or alone. Lastly, the service was amazing, they came out and gave us gloves and plates for the chicken, which I thought was very nice. They were also very accommodating about adjusting the drinks. The woman who I assumed is the owner, was very friendly and you can tell she really cares about this cafe. Please go support while they are opening!

This place just opened up very recently and I am so glad it did! Everything from the design inside, drinks, food, and super friendly employees made it a great experience. I got a melon green tea and the family pack with my friends and it was able to feed all 5 of us! Highly recommend getting a drink and food here, they have a lot of options and I am looking forward to coming back

The restaurant is on the smaller side (about 6-7 tables) with additional bar seating, which adds to the cozy, authentic feel. The Vibe: Small, intimate, and focused--this is the kind of place where you know the food is the star. One small note: I didn't see any beer options--just soft drinks and teas. Not a dealbreaker, but I do usually enjoy a beer with ramen, so it was a bit of a miss for me. What We Ordered: * Cucumber Salad * Chicken Karaage * Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen * Spicy Miso Ramen Standout Bites: The cucumber salad was incredibly fresh with the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and salty. The chicken karaage was exactly what you want--crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside. Perfect crunch, perfect bite. Then came the ramen... Both the spicy tonkotsu and spicy miso broths were rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying. The noodles had that ideal chewy texture, and the pork was thinly sliced, tender, and full of flavor. Rich broth, chewy noodles, melt-in-your-mouth pork. Overall: This is hands down the best ramen I've had since visiting Japan, which says a lot. We left already planning our next visit. Pro tip: Arrive early for lunch--seating is limited and fills up quickly.

My favorites are the shoyu ramen, the kids ramen (honestly the perfect portion), and the tuna mayo onigiri. My go-to order is usually the kids ramen with a tuna mayo onigiri, and it's always so satisfying. The pork chashu is super soft and tender, the broth has so much flavor, and the noodles are always cooked just right. And definitely don't skip the egg--it's so good. The ambiance is really peaceful, and the space itself is cute and cozy. The staff is always very friendly and eager to please, which makes the whole experience even better. It is one of my go to spots, I seriously cannot recommend enough.

On my most recent visit I ordered the Addictive Cabbage, which is supposed to come with Yugiri spice-seasoned cabbage, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and nori komi furikake. This time it was extremely dry and bland unfortunately, the Addictive Cabbage did not live up to its name-it lacked flavor and was quite dry. The past two times it fell short of expectations, especially compared to how enjoyable it has been in the past. The edamame was another letdown. It came out ice cold and was overly seasoned to the point where it was hard to enjoy. My first time trying it. For my main, I ordered spicy ramen. The noodles were clumped together and tasted undercooked. There was very little broth, and what remained had mostly been absorbed by the noodles. On top of that, both the noodles and broth were extremely salty-honestly one of the saltiest bowls of ramen I've ever had. Some ingredients also seemed to be missing. The last two times this one was disappointing. It's usually well balanced and delicious. Especially at what they charge for a bowl. The veggie dumplings were underwhelming and lacked flavor. I only tried them once so don't know if that is how they normally are. Service was just as frustrating. No one was at the counter for long stretches of time, and when I tried calling to see if I could bring the food back for a remake, there was no answer or callback. I even reached out online a few weeks ago before posting this review and still haven't received any response. I kept my receipt as well. This is now the second visit in a row where both the food and service have been disappointing. It really feels like things are declining, which is unfortunate because this place used to be reliable-especially for ramen and appetizers. I genuinely hope they turn things around, but based on my recent experiences, I can't recommend it right now.

Everyone received their starters, the blonde waitress asked if I wanted one as well. When I said yes, she responded with "bro, it's not going to be free," which made the interaction very awkward for everyone at the table since I never even asked for the starter in the first place and was just very unprofessional. Later, one of my friends received shrimp tempura that was translucent, raw, and slimy in the middle. When we politely mentioned it, both the waitress and host repeatedly questioned whether we were sure it was raw. At one point the waitress even asked something along the lines of "so do you want this for free or something?" which felt accusatory and uncomfortable. We're familiar with tempura/sushi dishes in general and understand that something can be fried on the outside but still undercooked inside. The repeated doubt came across as dismissive and a bit condescending. She also said she would "pray" for one of my friends which was a very strange and off-putting comment in that situation. It just felt like she was doubting us and in general it made us feel bad for even bringing it up in the first place. The item did end up being comped, which we appreciated, but that didn't change the interaction we had or the comments that were made. We weren't there trying to get free items, so the assumptions and tone from our server made the whole situation feel uncomfortable and strange. Overall, we did enjoy the food, but the service made the dinner uncomfortable and left us feeling judged rather than welcomed. Since I've had good experiences here in the past, I hope this feedback is taken constructively so future guests have a better experience.
