Spicy vegan ramen with extra egg
    Cindy T.

We had a wonderful experience at JINYA Ramen Bar in Oviedo! We started with the crispy eggplant appetizer, which was absolutely delicious, and the spicy tuna tacos were fresh and flavorful. My husband enjoyed the beef garlic rice, and I ordered the spicy vegan ramen with an extra egg. Everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Our server was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The restaurant was clean, modern, and had a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. We loved trying a variety of dishes and are already looking forward to coming back to explore more of the menu. If you're in the Oviedo area and craving ramen or Japanese-inspired cuisine, JINYA is definitely worth a visit!

We had Diego as our server, and he was phenomenal! He was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience even better. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. We got the Birria Ramen and the Jinya Chicken Ramen, but we were so excited to dig in that we completely forgot to take pictures! My husband loved the Birria Ramen, while Its flavorful but I found it just a little on the salty side for my taste. Our absolute favorites were the Chashu Bowl and the Crispy Chicken. They were both incredibly flavorful and cooked perfectly.

okay i've been going to jinya for the past decade and i'm still here obviously but that's not important. what IS important is their dbz collab ramen right because that creamy tonkotsu ramen lives in my head rent free. it's so good man i got ramen delirium i would do anything to keep that CREAMY TONKOTSU RAMEN FROM THE DRAGON BALL Z COLLAB!!! to STAY ON THE MENU FOREVER!!! PLEAAAAAASE I'M BEGGING YOU PLEAAASEEE!!!! TEARS IN MY EYES I'LL DO ANYTHING!!!!! WAAh or maybe it already is. idk i'm so enraptured by it that i woke up at 3:39am to write this review cuz i'm Hungry. and In Love. i'm normal i promise oh also i like this location specifically cuz i came here on pokemon day and took nuikatsu (pictures featuring plushies) of the food and all my pokemon plushies i had and when i got the check i was gifted a golden iron leaves card! what a sweet surprise and my first gold card. that was awesome

Food was great and so was the service. Server was knowledgeable about menu, made very solid recommendations, and pointed out allergens for us. Will definitely return!

A nice casual spot for ramen and rice bowls, along with tapas. Service was unfortunately lacking, as it took a long time to get our order taken/served in general. Tonkatsu Black - the soup lacked some depth and richness, but the ramen was light and cooked well. The chashu was delicious but I wish the pieces/portion of it were bigger.. the jammy egg was yummy as well (best for last) Pork chashu rice bowl - a really good portion size, with alot of toppings of pork chashu pieces and a jammy egg and seasoned well. Jinya bun - the flavor was good but the bun wasnt hot/warm, with the bottom of the bun being soggy.

I love having a Jinya location in Oviedo! More accessible and convenient than the downtown location with a good amount of parking. My most recent visit was with a friend of mine and I decided to try some new things. I wasn't disappointed! I actually have yet to try a menu item at Jinya that doesn't hit the nail on the head. All of the ramen broths are incredibly flavorful and the birria ramen was my latest go. The meat was very tender and the dish felt unique. I highly recommend this one. My friend is vegetarian always enjoys the creamy broth option! Many shareable options to keep you busy while you wait for your main of course. We tried some tempura brussel sprouts this time which we really liked! Hurry in while the Orlando weather feels arctic! These ramen bowls feel like a hug on a cold Florida day! The service is friendly and the location feels inviting and cozy. Great place for a catch up with friends or a date night!

JINYA has a really nice aesthetic and the restaurant itself is beautiful, which made me excited to try the food. Our waitress was attentive, so service was great! Unfortunately, the spicy chicken ramen didn't meet my expectations the broth was pretty bland and lacked depth of flavor. However, our cousin ordered the spicy tuna tacos and said they were really good, so it seems like other menu items might be stronger. I'd consider coming back to give something else a try.

If you're craving delicious ramen in the Oviedo area, JINYA Ramen Bar is an absolute must try! The modern, relaxed interior makes it perfect for a casual dinner, a date night, or grabbing drinks during their happy hour. The food here is consistently outstanding. Every bowl of ramen I've had, has had perfectly cooked noodles and delicious broth. Some of my favorites have to the Tonkotsu Black ramen and the Takoyaki. What really sets this place apart is the service. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Our server gave great recommendations and checked in at all the right moments without being intrusive.

Great place with incredible atmosphere and delicious ramen. We always receive a great service at this place. Really love their Spicy Chicken Ramen. You can choose the level of spiciness. The broth is very reach and delicious. I love adding a side of chicken wonton, that gets it to the next level of deliciousness. Definitely try their Matcha Tiramisu -- it's so good that even hard to describe how good it is. Highly recommending this place.

Jinya. Doesn't. Miss. Came for happy hour (3-6 DAILY) and ramen. I got my usual Vegan Spicy Creamy Ramen and today I tried the Shoga Tiger cocktail. The ramen is consistent and delicious. I usually get full before I finish so I order an extra side of broth to take home so I can relive the experience at home lol. I am also obsessed with their seasoning sauce and am not-so-patiently waiting for them to bottle it. Hannah waited on me for this visit and she was awesome. The restaurant is clean and inviting and perfect for date night or to hang out with friends. Or show up solo and get some work done as I did.

Walking in the atmosphere was moody and perfect for a date night! Service was great in explaining everything on the menu and servicing us quick without feeling rushed. We got the tan tan men ramen, tonkotsu red ramen and crispy chicken. Crispy chicken was delicious and large for a 10 piece so great to split with a group or have as your meal. The tan tan ramen was delicious and perfectly flavored. The tonkotsu ramen I got a level 4 spice which is perfect for anyone who wants a bit of heat but not extremely spicy, however the broth is a bit more on the oiler side to my liking but everything else from seasoning to noodles were perfect! Would come back to try their other dishes.

I love this restaurant. I have been here every month since opening week and I can't imagine my life without it. The atmosphere is fun and I have loved all of my servers, some even know my orders and recognize me. I consistently get the same order every time and it continues to keep me coming back. I have tried other things but my Wonton Chicken Ramen still wins everytime! Absolutely delicious!! (I love it so much I even had my birthday there this year)

Very pretty inside, casual but classy. The food was really good and great service. We got the Sapporo beer for happy hour, very tasty. My partner got the spicy chicken ramen in mild and it wasn't super spicy, good if you're not really into spice, get medium or higher if you want a kick. I got the chicken Yuzu Shio delight and it had a really good ramen egg and some tasty seaweed, the broth was sweet and a little zesty. Overall great time !

It came with a decent amount of tofu, some veg, and a few pieces of tough beef, but the broth was so lacking and tasted like salty water and chili flakes. I ended up adding soy sauce which rarely happens when I order a stew like this ,,, My bf ordered the lunch special which touted a large portion but he ordered extra rice correctly anticipating a small amount of meat, rice, and a few sides. The side dishes were fresh and delicious :) Overall I'd rather spend the same amount of money at a more flavorful restaurant since the prices are standard for other Korean restaurants

The food here is ok. I ordered the bulgogi, naengmyeon (cold noodles), and the beef and cabbage…read morestew. The bulgogi was unfortunately pretty dry. The naengmyeon was fine. It was nothing special, but it wasn't bad either. I think the radish in the naengmyeon tasted too sugary and the mustard had too much of a horse radish flavor. The beef and cabbage stew was probably the highlight for me. It was hearty and comforting, and it felt like the most satisfying dish out of the three. Service here is a little iffy. When we were ordering, my husband asked if the bulgogi came with rice and the waitress started at him coldly and said "sure..." in a pretty dry tone. It wasn't outright rude, but it wasn't warm either. On another occasion that we came, it was a busy night and we sat at our tables for 20 minutes before anyone even gave us water or menus. However, the waitress was very noticeably attentive and friendly to a family sitting next to us. The restaurant is near UCF, so maybe the staff has had bad experiences with younger people, but it's no reason to be differential in treating your customers. The inside of the restaurant is pretty simple and casual. It does not have great circulation, so expect your clothes to smell like food when you leave. Overall, the restaurant is decent, but not great. That said, there aren't a lot of other Korean restaurant options around the area, so if you're craving Korean food, this may be your best bet.

The cocktails I selected were not all that strong, but they were visually appealing. I absolutely loved the Buffalo Rock Shrimp. It had the perfect amount of spicy kick. We ordered an additional one since it was such a hit. The edamame is addictive. The only dish that fell flat for me was the Coco Roll. Nothing special really. Our server Lucy was hardworking and provided stellar service. She guided me to try their rośe sake, Amabuki, which was beautifully light, crisp and smooth. Lucy had us laughing and feeling good. We would love to be served by her again. This location is artistically styled inside with eye-catching Asian touches. Some of our favorites were the crispy sushi tacos, which had the perfect crunch and were topped with creamy avocado, fresh herbs, and flavorful sauces. The bao bun was soft, fluffy, and packed with tender, savory meat and crisp pickled vegetables. We also tried several sushi rolls, including spicy and fresh fish options, and every bite was well-balanced and high quality. The tuna dish was exceptionally fresh and melted in your mouth. Stopped by DOMU while visiting Orlando, and it ended up being one of my favorite meals of the trip…read more The restaurant has a modern, welcoming atmosphere with a clean interior and a lively energy without feeling too loud. The seating was comfortable, and despite how popular the restaurant is, everything felt well organized. It was a great place to relax and enjoy a meal with family and friends. The ramen absolutely lived up to the hype. The broth was rich, creamy, and packed with deep umami flavor without feeling overly salty or heavy. You could tell it had been simmered for hours because every spoonful had so much depth. The noodles were cooked perfectly--firm and chewy with just the right amount of bite, so they held up well in the broth from the first bite to the last. The biggest surprise of the meal was actually the chicken wings. I ordered them because they seemed to be a popular appetizer, but they ended up stealing the show. They were incredibly crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, and coated with a flavorful glaze that had the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and a little bit of heat. I can definitely see why so many people recommend ordering them alongside the ramen. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I can see why DOMU is considered one of Orlando's top ramen spots. Between the flavorful broth, perfectly textured noodles, unforgettable chicken wings, and welcoming atmosphere, it was a meal that exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Orlando.

Sip & Savor 2026 Review!…read more Wow, it's been just over a year since I've been back to the OG Domu in Audubon Park at East End Market. We decided to go try for a table as the Sip & Savor promo was going and on this weekend afternoon it had rained hard so we thought the crowds would be dissipated. Spoiler alert, they were not and we walked into a 2-hour wait! Folks, Domu does not take reservations so you almost always have a wait! Keep in mind that the wait time they quote is often higher than what you'll actually have to wait. In any event, we will were lucky to get a seat at the busy bar then the other seat when the guest eating alone got up and left (Nice)! The menu is largely the same. It hasn't changed much over the years. Yes, they have seasonal specials from time to time but they are relying on their classic goodness that has sustained them for 10 years. Keep in mind, much has changed in the past 10 years, including in the ramen scene. Nevertheless, the drink menu has their classic cocktails and some new ones as well. At the bar we had a couple beverages and we also tried the bok choy appetizer. The bok choy is charred and comes with a lemon slice and is a simple, yet delicious, first dish to eat. At about the 1 hour and 10 minutes, our seat always ready. Keep in mind, I went with the kitchen seats which probably added some extra time but well under the 2-hour initial quote. Sitting at the table with views into the kitchen is always on point in my opinion. You tend to get better service overall and you get to see different aspects of the kitchen and how it operates. The Sip and saver promo was the same as last year. It includes three of their classic wings, the Richie Rich ramen, and the soft serve of the moment which today was Cookie monster. Both the wings and the Richie Rich ramen were on point and still contain that classic goodness that put them on the map! Overall, Domu hasn't changed and for some, that's a good thing. Even the menu prices are fair IMO for bowl of ramen, protein, a few vegetables. The drinks are around $12 which is fairly priced. I continue to see that the sale of alcohol has gone way down as compared to previous generations and I did see a number of tables with just water. As a supporter, I would suggest Domo invest in mocktails and or promoting them more. I haven't visited the other Domu locations, but, I would wager that this location is due for a refresh. Side note, The Cookie monster was okay (Kelly's ice cream is a better version). If you're going to stay with classic goodness then bring back the honey vanilla that used to be around!
