An automatic gratuity was added, which wasn't mentioned beforehand, and even after accounting for that, the total still didn't seem to match the advertised happy hour price. Since the receipt didn't clearly break down the charges, it was difficult to tell whether the difference was due to taxes or other fees. I wouldn't have minded paying more if everything had been explained upfront, but clearer pricing would have made the experience much less confusing. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the meat was taste, but because of the confusion with the pricing and the overall value, I don't think I'll be returning.

We were seated right away and our server was nice. We got the for 2 combo that included Kalbi (our favorite), rib finger and beef bulgogi as well as our choice of stew and we picked the tofu one. It was SO good! It's a fun date night or friends hang out spot! They provide salad and all the smaller bowls you see such as kimchi, etc. We'll definitely be back!

The meat had an odd texture, very pale color, and not a good taste. You can tell it was marinated so im not sure if it was the meat itself or the marinade, but it didn't taste good that the "for 2" option of beef had more than 50% of it left over between four hungry people! I was hoping for better, especially for a 3 time michelin recommended restaurant, but would love to see a better selection of meat! I don't think I'd make my way back though due to their small menu with not many varieties of non soup or stew dishes.

I usually get the build a bowl with glass noodles, the Korean fried chicken and a medley of veggies. It never misses. It's a good sized portion so I never leave hungry. Must try and worth the drive.

I work in Downtown Orlando, so sometime this week I decided to not pack lunch and venture by foot over there. From my office, it was only about a 0.8 mile walk there and back. So approximately about an hour to walk there and pick up food and walk back. I didn't mind, I like getting my steps in and it wasn't too hot. Apparently the owner has lived and operated out of Orlando since 2004, which means this has been around and loved for a long while It was a rather nice day, when I got there they were real busy. I saw regular people, office people, and more. Clearly it was a downtown local fav. I chose to order the Katsu Rice bowl. It was a pork katsu, which is breaded and fried pork, with purple rice and small side salad. It came with a drink, which I chose sparkling water. This cost me $14.99 without tip. The service was great and fast. It did travel well as I walked back to the office. The pork was crispy and the purple rice was a really nice touch. I think usually Korean American restaurants that serve this, serve it with white rice. So I really enjoyed the purple rice. The salad was nice and came with a spicy mayo or something similar sauce. Overall, I would rate this as a 8/10. Did I mention they also sell house plants? For a pretty decent price too. While their website may not be up to date, the food was great. It was a good, dependable option for those of us who work downtown and don't want to spend twenty plus on food. Overall, I rate this as a 9/10 and will be back during lunch again some time I'm sure.

I will admit that the person behind the register was not overly friendly or welcoming. However, I believe the woman running the kitchen and potentially the owner was very friendly. The food there was resonably priced for what you get for $18. I really enjoyed the Bulgoi Bimbimbap. It was hot and full of different fresh flavors. They gave you plenty of beef and a nice egg on top. In addition they give you some radish and fish cakes. Both of those were very tasty. I ate the majority of the food but I had some left overs by the end. I asked for a to-go container and took the rest home to eat for later. I would definitely order here again in the future.

Stopped by for a quick lunch with my mom. This place was pretty easy to find. You can park along…read morethe street or in the garage which it is attached to. They have a little sign by the street to help you find it/advertising, as it's in the hallway of the plaza. It's on the ground level so we didn't have to take any stairs or elevator. Upon entry, there was no one to greet us. We headed to the register where they had a bunch of menus and pictures. While we were looking, the lady came out from the back with food items for someone who was already seated. Everything looked good. There was a guy waiting for his order to go, another guy waiting to eat by himself, and another lady also waiting to eat by herself. There was some interview going on between two guys- sounded like it was about the restaurant as I heard them talking about kimchi fried rice. It sounded so good, I ordered that with shrimp. Mom had the bento box lunch. We asked for two cups for water, which she said she would bring to us. We sat for awhile, and saw the others and the to go person get their food. The water cups did not come until after she brought us our food. Maybe that's the way they do it? Anyhow- our food was out in a reasonable time and everything was delicious. I tried some of mom's beef bento box- she got the bulgogi beef and we were both a little shocked that it was ground beef and not thin slices, but the flavor was spot on. My mom did not finish her lunch and I had a small portion of rice left. When I asked for one to go box- the lady almost seemed upset that I didn't want two! She asked me what about my leftovers? To which I said my mom was taking everything in one box. lol. We don't like to waste and I wasn't going to toss mine but it seemed silly to get another box for the little bit of rice I had. So we put it all in one. We paid at the register and took our box. There are many more items on the menu I'd like to try. My mom was pretty impressed with the place. It's nothing to look at, really, but the food is good and she will probably bring her friends here for lunch.

Lucky for us Nifty's spot was right around the corner from our hotel. Once we entered we were immediately greeted by the owner. She was so nice! It was great having a conversation with her. Looked to be a small family/husband & wife operation. The best places usually are. Simple decor- anime and Kpop covered the walls- I loved it. It's a very casual place. She recommended the Gochujang ramen: spicy, sweet, creamy & umami. It was everything I wanted in a bowl. I ordered with beef bulgogi - the boiled egg was perfect and soft. Highly recommend if you're in DTO. Yum, 감사합니다!

Portion size is enough for two or someone who just went hard in the gym and needing that protein. I also tried the banana bread with Ube frosting and the pastry chef the owners Galo and Nick hired did a fantastic job!! OMG I love banana bread but with UBE.... Seriously a GAME CHANGER!! The inside is spacious, dope music, lots of seating, clean and TV's that play sports and anime. Definitely check it out or order from door dash! I will definitely be back to try more stuff. Especially knowing that none of their food is frozen. All fresh and quality food is important to me.

Which is a bad deal since u could probably just get a 6 or more pack for $5 at the liquor store nearby 5/5 On cloud 9 - chicken thigh with egg noodles was the best dish out of all of them tried. Most flavorful and liked the creamy miso sauce 2/5 chow mein squeeze - orange chicken with fried rice $2 upcharge was the worst one tried. Chicken was extra dark looking like old scrap, tough hard outside batter and mushy fried rice. The sauce was decent and flavor on rice was ok, just need to work on that texture of the rice 4/5 all night long - salmon with egg noodle was sweet with good size chunks of salmon 4/5 ube morgan at 7am - ube banana matcha, liked it the best but it stained my hands, even with soap the purple dye they used didn't come off my hands. Had good banana flavor once mixed up 2/5 donna blue me away - blueberry lavender matcha didn't have much blueberry or lavender flavoring and tasted mostly oat milk 4/5 espresso matcha was decent with 2 shots of espresso in it even though you couldn't really see it but the taste was there. I like the combo of both espresso and matcha mixed together The booth seating was comfortable to seat all of us and to try everything family style It was a nice touch when the chef came out to give us little Japanese dessert plum candies with cute flowers on them. We looked up the meaning for all of them with Google translate so that was fun

I was looking forward to the kickin chicken the most, but it was not spicy at all. It actually tasted more sweet than spicy to me. The firecracker shrimp was the only one we liked. Tots were just okay. The bun on the baos were also just okay. I've definitely had better. Overall, it did not hit the spot for my cravings.
