I always enjoy eating here. You enter the restaurant and you order right at a computer screen. It's pretty straight forward. There's also someone attending the front desk area that can help you. Or you can place your order with them. I've had very delicious food here multiple times and I highly recommend it. The Restaraunt has a very relaxed feel. The restaurant has tons of options. I always order the spam musubi it's a must when I come here. I look forward to next time.
Some coworkers and I came here for lunch to order takeout and wanted to have some Korean food! It was quiet inside, so we were all able to go up to the kiosk right away and place our orders. For myself I got the musubi with spam and avocado, and some krab Rangoon! The musubi was wrapped up tightly in cling wrap so it all stayed together while wee weee traveling back to the office. It tasted very good, and the avocado was a nice touch to cut some of the saltiness. The krab Rangoon was super creamy and went perfectly with my sweet chili sauce! Overall I would come back, but maybe next time do dine in, as the to go order did take some time. I'd like to try their hotpot next go around!
Oh, cool I guess What Stopped by here before going to the Florida mall. I got the teokbokki. It was okay, nothing super special. Environment This is in a plaza where IZZIban used to be. This was a suprise to me as I thought it was like IZZIban but it was totally different. It is more like a fast casual now, maybe a bit very casual. There are a lot of seating inside with some outside as well. It is self seated after you order, you pick up at the end of the counter and you also clean up the plates yourself after. Niceness of the staff Not sure how to describe this. Maybe it's the system that's inefficient. There are a number of screens for you to place your orders. There is one person that could take your order but you need to pay cash. Otherwise you need to order via the Self kiosk. Once you order you can take a seat. The staff I would say she was just there. Dollar From the menu I thought it was expensive. Seems they are just warming up food... it was like instant noodles with seafood. The teokbokki was $10 something Yes/No? It's a great concept.. but I am not sure
To my surprise, this place was not bad. The prices were a bit high (but that seems to be normal for Korean food?) You do get a decent amount of food for the price you pay. Everything was not bad and if you dine in, you get to have some complimentary soup located where you pick up your food on the counter. The Korean hotdog and spicy ramen was not worth it though.
Still my fave place for KFC. No one makes them crispy, crunchier and the sauce is drippy, thick, sweet, and flavorful. It's a messy, eat with your whole face kind of good.
The service style was kiosk based, which was easy to use, and the food came out fairly quickly! I really enjoyed the rosé tteokbokki since it just had a little bit of kick to it.

The food overall was good -- nothing really noteworthy good or bad, except it being pretty salty (not unexpected). On the plus side, our food arrived quickly (though there weren't any orders ahead of us). Ambience: Seemed trendy/hip, the vibe I got was that it was geared towards young people. The free soup, the decor, the expectation that you bus your own table and the staff being high school/college, is what gave me that sense. I was visiting so I could be totally off-base. If we're in the area and looking for Korean food, we would probably come back.
Stop by since I was in the area and ordered the spicy Korean wings. They had great flavor and nice kick of spice to eat. Cooked well. Place was pretty empty when I came in. You do order from a kiosk, lack of interaction. Restrooms are decent.
The kiosks were working a bit slow when we arrived, but we were finally able to place our order with the staff's help. We seated ourselves and noticed there was free soup for dine in guests. Very mindful, very demure. It was delicious! The food came out quickly and the portion sizes were decent. The kimchi fried rice was delicious. The two kimbap rolls we ordered looked freshly made and were also scrumptious. The tteokbukki was a little on the sweeter side, maybe too sweet, but it had a good amount of fish cake and egg. We could've done with a little more spice. Overall, the dishes were decent and the portion sizes made up for the prices. We would definitely visit again to try more items next time that we're in the area.
Updated 8/22/24: had dinner with family and friends at about 8:20PM and ordered regular Tteokbukki - had a few more rice cakes than last visit. Tried the spicy tuna poke bowl and that was pretty good and filling. The fried chicken is still the same, now convinced it's a wannabe k-style fried chicken. Downgraded to 1 star becasue we asked for some cups at the counter to get water and staff as initial response was "you know we close at 9:15, right?". It wasn't even 9pm when we asked! My hubby pointed out the sign at the front that says 9:30pm and was told that it was wrong. We were the ONLY people dining and ordered quite a lot. They already do self-serve, the least they could do is not rush us with our dinner! We used to love going here but service and food has gone down so much that we don't think we'll come back.
Went on a Tuesday evening and it was not busy. The location had plenty of parking!!!! The restaurant was super clean and well decorated. Very decor was modern and very similar to my experience when I went to Seoul. They even had Korean shows playing on the tvs. Was able to easily place my order at the kiosk and the food came out al pretty quick! Even had an option to purchase Korean snacks, drinks and desserts. I ordered the Spicy Krab Poke Bowl and my sister ordered the Chicken Katsu. The food was both beautiful and delicious! 100% recommend eating here!

The restaurant was super cute. You could grab soju and other items from the front. They sold some mugs and bowls as well which I thought were cute. They sold some people working were friendly and we got out food pretty quickly.

Easy to order through the kiosks (three kiosks total) and then you seat yourself and wait for your name to be called out. If you order multiple items, it's likely that you'll have to get up multiple times to retrieve your food when they call your name. There is also a cafe you can order at front register. This is truly an easy, do it yourself kind of spot. At the kiosk, they ask for tip, but the staff really isn't doing anything for you but just cooking the food and calling your name out. I really enjoyed the large selection of food items. It was all delicious; you and your foodie friends would love it! I came with a big group and we like to share food, but we ended up ordering too much because we ordered separately and some of us got the same items. We had plenty of leftovers! They have to-go boxes available for you right next to the fountain machine, napkins, and cutlery. I got the onigiri and the salmon was a bit is dry, i probably wouldnt order that again. We also got kimbap, noodles, fried rice, rice cake dish, kimchi, and galbi - it was all delicious! It's hard to go wrong here! I would definitely come back to eat here again, but i gave four stars because if you order multiple items, you have to constantly get up to grab each item separately.
Order your food on their touchscreen and have a seat. They'll call your number and go pickup your tray at the counter. Drinks and utensils are all self serve. Pretty solid. We ordered the tuna and bulgogi gimbap, ramen and kalbi. Food was flavorful and portioned well. Love how the ramen comes out in the pot. read more
Taste: 5/5 Value: 4/5 Ambiance: 5/5 We stumbled upon this place by accident and I'm so glad we did! When you walk in, you can order at the counter or use one of the self-serve screens near the entrance. Seating is open, and you pick up your food from the counter when it's ready. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, with plenty of seating, even on a weekend, we had no trouble finding a spot to park or sit. Everything we tried was delicious and plated nicely. I'd definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again. read more
Driving towards my hotel when I spotted this place. Was not sure what to expect when i entered but was pleasantly surprised. The ordering process was easy. The menu is "simple" but with many well grouped dishes to choose from. The pictures were very helpful. Everything was cooked to order and came out hot and fresh. Plan on waiting a little bit but it is worth it. The spice level was just right for the spicy pork bento box I ordered. It did not overwhelm the dish. This place has the feel of a Korean restaurant inside a larger Korean market. There is very small section with some groceries and a lot of seating. Wish I had something like this closer to where I live. read more

I really enjoyed the food here! The fried chicken is super crispy and well covered in sauce. The portion size for an order of kimbap is also a lot, which is great for sharing! I got the traditional one, but my friends got different types and they were also very delicious. The restaurant also offers complimentary soup if you dine-in and the soup hits the spot if you want a warm meal. My friends and I didn't have to wait very long after we erred and paid for our food on the kiosk, which was nice, since we were all very hungry. The restaurant also had a really comfy and homey vibe to it, so it's great for a casual dinner with family and friends! read more

Love eating here for lunch! It's one of our go-to's. There's a kiosk where you can order your food, or you can order with a cashier. They play K-pop and have a little shopping area where you can buy makgeolli, soju, and other chips and snacks! You can also order poke bowls, Korean street food, bento boxes, and sushi! Loved their fried chicken and the corn dog. Definitely a good place to try out if you're in the area! They also have a takeout area and provide boxes, plastic bags, and cutlery for you to pack your food. So convenient! read more

Gosh, the menu and options at this place is amazing! There was also free soup for dine-in customers and ... the kimchi one, SO GOOD! You can order off a kiosk or at the front with a person. The ambiance is a bit blended, gives a dine-in restaurant feel but also a fast-food pick-up station where they call your number and you grab your items once it's ready. Def recommend giving it a try! read more

This location was a pleasant surprise. You place your order at a kiosk and they will notify you when it is ready. The chicken was crisp. The Kimbap was well crafted. The kimchi had a pleasant spiciness. We will definitely return. read more
Came by for late sunday night dinner and was so surprised how awful the service was. I asked the young lady a question and she treated me like I asked her to take my order. There is 2 kiosk so I placed my order myself and cleaned up my dishes. There is a little store in the restaurants you can buy items and ramen. Looked descent. The ambiance is not great and not helpful. I decided to get the few items I've had in the past at other Korean restaurant so unfortunately, I wasn't able to try new items. They offered complimentary soup but it was all gone, when my wife asked if they were going to put out more as there were a lot of patrons the young lady said no and walked away. I ordered veggie dumplings which was ok, the sauce it came with was very tasty. The katsu chicken was dry and flavorless. The shin soup was no great, so that went in the garbage. The egg was over done. The Galbi beef was tasty so they get one star for it. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning. There so many other options in Orlando to try. read more

We came here after work, and then came back two days later and the next week, obsessed with this place. A bit pricey, but I'm obsessed, foods great, atmosphere is cute. I love ordering on a kiosk, gives you a chance to look at everything. read more
Great menu selection. I was a bit overwhelming at first...but once I figure out the grouping of food options, it wasn't that bad. They offer Korean street foods, sushi, ramen, and more. We got the bento box, wings, ramen and tteok-bokki. We love everything but the ramen. They also give you FREE soup! 2 options: Kimchi and fish cake soups. Really good!! It's a counter service restaurant with cute decor. Great place to eat if you are around Florida mall area. read more

The ambiance is cool. Service was pretty fast. We used the kiosk to order. My brother and I split 3 of the Korean Street Food dishes: Bulgogi Burger (SO DELICIOUS!!), Chicken Wings Original no sauce was crispy and delicious with the sweet and ever-so-slightly spicy sauce off their condiment bar, and the rice cake/sausage skewers in teriyaki sauce. The sausage was great, but the rice cakes were a bit too chewy for us. Two weird small sodas that cost $4 each. We spent $50+, but really loved it! read more
So happy we found Izzi Korean Kitchen. Originally we were going to a Pho place nearby, but when I saw this place we had to check it out. I love that this has such a modern vibe to it. There's a cool market in the front with some Korean stuff to shop. You can choose to order your food right by the door through their computers or you can go to the register, and order with them. I chose to order with them and got a bento box and dolsot bibambap. It also comes with free soup that you can serve yourself. It's free when you dine in. It was fish cake soup and Kimchee soup. I liked the fish cake soup because the Kimchee soup was spicy for me. They have lots of options here including Korean street food options, kimbap, spicy ramen, Korean chicken wings, Korean burgers, & dogs just to name a few. I would definitely come back and try more. This is pretty close to the Florida Mall in Orlando and that's how we stumbled upon it. read more
I've been here so many times but it simply never gets old! They have so many options to try and everything tastes amazing! Their wide menu includes things like bibimpap, tteokbokki, sotteok sotteok, kimbap, as well as ramyeon, onigiri, and Korean fried chicken. Everyone will surely find something they like here. All the food is incredibly flavorful, I particularly love their kimbap and their fried chicken always hits the spot when I'm craving some. They also have a few dessert options. The strawberry shaved ice is great. Their set up is very efficient, with kiosks available to order from in addition to the manned register. The place is wonderfully decorated and the atmosphere is great. Love the squid game decor and the Kpop playing in the background. The staff are also all very nice! The prices are a little more than what you'd expect but considering the large portions for everything it makes sense. I'm pretty glad that they decided to change from a ayce kbbq place to this and I'll definitely be back to try more of their food. read more
Found this place b/c I wanted a Korean fix. While in Orlando, we stumbled to this Korean restaurant that served Korean street food in a strip mall. I read the reviews and decided to try some of the dishes others have recommended. This isn't your typical restaurant. It's almost cafeteria like where you serve yourself. You order through a kiosk and get your food at the counter when it's ready. I'm pretty sure a lot of fast food establishments will go this route really soon to save money on staff. I really like the decor and ambiance. It's a little between Korean store and modern cafe. Enough about the decor. How's the food? It's not bad. The kimbap was tasty and the chicken wings were delicious. We order the Chapagetti with a fried egg and it tasted better than when I made it at home. The most pleasing item in the menu was the bingsu (Korean shave ice). I'm pretty sure the other items on the menu were just as good. However, nothing beats California Korean food. Nevertheless, if you are on vacation to Disneyland and you're sick of American food, give this place a try. It's better than pizzas and hamburgers. And you can wash it down with some Soju. read more
Randomly decided to check out Izzi on a whim. As someone who loves to really look at everything in the menu, I was happy that there was the option to do self order your food at a kiosks. There was staff there that would take your order in person as well. I ordered the Spam Musubi, Spicy Salmon poke bowl, Bibimbap, a salmon Onigiri, and Sotteok. I ordered to go and everything came out quickly. The restaurant was large if you wanted to have a big group visit. Never had sotteok but it was delicious and tasted fresh. Highly recommend trying. The salmon onigiri was fresh and at $4.00 was a fair price. I was very surprised with the bibimbap and poke bowl. The amount of protein in each dish was substantial and delicious. Looking forward to trying other dishes in the future. read more

Though the tteok bokki was delicious, and the fish cakes tasted fresh instead of overly fishy like some places I've tried. I'm upset by the lack of diversity that I can have with my order. I wasn't able to add in, upgrade, or change anything for my tteok bokki. I did appreciate the free soups for dine-in service, it was a nice starter while we waited for our food to be made. The look of the restaurant was alright, nothing crazy but the prices were more than I expected for the food options and limited ability to change anything. If you don't care for price, they may be the place to be. read more

This place is a must for Korean food. We were sitting in the car waiting for them to open and we were not disappointed. You order at a kiosk and we couldn't decide so we ordered a ton of food. I absolutely love Korean fried chicken. They probably have some of the best I've ever had. The chicken was so moist and crispy. The sauce had a sweet flavor with very little spice it was so yummy. The corndog looked nothing like the picture but the cheese pull was immaculate and it was indeed delicious. My kids are the sushi before I could try it but they loved it. The ramen was amazing. Great broth perfect amount of spice. They also offer self serve soup a spicy kimchi and a fish soup. Both were great and perfect addition to any meal. Service was standard, but seriously the food is so good it didn't matter. read more
What is there to say that hasn't been said about this place? I absolutely adore this spot!! Izzi is a Korean restaurant filled with all sorts of traditional Korean street foods. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with Asian chips, drinks, and other convenience store items to really lean into this casual environment. But the casual look does not make the place any less cleaner, pleasing to look at, and comfortable. There's a good amount of seating and comfortable ones at that. I've gone three times since trying it out the first time. And each time, I've tried a new menu item. Everything I've had is out of this world for me. -The Izzi box is big and filling, and that bulgogi is to die for. Well seasoned, and great portion of it. Their japchae is also a slightly sweet, pleasant accompaniment. The rice and tempura are perfectly cooked as well. -The bimbambap? Stunning. It comes in a stone bowl, hot and still cooking and filled to the brim with fresh veggies and rice. One look at the picture and I'm drooling. -Finally, the cheese tteokbokki? My dish to share of choice. It's spicy, flavorful, and the cheese on top balances the whole thing out. I love this spot and rave about it to everyone who likes Korean food. The only warning I provide is that it's very self-service. You collect your food from the counter once it's ready and you also have to collect your utensils, drink, and plates. This is something I like a lot, especially since the take out trays and bags are also out in the open. It's easier than asking for things and really gives you a nice experience.
