There were only one or two people inside when I came in, and I was greeted right away with a smile and asked if I was there for pickup. There was a small misunderstanding with my order -- I thought the hot honey rub came with actual honey, but that was my mistake. Since it's a dry rub, my wings were a little dry to me. When I went back in and explained, the guy at the front was extremely kind. He told me that if I was unhappy, he could remake my wings and let me keep the original ones instead of throwing them away. That alone meant a lot to me. He remade my wings, didn't make me wait long at all, and even asked if I needed anything else -- all while answering phones and helping other customers. I asked for his name because I honestly don't usually get this level of service at Wingstop. His name is Tim, and he's the Assistant General Manager. My remade wings were crispy, fresh, and well seasoned, and I left very happy. Even though this location only has three stars, I'm giving them more because this experience genuinely touched my heart.
