Best friendly red head to take my order at the wing stop on Moss Rd. Great customer service!

They have gotten rid of the disrespectful staff. The people are very respectful now. Despite it being very hot. I'm so glad because it's so easy for me to grab food without the bs.? read more

Matia had great customer service and help me with my wingstop club membership. I really enjoyed my visit

I haven't had wing stop in a few years, but as I caves into my craving and stopped by this location on my way home. There was a 20 count boneless deal with a large fry for $17.99. You were able to choose 4 flavors. I remember loving their BBQ & Parmesan garlic. I arrived and my order was ready. This location had the nicest people working there. read more

Why are they always messing up orders at this location. Two times in a row now. Also why is it almost always an hour wait. Another thing. Why do the employees always feel like they can talk to you any way they want. Like we did something wrong. I see this probably being my last visit. There are plenty of other options out there. read more

Ordered the 6pc crispy tender meal with large fries and received an order of 5pc cold crispy tender (not so tender) with certainly NOT large fried but more like small order of soggy fries. If I could give Wingstop a ZERO rating I would. NEVER AGAIN First time ordering and last time ordering. We live about a 1/2mile or less from Wingstop. We ordered out because we were both under the weather. Right now the 5 (one of the tender was 1/2 the size of the others), so count as 4 1/2 tenders NOT 6 chicken tenders are in the air fryer with the fries to heat to make hot. Horrible experience!! read more

Writing this review pains me a bit. I've been a fan of wingstop now for at least the last 10 years- they've been the best wings in my opinion until the last bit of time. Wingstop was known for being able to get the order done fresh and right within 15 minutes, but sad to say that's changed. I placed an online order and was ready to pick it up. I went inside and found at least 4 different groups waiting. I wasnt acknowledged by the person working for a good 10-15 minutes. Eventually she asked my name but then carried on. The other people I was with came/went and another employee who seemed to be doing most of the work came up and asked what the name On the order was and lo and behold it was on the shelf the entire time. I had to ask for the drink that came with the meal because the first person never gave me my cup. Customer service would- at a minimum- recommend at least providing the cup during the wait. Another customer had some words with the person working who paid little mind, but all of the energy of this place was off. It's sad the quality has gone down so much. Hopefully they can get it together. read more

Stopped in at wing stop today for carry out and was pleasantly surprised regarding the service I received. The manager Mr Grady, took my order who welcomed me in with a smile and completed my order over and beyond. Kudos , to all for making this a great experience read more

Terrible service. Waited 45 minutes and they still hadn't started my order. Never again. I'll get wings at Publix next door.

First time trying the wings Five stars the service, the wings are amazing. I will continue buying at this location.

Terrible experience with online ordering at Wingstop Orlando Semoran Blvd (#814). I placed an order and kept receiving text messages every 30 minutes saying my food was on the way. After almost 3 hours of waiting, my order was cancelled, yet my account was still charged. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. Extremely frustrating -- I will never order from this location again. Poor service and no accountability. read more

Absolutely terrible experience, we ordered $80 worth of food from Wing Stop directly. Driver picked up food and cancelled delivery 5 minutes prior to expected delivery time (We waited over an hour). Called the store to remake the order for carry out and the new order was soggy, cold and not fresh. Super disappointed! read more

A review I never wanted to post. But unfortunately, something needs to be said. I was hosting a party this last weekend when we decided to order wings and fries from Wingstop from this location. We ordered online and waited. Once we received the order from their third party delivery service door dash, we proceeded to unpack the food. $80 order worth of food and they forgot one order of fries. I called the restaurant to let them know about the discrepancy but was hung up on several times without anyone saying hello. I made one other call and was told to hold on (I heard other people making orders for 3 minutes before they hung up on me again). Finally a manager got on the phone and she said they had no contact with the third party delivery service to bring the missing order and told me to come in and pick it up myself. Having to leave the party I was hosting, I drove to Wingstop to pick up the fries. Once I got there, I got the fries I had ordered. However, I wanted to speak to the manager again to see if I could at least get a refund on the $5 delivery charge since I had to drive out of my way to pick up a small order. The manager again politely said they can't do that since that charge goes directly to Door Dash. So then I asked how would we remedy this type of situation if Door Dash comes in and picks up an order that is not complete. She didn't know what to say. I know it gets busy, and missing items occur all the time. But if you expect someone to get charged $5 for a delivery fee and then have a customer drive back to get an order that wasn't fulfilled and NOT refund them the delivery fee, that seems wrong to me. Don't you think? Wingstop on 2520 S. Semoran, do better. read more

workers be doing anything back there need to rehire staff I order 15 combo came home to 5 tenders

I made a fairly large order while at work and chose to have it delivered. Well, only one bag was delivered. I called to inquire and was told the worker that gave my order to the guy delivering the food only gave him one bag and the other bag was there at the store. Then they ask if I can come pick it up and I'm like no that's why I had it delivered. Only other option was a refund for the food not delivered in which they could not provide anything in writing saying I was due a refund and it would take 7-10 business days to get the refund. So basically I have to trust that someone will know exactly what was ordered and how much to refund. Bad business... so you're taking a chance that these folks will get your order right and have it delivered and if not you have to wait a week or so. Think I'll find another wing spot!!!! read more

Well I've been to several other Wingstops for lunch/dinner and by far this was the worst one!! The parking horrible we circled around about 4 times before getting a parking spot. it's a Friday night and it's extra busy but if your kitchen/cooking area is open try and keep it somewhat clean. Placed our order 15 minute wait ok no problem. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands. The bathroom looks as though it hasn't been cleaned since they opened that morning. The floor was very slippery!! My order is ready and it's in a bag but we are eating in..he would of know that if he had asked. Food was hot couple of the wings could of used an extra 2 to 3 minutes of cooking time. Would I try this location again probably no time soon...I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to the Turkey Lake location. read more

this place sucks tremendously badly. i watched this lady bag and label every order at the pace of a sloth, like you couldn't move that slow unless you purposely tried to, and my order took 40 minutes to get because of her and her lazy team, meantime about 8 people walked in and all of their orders were late as well. a girl walked in saying they messed up her order and they refused to just give her the food she paid for, and they started making fun of her in the back and her parents had to come into the store and put all the employees to shame. every single one of you who worked there that night deserves to be fired. no one stepped up. no one rushed. no one took accountability. all a bunch of adults, how sad. read more

Things have changed yall. Frustrating experience tried to call them probably over 15 or 20 minutes. Just figured maybe they were super busy. Got inside the store and I'm sure it was some call in orders or whatever but they employees weren't acting as if there was any rush or any reason to not answer the phone. Mind you this is not the first time this has happened. Trying to call Ian and place an order over the phone. It was literally two people inside who were waiting around 9 PM. I walked inside to the counter. Nobody said nothing for over five minutes. Finally, a chick who wears glasses told the other chick with the hat someone's at the front corner. I was not greeted in any way. She just asked me am I placing an order or picking up. I placed my order and asked her how long would it be? She told me about 10 minutes. I went out to the car and came back inside 15 minutes later to just stand at the counter again for probably up to five minutes before one of the guys in the back got the same girls attention with the hat on and pointed to me. She didn't looked at me and I told her my name for my order and she told me it's almost ready. My order finally came someone else walked out with their food and say thank you but No one said anything because it seems they were too busy lollygagging. I got my food and told them thank you and left. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, I realized I did not have my chicken tenders I ordered. I went back inside with my receipt. Stood there again for a couple minutes before one of the guys in the back came and asked me what the problem was. Mind you the same chick who is running the front desk with the hat on was the closest to me. She then said oh, and another young lady with the glasses made my order that they forgot. She did apologize. I tell you there's no way I would have anyone like that working customer service at my restaurant. Whomever the owner is people like this will bring your business down from one owner to another. Horrible customer service. I will never go back to that location again. Also, my wings were not re-toss or well done as I asked. I was too pissed to take a picture. Ownership get rid of these people. Hire some people who care about your business and won't jeopardize you losing customers or slandering the place. It's crazy on these streets. I would leave zero stars if I could‼‼ read more

I wish I can add the video I got from the seffner location very disappointed none of the staff were using gloves to manipulate the food. I love the taste of the wings from Wing stop but every time I go there always an issue. Either my order in not correct, missing items or the flavors are wrong. So every time I go I make sure to double check everything. Today I was in a hurry and by the time I got home I noticed that my order was incorrect again. I paid extra to get all flats and out of the 20 wings I had only 6 flats. The flavor was correct and they didn't forget my ranch this time but come on guys, Get to together! The staff is not Friendly at all but I don't go there for them so to me I can careless. I just pick up and go. This keeps pushing me away from ordering food from here. read more

First, I don't write reviews, so let me get started with this review. I want to try their wings because the commercials looked like they might be worth a try. I was wrong. Second, I took 4 bites and chucked the rest in the TRASH. They were small, DRY with no TASTE at all. Don't know if they were chicken wings or pigeon wings. Third, the Ranch Dressings was watery. I never tasted or seen dressing so watery and tasteless. Fourth, the fries taste like they were fried in fish grease. The Grease must have been very old. Fifth, I would have done way better if I bought my own wings from the store, I would have been better off cooking my own wings. So, there you have it folks. I guess you might be okay with these wings if you were drunk and out of it and wanted something to eat quick. Don't waste your money. It's not worth it. read more

First customer service is rude and the place was really dirty and nasty and employed making food weren't even wearing gloves like Disgusting

I ordered online through UberEats. It took over an hour for the driver to receive the order. Wingstop erroneously reported that they'd given the order to the driver, when they hadn't. Because of this, I couldn't get my order canceled! This is unacceptable for such a mediocre meal! Never again. read more

2 stars for the good wings and fries. 0 stars For the customer service. Placed and order online at 8:16 PM. The pickup order time was 8:28. We arrived at 8:35 and asked for our order. The order was never put to the kitchen to be made. There were quite a few people waiting for their orders. We didn't get our food till after 8:45. I wish the employees spent more time on managing their orders and working on their customer service rather then "relax" and be on their phone in customer view. To make things even worse, while we were waiting there was a homeless man riding around in his wheel chair inside the restaurant. The overwhelming smell of urine was too much we had to go outside. The dining room was also filthy. read more

This is probably the worst Wingstop ever. You must check your sealed bags for accuracy because they leave stuff out. You pay extra for all drums and they still give you mix. You call and no one answers or helps you. No management there to fix anything or refund money. read more

If I could give Wingstop anything lower than a one star I would. My girlfriend and I showed up to this Wingstop on 7.27. 2022 at approximately around 11:30pm. The only reason we came to this Wingstop is because we saw that they close at midnight. Even the sign itself says open till midnight. We walked in and the employees are dancing to music singing songs and don't even acknowledge us or let us know that they will be right with us! Not only do they stand inside Wingstop for 5 mins why the employees continue to ignore us....after all that we finally see someone approach us just to let us know that they "stop taking orders for the night." AGAIN it's only 11:30 ish ..... How the sign say close at midnight and you telling me you done taking orders.... Please get Rick Ross on the phone ... I'm hungry and fed up. read more

Stopped by Wingstop yesterday to get lunch. I don't know this place doesn't look sanitized. A young lady working the fryer in regular clothes non slip resistant shoes and NO gloves. I did an online order picked up. Some gentleman very nice rang me out he walked up with his cellphone in his hand took money grabbed my food and proceeded to make another order. Never washed his hands or used gloves. Place was not cleaned and first experience wasn't everything. It was my break so I didn't even bother to return my food it was boneless Tuesday my wings were dry, nasty and not enough sauce to cover. My fries were old and disgusting. I almost want to say I want my $8.74 back. I will not return to this place. read more
