Ordered the 6pc crispy tender meal with large fries and received an order of 5pc cold crispy tender (not so tender) with certainly NOT large fried but more like small order of soggy fries. If I could give Wingstop a ZERO rating I would. NEVER AGAIN First time ordering and last time ordering. We live about a 1/2mile or less from Wingstop. We ordered out because we were both under the weather. Right now the 5 (one of the tender was 1/2 the size of the others), so count as 4 1/2 tenders NOT 6 chicken tenders are in the air fryer with the fries to heat to make hot. Writing this review pains me a bit. I've been a fan of wingstop now for at least the last 10 years- they've been the best wings in my opinion until the last bit of time. Wingstop was known for being able to get the order done fresh and right within 15 minutes, but sad to say that's changed. I placed an online order and was ready to pick it up. I went inside and found at least 4 different groups waiting. I wasnt acknowledged by the person working for a good 10-15 minutes. Eventually she asked my name but then carried on. The other people I was with came/went and another employee who seemed to be doing most of the work came up and asked what the name On the order was and lo and behold it was on the shelf the entire time. I had to ask for the drink that came with the meal because the first person never gave me my cup. Customer service would- at a minimum- recommend at least providing the cup during the wait. Another customer had some words with the person working who paid little mind, but all of the energy of this place was off. It's sad the quality has gone down so much. After almost 3 hours of waiting, my order was cancelled, yet my account was still charged. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. I made a fairly large order while at work and chose to have it delivered. Well, only one bag was delivered. I called to inquire and was told the worker that gave my order to the guy delivering the food only gave him one bag and the other bag was there at the store. Then they ask if I can come pick it up and I'm like no that's why I had it delivered. Only other option was a refund for the food not delivered in which they could not provide anything in writing saying I was due a refund and it would take 7-10 business days to get the refund. So basically I have to trust that someone will know exactly what was ordered and how much to refund. Bad business... so you're taking a chance that these folks will get your order right and have it delivered and if not you have to wait a week or so. Think I'll find another wing spot!!!! read more

this place sucks tremendously badly. i watched this lady bag and label every order at the pace of a sloth, like you couldn't move that slow unless you purposely tried to, and my order took 40 minutes to get because of her and her lazy team, meantime about 8 people walked in and all of their orders were late as well. a girl walked in saying they messed up her order and they refused to just give her the food she paid for, and they started making fun of her in the back and her parents had to come into the store and put all the employees to shame. every single one of you who worked there that night deserves to be fired. no one stepped up. no one rushed. no one took accountability. all a bunch of adults, how sad. read more

A review I never wanted to post. But unfortunately, something needs to be said. I was hosting a party this last weekend when we decided to order wings and fries from Wingstop from this location. We ordered online and waited. Once we received the order from their third party delivery service door dash, we proceeded to unpack the food. $80 order worth of food and they forgot one order of fries. I called the restaurant to let them know about the discrepancy but was hung up on several times without anyone saying hello. I made one other call and was told to hold on (I heard other people making orders for 3 minutes before they hung up on me again). Finally a manager got on the phone and she said they had no contact with the third party delivery service to bring the missing order and told me to come in and pick it up myself. Having to leave the party I was hosting, I drove to Wingstop to pick up the fries. Once I got there, I got the fries I had ordered. However, I wanted to speak to the manager again to see if I could at least get a refund on the $5 delivery charge since I had to drive out of my way to pick up a small order. The manager again politely said they can't do that since that charge goes directly to Door Dash. So then I asked how would we remedy this type of situation if Door Dash comes in and picks up an order that is not complete. She didn't know what to say. I know it gets busy, and missing items occur all the time. But if you expect someone to get charged $5 for a delivery fee and then have a customer drive back to get an order that wasn't fulfilled and NOT refund them the delivery fee, that seems wrong to me. Well I've been to several other Wingstops for lunch/dinner and by far this was the worst one!! The parking horrible we circled around about 4 times before getting a parking spot. it's a Friday night and it's extra busy but if your kitchen/cooking area is open try and keep it somewhat clean. Placed our order 15 minute wait ok no problem. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands. The bathroom looks as though it hasn't been cleaned since they opened that morning. The floor was very slippery!! My order is ready and it's in a bag but we are eating in..he would of know that if he had asked. Food was hot couple of the wings could of used an extra 2 to 3 minutes of cooking time. Would I try this location again probably no time soon...I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to the Turkey Lake location. read more

Things have changed yall. Frustrating experience tried to call them probably over 15 or 20 minutes. Just figured maybe they were super busy. Got inside the store and I'm sure it was some call in orders or whatever but they employees weren't acting as if there was any rush or any reason to not answer the phone. Mind you this is not the first time this has happened. Trying to call Ian and place an order over the phone. It was literally two people inside who were waiting around 9 PM. I walked inside to the counter. Nobody said nothing for over five minutes. Finally, a chick who wears glasses told the other chick with the hat someone's at the front corner. I was not greeted in any way. She just asked me am I placing an order or picking up. I placed my order and asked her how long would it be? She told me about 10 minutes. I went out to the car and came back inside 15 minutes later to just stand at the counter again for probably up to five minutes before one of the guys in the back got the same girls attention with the hat on and pointed to me. She didn't looked at me and I told her my name for my order and she told me it's almost ready. My order finally came someone else walked out with their food and say thank you but No one said anything because it seems they were too busy lollygagging. I got my food and told them thank you and left. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, I realized I did not have my chicken tenders I ordered. I went back inside with my receipt. Stood there again for a couple minutes before one of the guys in the back came and asked me what the problem was. Mind you the same chick who is running the front desk with the hat on was the closest to me. She then said oh, and another young lady with the glasses made my order that they forgot. She did apologize. I tell you there's no way I would have anyone like that working customer service at my restaurant. Whomever the owner is people like this will bring your business down from one owner to another. Horrible customer service. I will never go back to that location again. Second, I took 4 bites and chucked the rest in the TRASH. They were small, DRY with no TASTE at all. Don't know if they were chicken wings or pigeon wings. Third, the Ranch Dressings was watery. I never tasted or seen dressing so watery and tasteless. Fourth, the fries taste like they were fried in fish grease. The Grease must have been very old. Fifth, I would have done way better if I bought my own wings from the store, I would have been better off cooking my own wings. So, there you have it folks. If I could give Wingstop anything lower than a one star I would. My girlfriend and I showed up to this Wingstop on 7.27. 2022 at approximately around 11:30pm. The only reason we came to this Wingstop is because we saw that they close at midnight. Even the sign itself says open till midnight. We walked in and the employees are dancing to music singing songs and don't even acknowledge us or let us know that they will be right with us! Not only do they stand inside Wingstop for 5 mins why the employees continue to ignore us....after all that we finally see someone approach us just to let us know that they "stop taking orders for the night." You're better off having toddlers cook for you than eat from this place. I ordered 40 pc group pack that included fries and veggie sticks from their website for pickup. The order was placed at 10PM and we received the email stating the order would be ready in 38 - 43 mins. When we get there it's almost 11PM, so I can be sure it's ready to go. They tell us they don't know where the order went and had to wait an additional 40 min. so they can cook another batch. After about 15-20 mins we went next door to Dominos and ordered two pizzas and they still weren't done cooking the wings! The fries looked and tasted like they sat in the oil till the wings were done and the wings didn't even taste freshly cooked. To top it off we didn't get the veggie sticks.
