I been comming to this wingstop for some time and this new manager James is the man when it comes to treating his customers right.

I can see from reviews that Wingstop is not the location to order wings. Customer service, lack of.management and quality control for accuracy of orders, all sins of the commandments of food service. Wings, come on it's not fine dining. To many mom and pop wing places can simply provide quality food, on time ordering, phone answering and etiquette. Buffalo Wild Wings, Hooters etc., also do it better. Fix it or do it better. Therwise loose market share. read more

We placed an online order and paid for it. $55.00. We go to pick it up and they claim they never got the ofer but you got our money. The manager Ronald was not even looking for they found a receipt. If you found a receipt how come you don't have the order. My mother called the store and was left hold for 20 min. When he got on the phone he lied and said he offered to make the food but did not he kept asking for a confirmation email. And had a attitude when asked for the receipt that he said he didn't have to begin with. read more

The people that work here are miserable and rude. Absolutely no customer service at all. The wings are barely edible and the hot wing sauce stains your mouth and fingers. Yuck! There are no garbage cans to throw your trash in and it didn't look like the 2 behind the counter where about to start cleaning tables. They put your food in a bag even if you are dining in. They have food service employees cooking and bagging orders while not wearing a mask or gloves. Of the three employees I could see, only one was wearing a mask. One wasn't wearing one at all. The third was wearing one, but only over his mouth, not his nose. The only employee wearing gloves was the cashier. This is basic sanitation that every food service business should understand. read more

Not the best wings in Orlando but if im in the mood for wings and im not willing to wait a while I can go here. I've been to this location a handful of times and its never been busy so that I like. Came here to get takeout and also recently signed up for their club because it was my birthday. After placing an order online and going to pay at the store I showed them the free fries coupon they had sent to my email and they told me it needed to be PRINTED OUT and they couldn't accept it. Why do you want us to physically print out your coupon, waste paper and ink just for fries where the ink is probably more expensive than your fries?! Worst Wingstop location I have EVER been too. I'm very easy to please... but I ordered online and came in about 10-15 minutes later.. once arriving my order had not yet even been started. I waited over 45 minutes standing there staring... 45 minutes.... No exaggeration... how does it take an hour to make 10 wings?... the fries here also taste like complete trash. Don't know what they do but I do know they are not doing it correctly. They need to fire every employee at this business and start fresh.. if they were nice and took forever who cares... sh happens... but no, they're beyond rude and terrible employees. Bad consideration with customers I live 20 minutes from wingstop they got confused in my order they put me some very spicy wings they could not even eat, I called and with an unpleasant character told me to bring them back to the store after being 20 minutes back and forth I told her that I live far away and asked what she can do for me and she tells me to bring them that she will not give me free food as if I tried to keep the order. I ordered half Spicy Korean and half Garlic Parmesan..... the spicy korean was delicious but the garlic parm were extremely greasy. When my boyfriend asked the manager if we could get another flavor of wings for the garlic parm, she responded with a non caring attitude that she could not do anything for our dissatisfaction since "it's just because we don't like them not because there is something wrong with the food".. In the food industry, how you deal with customer service and dissatisfaction is crucial.. but its clearly not something this management values. I get inside and look to the floor, crumbs under tables and an empty place at noon, also not helping. Get the food home, I ordered traditional hot wings, celery and blue cheese. I have to say, I was very impressed with the food especially for what you're paying. $11 gets you 10 wings, fries and a drink. I ordered the hot Buffalo style and sweet BBQ. The hot Buffalo has a little spice in it so if you're into spicy food, it will hit you but it takes a while. Wasn't too thrilled about the sweet BBQ but overall the wings were really good. The fries really stood out. Seasoned and flavored. Overall, these wings are better than some major chain restaurants that are known for wings (hooters, wing house, etc) and cost half the price. We decided to give this place a try after seeing good reviews. The wing size was good compared to the ones you often get from your everyday pizza delivery spots but I've had bigger at East Coast Wings. I'd say they are comparable in size to Buffalo Wild Wings on the latter's good day. My husband tried the Mild and Teriaky flavors and he was pleased. I tried the Garlic Parmesan which were tasty but underwhelming. I also tried the Lemon Pepper and I'm sad to say I was disappointed. The flavors were not balanced or very good. I would not order again. The lemon was overwhelming. I finished it because I was hungry and heavily dipped in ranch. I wish I'd tried the more traditional flavors like BBQ or Teriaky. When I used to live in south East Florida, we had several Wing Stop locations. When I moved to Orlando in 2008, I was shocked to find there was only one location, which was in Casselberry. I had their phone number preset in my phone and when I was approximately 15 minutes away, I would call them so my order would be done as it always is in just 15 minutes. After seeing a billboard that Wing Stop opened a location just a few miles from my house, I was elated. Gone are the days of calling in advance and here are the days of more wings. Just as the location in Casselberry, this location has delicious, huge, flavorful wings with the best bleu cheese on the planet. Service is fast, employees are friendly....what more can you ask for?! read more

For a wing place, and really that is all they sell, it is damn good. I tried them with a 5 wing free coupon in the mail they sent and was impressed with the size and crispiness of the wings. I have also tried the boneless and they are not some frozen crap you typically see, even with sauce stayed crispy during 10 min drive home. Fries and cole slaw i have also tried both pretty good. The only complaint i would have is Garlic Parm.... yea you need to use fresh or at least minced garlic not just some garlic powder. If you are calling Pizza hut for wings you are making a mistake... these are double the size and cooked to order. You can also call ahead or order online, usually about a 10 min wait if you order and wait for them which I prefer to do so I make sure I get them the freshest. Their wings are cheap, yes, but the quality you get is horrible. I ordered two flavors to try out and I couldn't even stomach one of them (Teriyaki). It was so salty and the sauce they used was so strange, I couldn't even identify what kind of taste entered my mouth. A few of the wings were cold, meaning they weren't fried thoroughly and I could taste the frozen watery juices inside the chicken meat still. The fries were a little strange, they tasted really sweet? It's kind of like they tried to infuse BBQ sauce into their fries but they ran out of the sauce and added in a bunch of water to make up for it. It happened to be Super Bowl Sunday and we just wanted to pick up some wings and bring them back home. So we placed an order for 30 wings, it came with a basket of fries, and carrots and celery sticks (with ranch or blue cheese dressing). We picked this mango habanero, Louisiana rub, and lemon pepper. After going to a few other local spots I have to say we were quite impressed with our batch of wings. My husband likes them extra crispy and ordered it that way. When he got home they were still hot and crispy! The wings were juicy and quite flavorful. My favorite so far is the Louisiana rub, and I liked the mango habanero and lemon pepper equally the same. The fries were seasoned and most likely better at the location but did just fine when brought home. We will definitely be coming back from time to time to try other flavors! read more
