Who doesn't love good wings?? The hubs and I have searched on our end of Orlando and recently came across Wingstop. It happened to be Super Bowl Sunday and we just wanted to pick up some wings and bring them back home. So we placed an order for 30 wings, it came with a basket of fries, and carrots and celery sticks (with ranch or blue cheese dressing). We picked this mango habanero, Louisiana rub, and lemon pepper. After going to a few other local spots I have to say we were quite impressed with our batch of wings. My husband likes them extra crispy and ordered it that way. When he got home they were still hot and crispy! The wings were juicy and quite flavorful. My favorite so far is the Louisiana rub, and I liked the mango habanero and lemon pepper equally the same. The fries were seasoned and most likely better at the location but did just fine when brought home. We will definitely be coming back from time to time to try other flavors! read more

This is my favorite wing place. Good prices, very friendly staff, great food. My only issue is that some of their wing flavors are seriously lacking. Teriyaki was garbage. Just awful. But some of their other flavors I've tried are really good: hot, mild, garlic parm and BBQ. You can order ahead or online but I usually order at the counter. The wait isn't too bad. Louisiana Rub & BBQ, BOOM!... You're welcome.. I I've tried pretty much all of the flavors, many of them are weak. Lemon pepper is meh, Garlic parm is super weak(waste of money), the Hawaiian is also weak, spicy korean is like a weird teriyaki, teriyaki is teriyaki, Cajun ain't bad and the others are just hot. Cajun seasoning on the fries is also the way to go and If you don't like flimsy soft fries, better order them well done/extra crispy. I've tried the boneless as well and for some odd reason boneless wings don't taste the same as traditional, it's like they don't take the flavor the same way.. Weird.. The place itself is clean, no problems with the staff, this is my go to spot when I just want a quick order of wings. Bread rolls are a plus and although, flavor wise, there's a lot of room for improvements, I give wingstop two thumbs up.... Just gotta find a flavor you like. read more

Wings are generally good. However their online ordering now SUCKS. This is probably the 6th or 7th time getting wings here and the second time I have ordered online. First time, no problem, this time, I placed the order but when I got there to pick up my wings no food ready. Why? Well, apparently they won't prepare a "large" order without some kind of confirmation, like an order of 30 wings is a large order. Well, I noticed a couple of calls to my cell phone from an unfamiliar number but NO voice message. As it turns out their policy is they CAN'T leave you a message! This is crap, now I am standing here waiting for wings I should already be home enjoying. AND they no longer have the spicy Korean sauce which was their best sauce. Ok I came here cause someone I know said they had some good wings here, and I'm a wing fanatic. They told me they had some great garlic Parm wings, so I gave those a try along with some mango habanero wings. EXTREMELY annoyed with the customer service at this Wingstop just now. First their app didn't work and the young lady I got on the phone seemed to not be interested in taking my order at all. Actually hangs up and when I call back she tells me that she couldn't hear me. Transfers me over to another young man mid order and he starts to talk over me and then hands the phone right back to her. She continues to talk over me. I just got frustrated and hung up. Great place for wings! I love their lemon pepper dry rub. I pick mine up after ordering online. It's an easy process and my order is typically ready when they say it will be. Love the variety of sauces here, as well as their fries. If you decide to order at the restaurant, the people working there are always very helpful with their suggestions. They recently opened this location which is so close to home, one Friday after coming home from being at Aquatica all day we decided to pick up something yummy to take home to eat, since we were soo hungry. I picked the deal with the 15 wings, large fries and 2 drinks. I picked lemon pepper & garlic parmesan for the 2 flavors. I was so disappointed when i got home. The wings were okay, the lemon pepper tasted better than the garlic parmesan, the fries....soo DISAPPOINTING. They were soggy, not crunchy, so oily & they tasted sweet and salty (suppose to be like that, but no good). One of the best places I've had the pleasures of eating at. This is my second time here and the staff is polite and helpful in crafting your order to get the best bang for your buck. I ordered online. I did 30 wings deal with a large French fries. We picked 3 sauces for 10 wings each sauce. Garlic parm, Hawaiian, and BBQ. We picked parm for our fries, I get there to pay for the food and the woman behind the counter started to hand me my card back it was already in my hand and she snatched it back say "oops I messed up" excuse me ! Then I get my food and my fries are not in a covered container just all over the bowl in the bag. They were cold and not edible considering only live 1.6 miles away they should have Still been hot but nope! They mixed the BBQ and Hawaiian wings together good job since I'm Alergic to a product in the BBQ and it was stated in the notes. I called to complain about it and she gives me an attitude saying I could come back. No I ordered to go for a reason I wanted to go home!
