First time here, came for Music Bingo and the half off appetizers. $7 for chicken tenders and $5 for fried pickles!? That's amazing prices for today's economy! They are located in a strip mall off of E Michigan in a corner spot. They have a hole in the wall/ Dive Bar feel. Pretty cool vibe. The service was very good! There was only one server on for the whole restaurant. She was taking care of at least 10 tables through the restaurant. She was very polite and explained this, and tried her best to be present for us. The Wing Fingers and fried Pickles were pretty good! The food is SO GOOD! Let me tell you, this is a Philadelphia Eagles bar through and through - no matter what day of the week it is, the owner i've been told, is a major Eagles fan. So - if you don't care about that then maybe this isn't the bar for you during this time to the year, but it is so fun! The drinks are moderately priced, $7 cocktails are not bad! The ambiance is your typical sports fan type vibe; highly recommend. We came here for a concert. My first time. Big place. We did not eat food. Air Conditioner was either not working on not down enough. Place was packed and we we sweating so bad.!. Only two waitresses working the floor but there was a sweet one that kept bringing us water. We stayed the 3 1/2 hours. I think they should move the tables when they have big bands so we can dance. It's a pretty low key place tucked into the corner of a shopping plaza. First time we came here was months ago and it seemed like it may be a cool place to hang every once in a while, so we decided to give it shot. Honestly, it was a pretty mid neighborhood bar, but since there isn't much around the area we thought we might give it a second go around. My friend got wings and I tried one. The flavor was nice but wing was a little soft. The trivia guy came around, but never came to our table, which was crazy because he was literally at the table next to us when we noticed him. Bottom line is they aren't welcoming, have no real deals or happy hour, and I don't think they actually like new business or newcomers. read more

I've been coming here periodically for years. It's a nice big sports bar. They even host Micro wrestling events here. Today I was here for a friends 50th Bday. The wings are great and the beer ice cold. The service was great. Especially when one of the party goers passed out, face planted on the table top. This was our first time visiting the Wing Shack. We didn't come for the food; we came for the Rock-N-Roll. Tonight was Poison and Motely Crue tribute bands Talk Dirty and Primal Crue. As always, these two bands bring the entertainment anywhere they go and do not disappoint. If you see one of the bands you will most likely see both because Bill Hamilton, the singer and Jette Decker, the drummer plays back-to-back in both bands; total beasts! Tickets were $10 at the door and $20 for VIP which secured you a seat. First impressions of the Wing Shack were horrible because either their AC was kept at a higher temp on purpose or it just wasn't working altogether. We asked the staff if they could drop the temp some; however, they informed us they are not allowed to make adjustments. Maybe someone needs to contact corporate because this place is at max capacity and everyone who paid to get in is leaving early because it is that bad. Or was the idea to make everyone sweat so they will order more drinks, NOT because all I drank was water with a lot of ice along with many other concert goers tonight. I do have to hand it to the two waitresses who worked the floor because they managed to keep up with all the patrons and continually bring out ice water by the pitcher, you ladies are wonderful! My other complaint is that someone had the bright idea to block nearly the entire dancefloor with the VIP tables so the band has to perform in front of a bunch of bumps-on-a-log all night. Management needs to set the tables up in a horseshoe layout so the VIP still gets a good view but the dancers can get out there to engage with the band. That seating arraignment alone makes me not want to come back for a show in the future. Even though our experience tonight wasn't perfect; I do have to mention that the food looked good and the drinks were reasonably priced. I didn't purchase any beer or my usual whiskey and ginger ale, but I did notice most of their specialty cocktails were running $9. There are two pool tables here if you want to get your game on, there is ample seating throughout, the restroom was remarkably clean even with the crowd, and the staff here are super friendly; without the sweet waitress going around with pitchers of ice water I don't think we would have stayed the duration of the show; we discussed heading home to the Alley to finish out our night with Hypersona instead. One of our friends comes here often and said this isn't the first time it was crazy hot during a show, and it has progressively gotten worse. So, whatever is going on I suggest they fix it soon because you're killing the band and their friends. Word gets around quick in our Rock-N-Roll community. It's a 35-40-minute ride for us to get here and we won't make the trek again to sit in a sauna especially when it is cooler outside then in the bar. read more

I came to wing shack to watch the NFC championship game between the eagles and the commanders. This is a Philly bar and it was AWESOME. I'm an eagles fan myself so I really enjoyed myself but even the commanders fans that were there seemed to have fun. The food was good but the stand out item was the Philly cheesesteak. Oh my god the chef making the cheesesteaks outside was so good. Kudos to you brother. God has blessed you with the ability to make an amazing cheesesteak. I can honestly say it was one of the best cheesesteaks I've eaten. The only thing I would change is to make it bigger!!! The place was very crowded and I am not sure if that's how it usually is but it was really hard to walk around and get by. It was almost shoulder to shoulder but it was a special event so it probably isn't always going to be like that. Found them on Uber eats hoping to visit the actual restaurant one day. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap it didn't say served with fries on the app so I ordered a side of onion rings and curly fries. I got my food lol they came with fries. I thought the wrap is coming with actual buffalo sauce on the side like the photo showed or at least on the wrap but it didn't. Luckily I have buffalo sauce at home. It says with an order of blue cheese or ranch. I received ranch with my onion rings because it was an option to select. Can't wait to try the cheese cake. When I entered the restaurant (mid-day) the exterior seating area hadn't been cleaned and it was greasy, a mess with paper towels, & junk plus assorted food stuff on the tables and ground. I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience at The Wing Shack, as it left me feeling disrespected and deeply disappointed. From the moment I sat at the bar, the bartender, Breana, was dismissive and unprofessional. Despite multiple attempts to get her attention--calling her name and raising my hand--she repeatedly ignored me, even making direct eye contact at times without acknowledging me. It wasn't particularly busy, so the lack of attention felt deliberate. When Breana finally approached me, she didn't offer a drink menu or any sort of warm greeting. Moments later, she gave the women seated next to me a menu without hesitation. I politely asked her why I wasn't offered one, and she still did not respond. I ended up asking the guests beside me if I could look at their menu just to place an order. Even after that, when I was ready to order, she continued to engage with other patrons and ignored me again until I firmly said, "Excuse me, I'm not done ordering." She eventually took my order and brought my food but was once again unavailable when I needed lids to take the rest of my meal home. I had to physically get up and ask someone else for help. At that point, I couldn't help but think--what if I had just left without paying? She hadn't been attentive to me at all. When she finally did approach to process my payment--after I had moved to another part of the venue--I left no tip, as I truly felt I had not received any level of service. I even wrote a note on the receipt expressing how I felt. Her reaction was very telling: she appeared visibly upset and spent the remainder of the evening throwing glances our way, rolling her eyes, and clearly speaking about us within earshot. It felt immature and incredibly unprofessional--more like high school behavior than hospitality. What hurt the most was how excluded and dismissed I felt. As an Afro-Latina woman, I couldn't help but wonder if that had something to do with the way I was treated. I don't like to make assumptions, but being overlooked, ignored, and treated with such indifference is not something anyone should experience--especially in a public setting where hospitality should be a priority. To their credit, I did speak with the Assistant Manager toward the end of the night, who sincerely apologized on Breana's behalf and even offered a round of drinks. While I appreciated the gesture, it doesn't undo the poor service and how uncomfortable I felt throughout the evening. This experience left a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. I had looked forward to enjoying a night out, but instead left feeling disrespected and invisible. I will not be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope management takes steps to ensure all guests are treated with equal respect and care. read more

There are 2 great Eagles Football sports bars in Orlando, Florida. One is the Wing Shack and the other is Cavo's. The two are quite different. Wing Shack is very large with indoor and outdoor seating. There's plenty of parking. The atmosphere inside is fabulous. Here, they chant the Eagles song after a touchdown, and they even play mummers song at the end... How fun! They have fabulous 50-50 raffles: When I was there, they raffled off tickets with flights to an Eagles game! On the not so good side, the food is just so-so. We ordered early 1st quarter, and the food came out in drips and drabs in the 3rd quarter. Cavo's is a little smaller, but also has indoor and outdoor seating. You have to find street parking, which could be challenging. The atmosphere is also fun, but a little bit more subdued. There are less TVs . The day that we were there, they also put on a Miami game on one TV . There are no chants of the Eagles song, and no 50-50 raffles. One thing Cavo's has going for it is the food. Much better than Wing Shack...Excellent actually, and you can come just for good food. Mama Kelsey has also been spotted here as she seems to live nearby. You must try both! Quite an experience! Calling all Philly fans! The energy of the city of brotherly love can be found in this gem on East Michigan Street. I was born and raised in South Jersey, about 30 minutes from Philly, and sorely needed a piece of home. For years my friend group consisted of every other NFL fan besides the Eagles. My Sunday's were uneventful until I found Wing Shack. I was shocked to see that there was an Eagles bar in Orlando, but I couldn't wait to go. I knew the second I stepped in there that I had found where I was going to be watching every game I could. The food is great, and the people are even better. The wings were completely overcooked, dry, and smaller than anything I've ever seen. Pretty sure the bones were bigger than the meat on them. I couldn't tell if I was biting into bone, meat, or skin because they were so over cooked. I ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls also and they clearly are frozen pieces of crap that were obviously deep fried then sat to the side and deep fried again, absolutely disgusting. We had a large group but they were informed prior and still only had one bartender and one server for the entire place during one of the biggest NFL games of the season. The inside definitely looked like a shack, they didn't even have the decency to hang the jerseys in the cases properly. Absolutely awful, will never return.
