If I could give zero stars, I would. Called in our order first thing when they opened today, not even a huge order. Thought that would give them plenty of time. Hubby got there early even to pick up order. There was about 25 people who had been waiting over an hour and a half for their orders. It's now 2.5 hours later and he's just leaving to come home with our order!! I would have expected a small discount or something. Nothing. Way to ruin Super Bowl Sunday! I live very close to Wing Shack and frequent it pretty regularly since it's so conveniently located and I typically get great service. Wing Shack has really stepped up their game over the last year or so. They have regular food and drink specials and bands on Fridays and Saturdays. Their burgers are really good and that is coming from someone that isn't a big burger fan. I also like their egg roll appetizer and you can't go wrong with mozzarella sticks! They have some great wing flavors; I just wish the wings were larger and more consistently cooked. Sometimes they are crispy and sometimes they lean towards the soggy side. The team members I have encountered have all been great. Every server I've had along with the bartenders have always been attentive and friendly. Sometimes they have patio service which is great because I enjoy their outdoor patio. I wish it was a little more consistent as well. They used to do outdoor trivia also which was fun. Hopefully it comes back! Overall, this is a cool place to hang out. It's low key, there's a good selection of menu items, the drink specials are good, and the service is good! A neighborhood bar that offers cold beer, potent mixed drinks, food and friendly bartenders and servers to bring them all to you. I'm at with a group of friends who are the other night and proceeded to have a very good time. Service was prompt and friendly and the beer was cold. We come here for the eagles games. It is a hugeeeee eagles bar. Need to get here early or u won't have a seat- or standing room. Haven't been here aside for when the games are on. It looks like a dive bar, and u wouldn't expect much from here- but the food is actually pretty good ! They don't really have a good beer selection, so I stick to my white claws. I really like their mozzarella sticks- they don't taste like those frozen ones from like Costco or Walmart- and are actually really good. Of course their wings are good- they have to be, in order for them to be called "wing shack". Beer pretzels are good too. I would recommend coming here for sports games, and just for a sports bar in general. read more

We came in on Sunday the 18th of February at 2:45pm. sitting and waiting for over 5 minutes the server decided to go greet a table that arrived after we did. They won't split flavor of wings unless you order a larger portion. The music was extremely loud and the lighting was very low. Couldn't even see the menu. The table that arrived after we did got their food before we even received our nonalcoholic drinks. The restaurant was very empty and zero excuse for having to wait so long. There are a total of only 10 patrons in the restaurant including our party of 3 & the 3 at the bar. On a side note the server decided to scream the word "BITCH" because it was in a song that was blaring. Definitely don't take your kids here. I should have known how bad this place is as we walked in due to the nasty ashtray overflowing right outside the entrance. I ordered UNsweet tea but they apparently they only have sweet and won't make any unsweet. Water it has to be. Be warned if you are asthmatic due to the fact that the bartender didn't seem to care about the woman vaping at the bar. read more

Called and placed a To Go order at 10:12. Was told the kitchen closes at 10:45 and food would be ready in 15-20 mins. Make sure to actually check your order once you arrive. My order was wrong and also short. 10 wings ordered as all flats and received 9 wings 6 drums 3 flats. Informed server that the wings were not all flats and the $2.00 up-charge was removed. Order could not be fixed because the cook had clocked out. Once we got home is when I noticed my order was short. Yes, some may say it's only 1 wing however, I paid for product I did not receive on top of my order being made wrong. This isn't the first time this has happened either and we gave this place a few months off to see if things would get better. It hasn't. Hubby really loves their Trophy wings. We stopped here this past Saturday night after a day on the lake to grab a bite to eat. I probably hadn't been here in close to 9 years since I don't live on that side of town anymore. It literally looks exactly the same. Service was ok. Decent but nothing special. They had a band setting up and I'm not sure if they have live music every Saturday but I'm guessing they must have it often since there's a stage. Our food was good. I got the cheesesteak and it was very flavorful and cooked well. I did love that they give you a choice of crinkle or curly fries. I've always had a good experience when coming here. I know no place is perfect, but overall I like the food and atmosphere. The only thing (in the past) I didn't love was that at times they didn't seem to play music, unless people were paying to use TouchTunes (but it's been 3-4 months since I've noticed that, so that may not be the case anymore). On live music nights, it can be pretty loud... but it's a bar and it's live music, so it's to be expected. If it's too loud, they do have outdoor seating (smoking is permitted, just to warn) and sometimes they even have an outdoor bar that's open. There are a lot of regulars who come here, so be prepared for that, the place can get super busy. I've always experienced really good customer service and enjoyed myself. I've never had any issues with people being weird or rude (customers or staff). But we live in a society, so even if another customer was acting rude to me, I wouldn't fault the establishment for that (there are rude/crazy people EVERYWHERE, it's part of life, sadly). For the food, there have been a couple times where things like my fries/tater tot's were a little under cooked, but I've prevented that by telling them I like my fries/tots extra crispy. No harm no foul. The southwest chicken egg rolls are great. I've liked all the burgers I've tried. The Buffalo chicken wrap is good. I am in love with their curly fries. The wings are also good. Honestly, I would say the food/service has been consistent since I started coming here regularly 6-7 years ago. If you want a fancy or posh restaurant, this is not the place for you. This is a local bar with a large food/drink menu, pool tables, and live music. I enjoy coming here and don't plan to stop anytime soon. read more

Went for their weekly wing special. I ordered the jerk and cajun flavors, girlfriend grabbed the mild and the garlic parm. Perks: Cassie was an absolute gem of a server. She stayed polite and attentive the entire time. Garlic parm was perfect, jerk was tangy and on point, wings themselves were crispy and pretty perfect. Cons: Girlfriend's "mild" wings came out with absolutely no sauce at all. Not sure if this was a jerk move from the kitchen, or just an oversight. Nobody seemed phased by it, but we did eventually get the sauce on the side. The Cajun flavor was just over-seasoned wing sauce. Nothing to order a second time. A lot of the staff were visibly bored and wandering about, or talking to their friends who stopped in. It's a chill bar setting, but that's obviously annoying when you're a paying customer that might need something. Overall: Definitely a better experience than our first try, where our server acted like she was tweaking on uppers and our wings took 25mins to come out. We'll go back, but not scheduling it any time soon. read more

The wife and I ordered 10 wings and a cheese steak sandwich via a delivery service. The driver showed up way late with just the wings and was almost in tears because she had to wait for half an hour for our order and they handed her a bag that they said was the whole order but she knew was not. She delivered it anyway because she had no other choice and said that the the person running the restaurant kept running around not knowing what was going on. We have ordered from here a lot in the past and usually this place is very good but there is no excuse for not sending out what folk order especially at the inflated prices of delivery services. Great Eagles football atmosphere, but don't come hungry on game day. We have had to cancel our food order twice because it just took way too long to arrive. They aren't equipped with enough staff on the floor and I am guessing kitchen on a Sunday. It's disappointing, because it's the only place we have found that's a true Eagles fan bar!!!! We love going to the Wing Shack to watch Eagles games. Today, however, was a bizarre experience. We ordered the usual cheesesteak with fries. For the first time ever, the server gave us a ticket to order and wait for our cheesesteak outside. Also fries no longer came with the cheesesteak and had to be ordered as a side. The problem with this system was that the person cooking the cheesesteaks on the griddle outside clearly never did this before. He did not have a knife and the rolls were too big for the amount of steak he was cooking. So he ripped the roll in half with his hands then opened the roll with his hands before adding the cheesesteak! It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. We were so grossed out by this that we replaced our cheesesteak order with wings. The wings did not arrive at our table until late in the 3rd quarter. As I said , this is a great place to watch an Eagles game, but they need a huge improvement on the food service! read more

Service is horrible here. Yes its a bar and drink prices are cheap just cuz there cheap doesn't mean you should get horrible service. Bartenders have a huge attitude and horrible cutomer service skills. Wings are good but not great just cuz wings are good again doesn't mean u should get horrible customer service. Comming back checking on customers is also important and not forgetting there drink. My lady waited 10 minutes for a drink and other people got served before and ordered after, it wasn't even a busy night. This is our third time here and this time will definately be our last.
