Really missing our old Wing Shack, stopped by Saturday night and the service was really bad. Hopefully they will find more help. read more

Ordered through Uber Eats that showed a 15-20 min. delivery time; 55 min. later... There was no fried pickles, the crinkle fries were cold and soggy the chicken wrap was cold & not very tasty. The chicken wings were cold and not extra crispy or crispy at all and we did not get any blue cheese only ranch which we didn't ask for. read more

I want to leave a good review but I can't. The food was less than mediocre and the kitchen was beyond slow. The Manger couldn't have cared less. That's no way to run a restaurant. read more

Wife noticed that Wing Shack had refunded the credit card purchase. Big Kudo's for that.

Good wings I recommend the hot wings or jerk. Philadelphia theater but Great place even if you're not a philly Eagles Phan.

This place has been so comforting to me the time I have been. The food delicious. The service exceptional. The vibe immaculate. Honestly the place to be. read more

Selena u were awesome wings were perfect as ordered and pitchers fast and on point thank you

The wings were cold and extremely over cooked and dry. I did complain and they remade them. they finally came out warm but were still extremely dry and over cooked. the staff is just weird a young male waiter introduced himself and then said his girlfriend wouls be our server. but they both walked with each other around like dogs on leashes. Made us very uncomfortable. what a waste of $52 I'm completely disappointed and will not be back. The live music was good though. read more

Best wings I have ever had. Not kid friendly though the bar tender was talk pretty raunchy to some men customers. Sit outside or get them to go but definitely great wings! read more

I have to add a star because I had the nachos and well...they were AWESOME! Went back for the most horrific football game I have ever witnessed since...well the week before. However, the E-A-G-L-E-S fans were still in the house with H-O-P-E =) I am not really sure what else to say but if you are not a sports fan and are not sure what happened...the Eagles basically didn't show up so...as soon as that game was over the bar was EMPTY! It was kinda funny. Anyway, I did want to update this review because before when I was reviewing this place I was not reviewing it correctly. If you go in there with expectations set that it is a Sports Bar (heavily towards the Eagles) this is a pretty good bar. Ton of TVs and funny, friendly servers. If you walk in there not knowing what to expect, you are NOT going to be wowed. So, next football season, I will most likely be back. Other sports events...not too sure but maybe. read more

Wing Shack - Chicken Wings Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Slow service in order taking & beverage delivery! Server Josh wasn't listening when I gave specific info about what I didn't want on my food & the wrong item was given and in addition to the already long wait we had to wait even longer because he had to have the food corrected! It took 30 minutes to bring out the food after getting our beverages which is too long! A female worker turned off the light and why? She must eat in horrible lighting at her home because that is a sign of narcissistic behavior! I had to ask Josh 3 times if the light can be switched on and he didn't reply until I asked him lastly and he said that can't! Why not? I got a lame answer which doesn't surprise me. In the restroom there was almost no soap in the Dial soap dispensing pump. The napkins are the same ones that they have in the dispenser on the tables! They're small so ya have to use 3! If I could I would give zero stars. read more

Came here for Orlando Burger week. I got wings and my fiance got the burger special. Didn't come with fries, as it was only $5, but pretty solid food. Loved the wings, burger was good, and fries and potato skins were as expected. Overall a bit pricey for the atmosphere and offerings, but I'm not unsatisfied after this meal. read more

Went for the first time to check it out! Had a great experience. They were setting up for Super Bowl, staff was super friendly. Our waitress Chrissy was awesome! Wings were great! They have checkers at the table which was great for our child. Wraps were great as well. We will be going back again! read more

Went here last night because I was feenin' for some chicken wings. Wing Shack has a decent selection of flavors and I especially like that you can get your wings grilled also. They have a signature sauce, the "Trophy" wing sauce, that's pretty good. It's your typical sports bar type atmosphere. Low-key and laid back. One side of the restaurant has quite a few pool tables... there's a large bar in the middle... and there's TV's everywhere tuned to whatever sport happens to be on at the time. Our server was pleasant and our food came out quick. It satisfied my wing craving and the price was right! I'd definitely go back for some more yummy eating! read more

I was in here last Sunday when the "day party" was occurring. This a family restaurant and bar. The night club affect (music, girls in bunny outfits (easter?) with rears exposed was completely inappropriate for the demographics ( middle class suburbia) This is not downtown or south beach. No parent is going to bring their family in with this environment. Sunday afternoon, not even a weekend night. I believe you should seek other forms of entertainment given the customer base, neighborhood and time of day. JS. read more

Hands down the worst dining experience I think we've ever had. I'm truly not being melodramatic. It was awful upon dreadful. Not sure where to even start besides the obvious - we would never return nor recommend others to. But read all the way because we're saving the best for last. For whatever reason, whenever we drive by - the outside has a few people smoking so we assume the inside was busy too. Finally gave it a go because we guilty Love wings and bar food. The floor was sticky, the wings were cold and re-cooked. We know this because the wings had been cooked then sat around so the cook will flash fry again causing an extra ring of tasteless batter. Not good at all. Barely coated in the sauce we ordered. We were suckers and got the $7+ buffalo chicken dip that was not only Luke-warm but had perhaps a quarter inch of oil sitting at the half of a cup of dip in a jar. Gross and a total waste of $. Our server was super strange and would walk away before us finishing a sentence and refused to make any sort of engagement with the table. Wasn't just us. AND...last but not least. We had the "honor" of sitting near the back by the hallway. This happened to be where the two male managers were apparently making the schedule. We assume this because one at a time a female server would go chat with the younger manager and beg for shifts and complain about hours. They would walk away and he would stare creepily at their butts until another server came up to do the same. What a pleasant atmosphere. Would never return and would never recommend to anyone. Eating from a dumpster would be less painful. read more

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. The service is absolutely horrible. One of the waitresses named Demitra tried to put her hands on me and fight me in the bathroom. I spoke to the manger and he told me he would fire her and never did. They spit in my food numerous times as well. I made a police report and they are being investigated. The kitchen is also disgusting. They only clean for inspections. I have a picture to show I really ate there and am not lying. I don't know how this place even is open still. read more

Wing Shack - Chicken Wings Near Me - Orlando, Florida

They do a great job as an all around local hangout. Bands on weekends are a big draw, as are sports events. They have a solid bar food menu, with wings as the star attraction. The drinks are priced well. The crowd is mostly locals and mostly know each other. read more

My husband and I moved here 3 years ago. Our next door neighbor recommended the Wing Shack and we were excited to find a local place to hang out after work with good wings and drinks. Unfortunately, the pandemic and change of ownership have left little to be desired. We have gived the place two chances because this place really has a lot going for it, but when the wait staff does not even notice you for 15 minutes and we walk away, there is nothing good to say. We were willing to tolerate the price hike and changes. But if these changes are not going to also offer excellent service, then there is no point in returning. read more

Wing Shack - Chicken Wings Near Me - Orlando, Florida

We've been going to WingShack for years. Sometimes bad service. Sometimes okay service. Tonight took the cake. Band was great. Service was non-existent. We were there for 3 hours and not once did anyone come to our table to see if we needed anything. (Only one server on their floor). And the bar was packed so getting a drink from there was out of the question. Thankfully I didn't have to rely on their horrible service. Not only that but there were children (under 10) on the dance floor up until midnight with their mother videoing them and thinking they were cute. Not the place for children, but maybe the place for a competent (or existent) waitstaff? Not sure how long this place will stay in business under this new management without servers who actually serve. read more

Amazing new manager, Wanda. She is so personable and hands on. Great wings and staff!

Worst service in the history of mankind. They removed our party form the establishment because one of us wore a redskins jersey. This place gets 5 stars. I'm not easy to impress with wings, living in Buffalo, NY made me feel like a bit of a snob. Sauce was great, wings were awesome. I would have given 6 stars but I only got 1 flat and 9 drums, I wasn't even mad. Well done Wing Shack. One of the reviews I read said they knew you were good because Chicken was in your name. They were right, well..... mostly! read more

Just went to Wing Shack. Says new ownership on TV but I'm wishing for the old. We ordered spinach dip and waited 40 minutes. No dip. And server never came by again. All the while Uber Eats pick ups we're happening. Had to go grab server to cancel dip and she said not her fault that there were no managers working. I guess if you don't order through Uber Eats don't plan on getting food. Don't bother. read more

I'm truly giving Wing shack 2 stars out of generosity because this place used to be awesome. Great service and some really good wings. Lately, most likely due to the new management, they've let this place go down hill big time. Service is slow and rude. I've gone in lunch time, sat down, made eye contact with multiple servers and not gotten any help for at least 10 minutes. Everything about this place has gone down hill in the last couple of years and it's a shame because this would be a frequent visit place for me along with a lot of people I know. The restaurant just has a weird smell and feel to it now a days, not clean it seems. The blame could be put on the staff but I'll settle in saying that the new owners don't know how to run a restaurant or hire capable staff. What a shame read more

Wow what a horrid experience. Waited 30 minutes for my food. Order my wings hot, it was dry and mild at best. Haven't been here in years and it use to be good. Yah won't be coming back. read more

Actually Im more a fan of the Bartender. When I 1st walked into the place, everyone I came into contact with gave me the impression that it was a burden to give any form service. So instead of dealing with entitlement/laziness, I opted to sit at the bar. Thats when is was taken care of by the light in the end of the tunnel AKA Stacy the bartender. Great attitude, hilarious, and very knowledgeable of the menu. In fact, I made my choice(Black and Blu Burger which was great) after she told me the options off the top of her head. read more

I have been coming to Wing Shack since 2005 and I have never experienced services like I received today. Upon entering I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order. I was told my food will be ready between 15-20 mins. I placed my order at 4:05. I left with my food at 4:55. While waiting for my food to be made, I hade to ask the Bartender on 3 different occasions for 1 drink. After receiving my overdue drink, the bartender had the audacity to say" I am the only one working the bar but I am sure you do not understand". Wow! I would've understood if other patrons did not come in after me, ordered and was provided with excellent service. Its sad to say that my family and I will not be back at this establishment. If I could give zero star I would. Since the new ownership this once upon a time 'Local Gem' has gone down the tanker! read more

This place was voted 'best wings' in town a couple of years ago, so being a wing addict, I decided to check it out one quiet afternoon. I sat at the bar and waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, the server acknowledged me, and I was able to order a beer. I found a menu sitting on the opposite end of the bar all by myself. The sullen server never returned. I left some money on the bar after I finished my my beer and walked out. A couple of weeks later, one afternoon I came back. Pretty much the same scenario, except this time my beer was served in a warm, soapy mug. Eccch. No menu was offered, and the disgruntled server disappeared, never to return. Third visit: I waited, and waited, and left. I never did get to try their wings. Its in the Winn Dixie plaza at the corner of Michigan and Conway, Give it a try If you're feeling lucky. read more

I have eaten wings from Wing Shack a few times now. Normally, I call in my order so I can pick up my food and watch the games from the comfort of my own home. The wings are always good, great even. My problem with this establishment is with the service I have experienced during a few of my visits. A few weeks ago my mom and I dropped in for a quick bite. The service on that day was pretty good, in fact I would say above par. Unfortunately, in my experience, that is the exception to the rule. The last time I visited, I was just hanging out with my business partner and enjoying a couple of drinks (or so we were attempting to do). We sat outside and watched part of the Magic game. A waitress came out to service a large group. As she started to go back inside, I got up and approached her about ordering drinks. (I had to get up, because while she looked over at the two of us, she didnt think we were thirsty... while we were going to a bar...) Rather than taking our order, she told me that we could just go inside and place our own orders at the bar. I went inside and stood at the bar with credit card in hand for almost seven mins before I was able to place a drink order. Now, let me point out that there were 7 people at the bar, two of which were served just before I walked in. The bartender spent his time ogling over three girls. He looked directly at me twice, and yet somehow didnt think I was worth the 15 ft walk down the bar to take an order. A server walked behind the bar and began washing a couple of glasses. She too looked at me but didnt find it necessary to take my order. Finally, after seven minutes I was able to get the two beers I went in to order - although only one of them was correct because they apparently dont keep a good stock of Blue Moon on hand. I was so offended by this experience, it will be quite difficult for me to consider visiting this establishment again. read more

It's like this wing house is staffed by Hooter's girls that couldn't make the cut. So it really blows your mind when when you get poor service, followed by bad attitude. I guess the two go hand when you see the clientele: salty dogs who act like they've never seen a girl in six months, except they come to this place....every night. The wings are wimpy and you wonder what keeps people coming for more. Maybe it's the football, as Wing Shack is the Central Florida Home of the Philadelphia Eagles (I don't know how that's determined) but it is evident by the Eagles paraphernalia all over the walls. As I understand it, the owner is a big Philly fan and has been known to go crazy when his team reaches the playoffs, having the girls jump up on tables and sing the Eagles fight song in unison. Might be worth a shot after to get yourself kicked out of the other wing joints. read more

I'm conflicted. On the one hand, I love their grilled wings. I've been going here for 15 years for the grilled wings. Hot or suicide. Neither is killer hot. But the grilling burns off the oil and fat and crisps them up. And when they actually do them right, they are great. And then there is the rest of it. Managment and service is as bad as everyone else has already said. I used to go there with the guys from work for the Friday lunch specials, but we had to stop. We just couldn't spend two hours trying to eat lunch during the work week. We'd be the only ones there, and the kitchen was that slow. For evening take out, you need to check your order before you leave. Half the time, they F it up. The waitresses are indifferent at best. I blame the owner, Sean Casey, who is an absentee owner. No real manager would tolerate this wait staff. Don't go late at night unless you like a drunk, surly, dangerous crowd. There is a reason the regulars call it "the Shitter." Two people have been killed on premises in recent years. They have a hard liquor license and cheap shots. A lot of patrons get very, very messed up and it goes down hill from there. read more

This place got a new owner a few months back and they seem to be going in the right direction. Had three good meals in a row. And now it's gone three not good meals in a row. Was in there tonight for their wing special. From the time we ordered we waited more than 45 to 50 minutes. It is one thing to wait all that time but when they bring the food out and the wings were fairly good but they weren't right out of the fryer and super hot and fresh. And the french fries were just absolutely terrible. We had two orders for all the people on the table. Our server which I've never seen her there before but she tried french fries out of each basket and she said oh yuck I can't believe these came out. They should've never left the kitchen like that. They were doing good for a while but not excited about going back there again read more
