The mushrooms really carried through, the sauce was creamy, and the micro greens helped brighten up the brown color palate. The desert, I love bread puddings and this had a modern twist. It was served as a square, crispy on the outside, like it was deep fried, covered with cinnamon sugar, but still soft on the inside. The logic behind seating an early guest at this table is unclear, as the main dining area and the adjacent dining area remained unoccupied.
