This is a food truck but from what I have seen, they are situated in areas where there is seating (though not much). Workers are very nice and friendly; answered any questions we had and offered their opinions on what to get. If they still have it, get the roti fries - you won't regret it. Very flavorful and crispy. Unfortunately, they didn't have the wagyu sandwich at the time we went so we tried their chicken OG sandwich and brisket plate. The sandwich was huge and chicken was well made. The brisket was a bit dry but I really liked the papaya salad. If I was being picky, I would give it a 4 but I really want to see this place flourish so I'm rounding up. Hoping to go back when I visit again!

From their early start with a cute tent set up serving delicious sample platters and mango sticky rice to their truck pushing out insanely delicious wagyu and chicken sandos and Cambodian kathiew. This last visit was no different as I'm just making my way through their menu at this point (lol) Today I had the "Laobodian" mixed plate which combines smoked brisket and Cambodian kreung and their OG Lao chicken sando katsu over white rice, served with spicy papaya salad (LAO HOT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO) and two fried dumplings. The flavors never cease to amaze me. The perfect amount of savory, spicy, sweet, umami explosion. The new dessert this week was Mango sticky rice tres leches which was the perfect amount of sweet to satisfy my cravings! Chef Dan, Brittney and their staff do an amazing job and I'm so happy and excited to see how far they will go! I love seeing SEAsians thriving and more people being open to trying our foods. Juicy Lucy is filled with cheese and they even cut it in half and put it back on the grill so the cheese forms a tasty crust. This also makes it easier to eat and less messy. However, my new favorite item is the Oklahoma Burger! This beast is delicious and has plenty of caramelized onions with cheese and bacon! This little stand is just a master at work making a masterpiece every time that puts every burger place to shame. They keep it simple with a small menu with each item coming out perfect every time! Now they also added loaded fries! And boy are they loaded to the brim! They make sure each bite is covered in cheese, ground beef, bacon, sauce, and whatever else you wanna throw on those bad boys!
